  1. Gaius Baltar...I am not sure about, he lived with the cylons and more! why didn't they pick up on it and more he was on the ship when the others heard the song. The hybrid babies are the new generation I think, humans and toasters together. The funny thing is if they reach earth, what year is it? next episode promises to be good, just saw the preview on space. Callie's death will be amazing! she is by far the most annoying character.
  2. I was about to reveal myself as the final cylon aka President Rosalin... If its Adama or his son...I will endup smashing my 52 inch HDTV last season
  3. I just watched "Jab we Met" with Shahid Kapoor, must say it was really good, you find a copy with subs on youtube
  4. ^lol@frak...BSG is the best, so much better than fudge Um Juno was okay, the humour was there but I still found it very strange that after all that she went back to play her guitar with that boy like nothing happened to her physically or emotionally?!

    french kiss

fatboy your questions are hilarious! I am not sure if they even warrant a serious response...but I will anyway Its a matter of decency..and privacy if your a rational person The fact that most somalis are muslims has something to do with not french kissing in public or in front of an audience...
  6. she is certainly not a kid! lol not to be crude but she is far too developed...(chest wise) to be 11 or 12... and asian people have this tendency to look madly young...when they are really in their 30's or 20's odd though..the way she shakes her head, she seems to be listening to a one-sided conversation. ...has to be the pedophile theory.
  7. Malika, not personally. extended family is though, so i have been a couple of times.
  8. those first pics are pretty...reminds me of daresalam...summer is almost here!
  9. Sista, Sabah is the best! specially in this movie her singing did not completely take over thank god I don't know the guy she maries finally, what his name is but I do love him in films... Ash as a mobster...i hope they uglifiy her..like the did for charlize theron..can you imagine a pretty gangstar?
  10. or maybe its pollution...the bohpal disaster perhaps? scary thing no one face is more dominant than the other...which side do you speak to in the future? strange...subhanallah.
  11. lil sister, first and foremost the fact that you care and question yourself, is a good sign like others say. Don't try to encapsulate what you want to do into a job title..there are hundreds of job titles out there. Start with a list of possibilities and slowly eliminate them until you find a general area that you like and can imagine working in. Don't worry about prestige or finances for now, think about...things like "Do I want to work with people directly" etc Are you in university or highschool? Both ways there are so many resources in career centres..if you are in neither check online resources or an employment centre. also taking a gap year and doing a transfer program is not a bad idea. Oh and its never a bad idea to talk to your family, these are people that know you best and your attitudes and general capablities, thier suggestions..and thats exactly what they should be mere suggestions! can be very helpful Good Luck
  12. Zafir why!? Sista missed this thread will watch your recommendations today, was swamped with exams and essays since last week I actually inbetween study sessions watched "Sarkar" with Abeshik and his dad, that was one sick movie, a hindi version of the Godfather, they totally developed Fredo's story (mad inept brother) much better Check out this classical arabic movie http://www.hotclicks.cc/Goz_Meraty_My_wifes_Husband?page=0%2C1 "Goz Meraty" proper jokes
  13. oh my god that was too funny, write as you wish yahki. editing and re-editing one's post on a public forum..would just take all the fun from posting anything on the spur of the moment..its up to us to figure out what your saying...nothing binds you to correct spelling or grammar... not sure though if anyone will respond.
  14. Glad you liked it, even though i don't wear the hijab, its was so easy to relate to the girls specially with their encounters with that nasty principle...can't tell you how many professors, mangers and random people felt it necessary to consult me on how to live 'life'. Her experience at that party, i think must be a universal turning point for many young women. they did endup with nice fellas, didnt they...i like that the movie put a positive spin on tradition, not putting it down or giving us watered down people who comprised one part of their identity for another. lol@ that somali guy, do we have anything comparable to that organized jewish system? it would be seriously complicated with all this qabila obsession many parents have. would be nice to see somalis from a sobering perspective..nothing funny or overly dramatic. there is a site for arabic movies, its sotwesoora.com i apologize about the ads on the site, but its worth it if you like Rushdi Abatha..i thnk they have his best movie there 13 wives
  15. oh i see shaken..i actually just re-read your first post...didnt see that bit about wasting time. crazy theories? i can't think of any right now..will let you know though...i tend to waste my time like right now...(20 page essay deadline looming on monday) with watching silly re-runs of old sci-fi shows online...and panicking last minute...but hey the results are always good aren't they, my theory is that even though i am not consciously thinking about it...some part of my mind is seriously thinking about the theories that i have to deconstruct...there is simply no other explainaition. my reply had nothing to do with you orginal question...another form of time wastage.
