Play, I think Vince was very aggressive and he played hard...I will respect. Kobe only defers to his teammate when he’s struggling and yes he struggled big time against Raja Bell on Sunday. Hence, 5 dimes in a playoff game doesn’t make him Isiah Thomas. If you said Odom I would agree but I don’t think Kobe had a good day in any aspect of the game. Clippers are in the playoffs, with home court advantage, up 2 games to none…that doesn’t even rhyme.

Layzie I agree, Vince was struggling in shooting the ball but at least he was playing hard and he was more determined to win the game. Getting double team has a lot to do with his shooting efficiency. C’mon, we both love AI and we both know he is better than his shooting percentage (lower 40s). Give Vince a credit for playing hard. Don’t get me wrong I like the payers of the Pacers, it’s the Larry Bird factor for me. I actually think the Pacers will win the serious.

Whether we like it or not Steve Nash is gonna get the MVP this year. Why not he has better numbers than last year and the media likes him. Did you guys see Lebron torturing the Wizards with assortment of moves yesterday? Triple double in his first playoff game. I can’t believe this kid would have been Jr. this year had he gone to college. I just can’t imagine how impressive he will be in 5 yrs. Kobe was shooting air balls in this stage of his career with a better team around him and KG was a work in progress. This kid was asked to carry a team in the age of 18 and he is doing it with grace and class. If he stays on course in his career, he could go down as the best player ever. The best game I saw this weekend was the Nets vs. the Pacers. I thought Vince brought it yesterday and left it all out on the court with 32 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. Once again his point guard the OVER-RATED Jason Kidd failed his team. He played 40 minutes and scored 5 points and 8 assist. Yes I said I was ruling for the PACERS but as soon as I saw Larry Bird’s ugly face on the TV screen I changed my mind. I could never rule for any team that guy associates with… GO NETS…

This will be my last time talking to you about this garbage so listen to me and listen good. So you want to unite with Somalia than go...why are you keep crying about it? It's your people that are so divided not the rest of Somaliland people. I wish you guys were on the other side of the border. Yeah I said it. That is the truth. Somaliland people would have had fewer headaches without people like you who can’t make up their mind. Every thing else you said is the same thing you have been saying for months. Come up with some thing deferent and logical. If you don't believe that colonial borders made Africa than why are you keep quoting the MAD MULLAH for something he said 100 yrs ago to the white BRITISH colonial? Waryaa Somali dynamics have changed so as Somali ideology. The harsh reality is Somalis are fighting against each other not European colonial. Mad mullah ideology is longer valid bro. Somali people have different perspectives about freedom these days. ________________ This is a final warning. Address without name-calling. Otherwise your whole posts will be deleted, not edited from now on if any more aflagaado is seeing again. [ April 22, 2006, 00:57: Message edited by: Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar ]

Z, These guys you’re talking about are/were role players. I don’t even know if half of these guys are still in the league. Regarding his tattoos, I actually don’t know if he has one but I remember him talking about not having any. He said, he tried to get once when he was in high school and didn’t because his little brother tried to do the same. TNT followed him few seasons ago during Ramadan and did a great story about him and his devotion in Islam. No one is prefect, just look at the Somali community, but I think the guy is very dedicated individual. He was only 19 when he came to the league. I think he carries himself very well and dignified matter.

North, The playoffs start this weekend and yes Toni is still playing. He comes off the bench for the Milwaukee Bucks.

CUDURKAA KAA GALA FARADAHA HADIILAGA GUBO DAMEER DAWADA LAM GAADHAYOO ------ IYANA WAXAAN KAGA GUDBAA GOBAY LIICOO HA JABIN Somali Republic was a union gone badly. The earlier you acknowledge that the better. Finding Somaliland wasn't a joke. We lost a lot of people as a result. We’re the only people who embraced and sacrificed for Somaliweyn more than any one else yet, we’re blamed for its failure by certain narrow minded individuals. That is really amazing to me. Some Body with a .... SOO MAAL stated that Somaliland had a golden opportunity to lead Somalia. One would wonder why. Why would any one wants to go back the same situation he was fighting against yesterday. Somaliland people aren’t power hungry society. No need for us to over power Somalis just because we can. That is the same ideology we resented. We decided to focus on our own problems and build our homes. That is what any human being with a half of brain would do. Our men were killed, our women were raped and our houses were destroyed in the hands of our so-called Somalis BORTHERS just because of who we’re. I think this time we better try to find what we can do for our selves without merging with anyone and comprising our political existence. The bottom line is Somali people are better of apart than united. History has proven that and only knucklehead would ignore such phenomena. I realized one thing though, those individuals who hate Somaliland the most aren’t Somali brothers and sisters from Somali proper (south). They’re Somalilanders WITH INTERNAL MOTIVES that has nothing to do with Somali Wayn. Waxaan kula talin lahaa kuwaas. Waxaad Somaliland ku wayday Somalia ku heli maysid. One last suggestion, instead of wasting your precious time and energy discrediting Somaliland focus on your own. Smart person would that. SOO MAAL, History lesson about Somaliland and Somalia is no longer needed. This is the 21-century every Somali person knows about Somali history. Perhaps you just find that out? I don’t know. Yet again you have a .... so this cut and paste “COMMON†knowledge was expected of you. You sound like broken record. In every thread I see, you say the same thing.... There are other Somalis in Somaliland beside your self who doesn't agree with Somaliland political strategy, big deal. There is something called Majority rules and Minority rights…..you need to get with the program and move on. Somaliland ain’t going nowhere. The will of the people (majority of the people) will prevail. It always has. I was just wondering if you have ACID REFLUX. With all the cuqdad filled in side of you, how do you sleep at night? Z, Let the brother (Play) breath. He is so out of touch, he thinks the Lakers and Kings will upset the Spurs and the Suns. Play, Did you say Bowen isn't a good defender? Are you kidding me. Ask Kobe, Ray Allen, AI, Carmella, King James, Vince Carter, Michael red and all the great guards and small forwards in this league and you will hear a different answer. I never head any one calling that guy dirty. I wish the Sixers would have kept him instead trading LARRY HUGHES and BOWEN for Toni Kukoc, can you believe that, Toni Kukoc for those two guys. **** U Larry Brown for destroying my team. I acknowledge your love for Kobe is undeniable but c’mon bro, you getta be realistic some times. First you said he is gonna be the MVP with .500 team now he is gonna beat the Suns. Okay, I have a confession to make. As much as I dislike Kobe and the Lakers (it’s Philly thing, you just can’t understand) I would love to see the Lakers beating the Suns and that all American/Canadian RAT looking called Steve Nash so those fat asz, cowboys in the media who never play sports in their entire lives would finally recognize and vote for the real MVP of this league Mr. BILLUPS. My prediction, I think the Nets are in trouble. The Pacers are very dangerous team. Isn’t much of a upset but I think Washington will beat the Cavs. So as the Clippers vs. Denver. They import that shyt from Kenya and Ethiopia, which is even worst than growing.

