I’m very blessed for being Muslim, healthy and having family that love me regardless of my deficiencies.

^^^It's figure of speech son. Don't read too much into it. The point is, there are 37 games he scored average of 35+ points and lost. Just last week alone, he score 42 and 51 against Denver and phoenix and they lost both games. For those of you who still hang up on the notion of the west being powerhouse, please stop the madness. There are 3 teams with 50 wins in the west currently and the East has 2. Also, there more teams with 47 wins in the East than west. When the regular season ends, there will be more teams with 50+ wins in the East and the Ultimate champion will come out of the east too. So please enough of this west being dominant BS.

The best player in any given year gets the MVP.. [/QB] My point exactly, that is why Kobe ain't gonna get it. AI had the numbers every year in his career. The only year he won was the year he took his team to the finals. My point is, MVP ain't about numbers. Efficiency in a team concept is more accurate measurement to evaluate who is more deserving. Kobe is actually is determined to win it and make his mark without Shaq and those people who vote for these awards actually know that he is pressing too much. Scoring 60 with a lost ain't mean shyt. I seen that million times in Philly and I'm not impressed anymore. He is averaging 4 assists. That is too low for a man who has the ball 90% of the time in his hands. That is the average of some power forwards in this league. Please stop this Kobe nightmare. If say Wade or King James, I would agree but Kobe no man…

Khayr, Tim Duncan is the best player in the league but I think he is having a down year to win the MVP this year. Lazie, You don't think your man Gordon will be the six man of the year? Detroit doesn't even have a bench per say. Their best player off the bench is McDyes who is averaging 7 points and 3 Rebounds. I don't think that will get it done. I agree Ben Wallace is the Defensive player of the year. I see your point regarding Flip Sounders but I think people was expecting the Pistons to be this good regardless who is coaching them. I don't know about Shaq. He hasn't done anything this year. I think Wade is carrying that team more than Shaq these days. These are only my opinions not facts.

I think you putting too much emphasis into numbers. I agree with you the MVP award was initially intended that true meaning you stated above but we know that isn’t the case anymore. If that argument holds water than SHAQ should have been the MVP of the league for the first 10 yrs in his career and Michael Jordan should have won the award every year in his career not Larry Bird, Karl Malone, Magic, Hakeem or David Robinson. I agree Steve won the award last year for affirmative action. I don’t think he was the best player in his team let alone the league. The Suns were in the verge of getting good and he had the opportunity to take advantage of the maturity and the growth of Stoudemire, Marion and Joe Jackson. Here is my list for MVP 5. Allen Iverson 4. Dwayne Wade 3. Kobe 2. LeBron 1. Billups Six man of the year Gordan..The guy is leading his team in scoring off the bench. Coach of the year. Mike Donleavy. Rookie of the year Christ Paul.

Kobe? Are you kidding me? King James maybe but Kobe? What is so different from what AI is doing? Numbers don’t mean shyt when your team stinks. I think there is only one MVP in this league and that is Mr. big shot Chauncey Billups. Last year's winner (steve Nash) proved us that isn’t always about the numbers rather efficiency and control. There you have a point guard who is playing with 5 all stars and keeping them together with the best recoprd in the league. Not to mention hitting the big shot time after time. If Magic Johnson won MVPs playing with multiple superstars without putting huge numbers like Michael Jordan did than Chauncey must be the ultimate definition of this award.

Here is a question for the NBA heavy weights such as Lazie, Play, Capital Z and others. Who is your MVP for this year and why? I will give you mine alter.

