There is too much corruption in mogadishu and the current government is not showing the willingness to combat this problem. Puntland too is complaining about, that its share of the turkish aid, specifically a medication that was meant for the hospitals to use for a whole year were sold in mogadishu markets by the very ministry of health officials who suppose to distribute it fairly to the respective regions. PS: I am not surprised as corruption is a culture in some parts of our country and which is the very reason why we could not get a proper government for a long time.

Environment my behind! If she has any legit concern about the somali environment I think there are far more worse places than the oil project in puntland. One example is the charcoal business in the south but i doubt she cares about the environment. These charcoal business owners have cleared irreplaceable forests for few sacks of charcoal that worth few pennies in the middle east and they still continue ravaging the forests with total impunity. I think her ultimate wish is to see that puntland never develops, that is all.

If Hargaysa does not get it's acts together, who knows it might even lose the second capital spot to Garowe!