Ibtisam, Well said. If people would just recognize those factors you mentioned above things would have been much better for ALL Somalis. Azmaya, There is nothing wrong with building your homes and empowering your people. Would you feel better if Somaliland was in the same situation as the rest of Somalia? According to your statements, I think you would. Imagine if Somaliland was sitting there waiting for Somali warlords to get their act together for the last 15 yrs? I think Somaliland people deserve to be acknowledged of their hard work. As far as political side of the equation goes, you’re entitled to your opinion. You just can’t say somebody doesn’t exist just because his or her political position is different from yours. Have a great day.

Z, Lol@watch the games live. You must be season ticket holder. Can I have some of that dough bro? I always thought Shareef was a good player with bad teams. It takes more than one player to make a team better. Do you remember any all-star shareef played with in his career? That will be none. He is very loyal and religious guy. He doesn’t cry and demand trades like some player s in the league do year in and year out. Did you say Steve Franchise was the reason Orlando didn’t make the playoff? You getta be kidding me. How about them trading the CAT to the Kings for no one? How about grant Hill styling designer suits on the bench? Watch Steve next year with the knicks after they get rid of Stephan. I agree Howard is progressing quicker than expected.

No brother I'm still going in few weeks. I had to delay my trip, work related.

Azmaya, What is wrong with saying Somaliland? I think you should congratulate not hate and move on. That is what is wrong with Somalis these days. Lugtay is wada qabanayaan.

Northern, If celebrating the birth of our beloved prophet (SCW) is acceptable, why recognizing our own birthdays in big parties isn’t recommended? Perhaps you can help me with this since you live in the Arab/Islamic world. Thanks.

can someone tell me why the north africans arent dying of hunger? [/QB] That is very simple. They aren't N.I.G.E.Rs...that is why!

I agree Africans are S.T.U.P.I.D.S. Just look at political situation in Somalia. How do you explain that?

Any movie with Al Pacino will do. “Say hello to my little friendâ€

I told you at the beginning that Shareef and Kings will be in the playoffs. I agree that Howard is a beast. Sky is the limit for that kid.

Saudi Arabia is in the world cup? Doing what cheerleading for the US team? How could a dress wearing men play soccer? Where do they practice? They must buy these players.

Z, The way the Heat is playing right now, I wouldn’t be so confident. Pray that Indian don’t fall to the 7 spot. BTW, I didn’t understand the rest of your points. Perhaps, you can elaborate in more detail, thanks. Layzie, I agree, the Sixers are better of not making the Playoffs. Not only they’re rescued from embarrassment of getting their asz kicked in National television by Detroit but they’re also putting themselves in a better position to draft higher 14 pick vs. 10 or better which is the only way they can improve their rosters next year. Orlando being hottest team in the NBA, are you kidding me? That is Television talk to boost rating. I don’t care how many games they win recently, they’re still a LOTTERY team. That is all that matter. Playmaker, I know what is wrong with the Sixers. There are three major factors to consider. 1) Mental toughness: with the exception of AI and Cwebb the Sixers are weak minded team. The big two came to play night in and night out but the rest of the team was brain dead from the beginning to the end. 2) The young core of the team in Andre, Kyle, John and Sammy didn’t improved from last year. Big things were expected from these guys this year and they didn’t bring it. 3) The injury of Willie Green was a big blow in their backcourt rotation. He was projected to be the first guard off the bench instead they settled with Kevin Ollie (who can’t play in this league). P.S. I think the Nets are legit to make a noise. Watch out for Vance in the playoffs.