I just realized politics aren’t for me because of people like SOO MAAL. I’m going back to my SPORTS section where people make sense. Thanks Red See. I agree with you that things need to change and I’m moving on however, I still think the dude has a PEANUT SIZE BRAIN and cries like a little girl.
-
RED SEA This dude is clueless that is why. I hate s.t.upidity walaahi. I’m straight shooter and I don’t sugar coat my point of view, something that will never change. . Why does he have to cry every time I make a comment he doesn’t agree with? That is what I need to know? I don’t like people who try to insult my intelligence. Other tolerates his BS and Somaliland bashing but I don’t and I won’t. BTW, I see your point..some people don’t worth the time to converse. He is one of them. I still think he has PEANUT SIZE BRAIN.
-
RED SEA, Honesty is the best policy in my book. This SOO MAAL dude has a ..... until I see something different from him he will remain just that in my book. I'm not here to be politically correct...this is the cyber world and I'm NOT here to make friends either. I NEVER INSULTED GROUP OF PEOPLE OR SPECIFIC REGION for that matter. Individuals, that is different case. I meant everything I said about this creature and I’m not apologizing for the comments I made regarding his brain. If you follow the trend of our correspondents…than you will know how he and I got here. ________________ Stop insulting your fellow members of this site, baliis. The guy is dead and I think we should respect that. He's facing the almighty and only ALLAH will deal with him in judgment day not us.
-
Maal, I think you should stop crying and act like a man for once. Qofku niic badanaa I called you .... not the people from SOOL or anywhere else for that matter. What makes you the ambassador of all people in that region? BTW, Sool is part of my Somaliland (I have no idea where AYN is). P.S. the simple definition of hypocrisy is a person who doesn’t practice what he/she preaches…..my point of view about Somaliland and Somalia is very consistent. The best four years of my life. Enjoy it while it last. Compare to the real world, college ain't that bad. I hope everything go smooth for you. -
^^^^I’m not hypocrite. I think you misunderstood the definition of the word. I’m true with my game (Somaliland for life WITHOUT HATING OTHERS). Could you say the same thing about your self? BTW, congratulations for coming to your senses and changing your quotes. However, you should stay current with Somali affairs. INCASE YOU HAVEN'T HEARD THE BRITISH LEFT IN 1960. I think your QOUTES should be little bit more inspiring of what is going on in your life so you can do better not something that was resolved 46 yrs ago. P.S. When did I use offensive language with you?
-
MAAL, Cry me a river. When you speak properly about issues on hand than I will respond to intelligently. Until than you're nothing but the creature who MISQOUTES dead Muslim and proud of it. Something I don’t admire nor I respect. Lol@Riyalle is warlord. That is f.uckcing hilarious. I find it very amusing how you go to the extreme to discredit people and honor others. ILAAHAYOW HANA CADAABIN. Seriously, your people are suffering more than others as we speak in the hands of so called their clan men. You should focus on the deaths and destructions in your back yard rather than Somalis as whole. See, when you help your self than you can help your brother before that you have no leverage. There is nothing wrong loving Somalis, ALLAH knows I do, but to disrespect others such as Riyaale and Somaliland people as whole in the expense of it, is uncalled for. I suggest you to reevaluate your position. That is word of wisdom from Jaylaani. BTW, I bet you go to Hargeisa in the summer.

Vince was always great..he just didn't wanna play in Toronto. I always love his game. How about the unguardedly fade away jumper he added into his game recently? Vince has a completed game now. You can't dispute his maturity and development over the years. Did you guys forget those playoff games vs. Sixers where he and AI was going at it night in night out dropping 50+ point each? If the Sixers finished six in the playoffs standings (they are only 2 games behind currently) we may see that again.

I’m not gonna jump to the conclusion and speculate. Secondly, don’t you know MAANDEEQ was slaughtered and killed prematurely years ago for those who didn’t value its existence?

ALLAW YAA HABEEN KUDHA UURKAAGA QALOO Listen buddy adigoo gud cur gudayaad aniga misinformed igu sheegtay. Waana cajiib. Waxaan kugula talin lahaa inaadf kalgacalkaagan yarii xiisa dumarka ku fadhiyaa aad raga kal dhex baxdo. Fact: H.a.weye warlords don’t even wanna govern themselves right now (they are enjoying the wealth they never had before) let alone having their most hated rival (yey) as the president of Somalia. Fact: Yey was only elected as a scapegoat by simply telling the world “IT ISN’T ALL H.A.WEY’S FAULT. WE GAVE OTHER SOMALI TRIBES A CHANCE AND THEY BLEW IT TOO). Fact: Yey’s people were always on the wrong side of the equation by sabotaging Somali interest including the assassination of Cabdi Rashiid (RIP) and the war against Ethiopia in 1977. I didn’t wanna go there but you need to hear the truth and shut the h.ell up some times. BTW, I didn't read your post. They all sound teh same
