^ You are talking about legalizing other drugs but tobacco it self is under fire and sooner or later it will be banned for good. You can only understand the ban process that is underway if you follow events that took place in certain parts of the world and their implication to the tobacco industry. In canada a decade ago smoking cigarette wasn't big deal and there were more do's than don's but today my friend you are lucky if a municipal bylaw prohibiting smoking isn't stuck on your forehead. Stores are not even allowed to display their tobacco products on the shelves anymore and tobacco manufactures are required to put a warning label and a disgusting image of a diseased body part as result of tobacco use on their cigarette packages. The list is too much and that only took place within a decade and you can expect what to follow, a ban perhaps.

Hence, If you cant lead a healthy normal living because of drugs then you become a liability to society rather than an asset and thus society must provide you the means to live. So it is logical for any society to confront any substance that undermines its vitality.

Get your self a Mac mini ($450) with LG HS102 led projector($600) and your entertainment is all in complete. The mac OS is the best when it comes to entertainment because it comes with lots of cool apps like frontraw where you can watch movie trailers with a click of a remote control. You can also subscribe to Itunes to buy your movies or shows online if you like doing things in the legit way. The down fall to mac is that you wont find as much apps windows have but most of the windows apps are garbage anyway and if you cant live with out some apps then you can always run virtual machine and etc. Virtual machine combined with Mac's expose' aka(spaces) is like running normal apps in mac and you can change from window to window with minimal effort with out ever realizing you switched between OSs. I am personally satisfied with Mac and ever since i switched from pc i never had problem. My biggest problem with windows was registry corruption and the usual spyware intrusion which no matter how you protected yourself with all kinds of firewalls and anti viruses never ended. Another annoying aspect of windows was disk defragment problems were your computer slows down after sometime if you dont defrag the disk occasionally.

I personally would love to see a Y chromosome genealogy test done on certain segment of somali population. In order to find out the basis of the claim of certain somali tribes having arab ancestors.

Reminds me Apple vs Microsoft joke i long ago read from somewhere. Microsoft copies ideas from apple but they never quite fully understand the idea very well and they wind up making a lame version of it in the end. In windows 7 they copied the apple dashboard of tiger and leopard and they tried to combine Spaces which is another apple idea . The end product is shitt and nothing compare to apple's dashboard or spaces which does far better managing application windows than windows 7. They have also copied the screen touch technology of ipod/iphone and they are not quite there either. I bet if apple launched a pc version of its OS they could push Microsoft off the shelves but i dont think stevie is ready to confront Microsoft in an open manner like that. ____________________ _____ Three Microsoft engineers and three Apple employees are traveling by train to a computer conference. At the station, the three Microsoft engineers each buy tickets and watch as the three Apple employees buy only a single ticket. "How are three people going to travel on only one ticket?" asks a Microsoft engineer. "Watch and you'll see," answers the Apple employee. They all board the train. The Microsoft engineers take their respective seats, but all three Apple employees cram into a restroom and close the door behind them. Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets. He knocks on the restroom door and says, "Ticket, please." The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The conductor takes the ticket and moves on. The Microsoft engineers saw this and agreed it was quite a clever idea. So after the conference, the Microsoft engineers decide to do the same on the return trip and save some money. When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip. To their astonishment, the Apple employees don't buy any ticket, at all. "How are you going to travel without a ticket?" asks one perplexed Microsoft engineer. "Watch and you'll see," answers an Apple employee. When they board the train the three Microsoft engineers cram into a restroom and the three Apple employees cram into another one nearby. The train departs. Shortly afterward, one of the Apple employees leaves his restroom and walks over to the restroom where the Microsoft engineers are hiding. He knocks on the door and says, "Ticket, please..."

Seeker install parallels on your mac and you can install windows on top of the mac as a guest operating system. That is what i do to run windows xp on my macbook and it is wonderful application once you get hang of it. just mac alone your cd should work as most of cds are now days made with flash programming that works with multiple platforms..

I would not be surprised this sort of thing happening, be it under Conservative or NDP government. It is known fact that Canadian embassies through out the world are short staffed and many occasions interns do the job that embassy officials are supposed to do. My brother who works for the ministry of foreign affairs it self once lost his passport in some east european country and to get a temporary passport he went through bunch of bullshit. I remember him say that it took him days to just meet an official to asses his situation and every time he went to the embassy to get hold of them, he was dealt with by non canadian front desk staffers which pissed him off a lot. I dont think this case would have escalated to this point if in the first place the embassy official who have dealt with this woman did not lack proper judgement or perhaps did not have an evil intention to screw things up. I mean it does not take a lot to figure out if someone is a true canadian or an impostor and simple verbal test would have done the job right on the spot. If in case further investigation was deemed necessary the government have had plenty of databases to look into and to let things reach to this point was ****** idea.

Dhagax tuur may be you could elaborate more if there is a something wrong with Faroole being a somali president. As far as we know the man governs a peaceful somali territory and wishes to set an example for greater somalia so that peace and prosperity can be shared. He is not an ex military or warlord whose hands were once soaked with blood and he never took part of the civil war either. He is very educated in worldly affairs and also has very good understanding of the religion as well. In fact, time to time In garowe and sometimes in other parts of puntland , he is known to deliver friday sermons at mosques were he commands good and forbids evil. In spite of the recent bombings in bosaso and other security problems associated with somali IDPs. He never ordered the expulsion of other somali groups from puntland and nor did he order the closure of the borders against these groups. What other more criteria would you want to have from a leader? Other than the usual somali somali crap of he is not from my tribe and to heck with him.

Must be an oxymoron to use Halal label on pork products. I dont think there are muslims out there not smart enough to fall for that but then it is a serious issue if the label is abused to that extent. I think the muslims in south east asia have a lot in their hands.
