It is amazing how others view photography but unformately with somali women tell her to go for photography class and the next thing is daas on your face. What made me come up with this issue that, a mutual friend of mine mentioned in the company of other somali ladies that she loves to enrol for the classes of picture taking and imagine what this other lady had to say "this is a men world please" she forgot that the best fashion and glamour photographer is a lady. what is input girls regarding this. Is it wise to have Somali women photograpers?

which ever way you look at it gentleman it is not in our norms and strictly abide by the sheria so you better stop the psychological warfare that you try to spread .

I have been amazed by how few hardlines claim to say that N.F.D. is part of Somalia or a taken land of theirs. There's no where in history where it relfects that nfd has at one stage been a provision in soamlia as they try to claim. Lets face the reality that N.F.D is soveregn province that can stand own it's own guys and the illusion that fews guys live with is now but dream that they try to fabricate. For sure their can be alot of augument of different magnitude but the truth is that N.F.D is not with Somalia. Chariy begins at home fellas, create a better Somalia lets say that N.F.D is a Somalia and the not squating with the dream. Prove that nfd is forcefully taken land of Somalia and stop claiming that it's a province in Somalia just like Hargeisa.

Hi somali folks, Nawashukuru wote wali ni karibisha ahsanteni mababu. Look guys iam seriously looking to get in touch with any known Somali photographer/photojournalist becouse i'm working on a project of somali life in S. Africa and basically wanted to see any of their works just to look and learn from them. My other disburbing question will are any documentation of Somali prefferably in Still image that were done on the Somali culture if any Please i would to look at them coz on the 20 of june will refugee day here in South africa and couple of great photographer enquired from me and i have earching through the Internet just be disppointed folks. The work should be in Black & white if at all they are there folks. Any of the folks who knows of the wheather there are documentation in Achieve library around the world should tell me too. I bought D10 Cannon (which is the lastest one in the range) unfortunantely I fiddle up with the custom Function of my Camera,& gives me pics that are out of focus? How do I get back to my proper focussing ladies and Gentleman. This is all about my life folks. Waiting for an educative answer. Iam doing photography for about 10yrs. Wabillahi Towfiq.