  16. i am really dying to say this...who cares?????? such serious commentary and discussion lol he could just be gay...and mad
  17. loool Sista, I didn't know you liked masri movies...I simply swoon at the sight of Khaled Abul Naga! Did you catch his new movie Chakat Masr Gedid? I can't spell it properly but its that one with girl from Mina who's looking for her long lost teacher? If you didn't catch it...best ever film LOL@Mr Thorton he was something else, him I can totally go for, everything hidden, until the moment he bursts out in the first proposal. I love this line the best "one moment we talk of the color of fruit the next of love how does this happen" I actually didn't watch that one, I have an aversion towards bille piper...but I saw now that JJ Feild is in it...the new Mr Tilney from Northanger Abbey, will certainly watch it. Oh I think you might like this film, its very quite and really good a friend sent me the link. http://www.veoh.com/videos/v2046557bQgh8JwB let me know what you think
  18. Actually just finished it I am glad they didn't go to jail. Abeshik is very natural just like his dad. Sista get out of here, i guess he's good if its a stage-play but the man over-acts every emotion. I liked Jane Eyre, for girl who played her. I guess I go for less emotional subtle actors...um like Captain Wentworth from the new Persuasion. ps. if you like "Big dress movies" thats what my sisters and i call them..the jane austen, elisabeth gaskell kind. A must watch is "Miss Jane Austen Regrets" I cried like a baby so much better than other one with guy who was in that movie..last king of scotland..can't remember his name. We should start a thread for BBC productions lol
  19. Sista, I saw mangal pandey it was a great movie if only and only that seriously annoying english actor was not in it...toby stephens? The guy who did the latest jane eyre ... he cannot act! i am actually watching another Rani movie..Bunty au Babli..with abeshik, never heard of it till today hope its good
  20. can't blame them for being scared...its the oddest thing to do, considering where the hell you are...i mean i haven't ever seen someone do that in the arabs ever...can you imagine a pakistani cab driver dropping you off in the middle of nowhere so he can pray...and asking you to get off! lol i bet you he sues them when he gets fired.
  21. Paheli http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Azi3lmFlRQ&feature=related
  22. looool....abhishek, amitha bachan's son...he is getting much better in his acting...can't stand those kinds of movies though with all the awful club music and silly outfits. would suggest you watch Jodha Akbar or Paheli...very good traditional settings..lovely costumes and music.
  23. Will totally watch that Saif ali khan movie after the finals...other than him...i have to say still hold a torch out for Sharuk and Amir Khan, started watching hindi movies with them...with newer fellas, John Abrham is great...Hirthik..is a good actor though he is a bit strange looking for my taste..he needs to stop working out.. would love to see Rani and Amir in a movie together, after I was so disappointed with Fannaa, I really thought a Kajol and Amir pairing would kill...how dare they make a villian! didn't know maduri had a new movie..this is how much i haven't been watching hindi movies these days...more into the Egyptian kind but yea Sista..that was the comedy I was thinking of he was seriously good in it.
  24. Nephthys I think it depends, its naturally scary to think of leaving everyone you love...to simply exist at moment..and cease to exist... its so cliche to say this...but its not how long you live but what you do..or quality of life...anyway something along those lines....look at walters for instance...this woman was something! back in the day interviewing presidents and notable figures of our time...look at her now...silly programs like this and the VIEW!
