  2. Zulfa, yea its old I know. I bought and installed one of those fancy dish systems, so I could get everything from Nile Sat to MBC But I don't even know when these shows come on nd I don't even have time for them. So I tend to watch an eposide here and there online, while I am working on something else, mostly for nostaligia's sake So I came Al Mal Wal Banoon on my fav site, and also that wierd Turkish show Nur you mentioned Far too many eposides...even though the lead guy is HOOOT EDIT : Um this Turkish show sounds interesting Who knew it was so big in the ME Article web page The hit Turkish soap "Nour" has sparked a rash of divorces in countries across the Middle East as women compare their real-life husbands to the TV heart throb. During the past four months, on a daily base, a tall young man with soulful blue eyes has been stealing hearts across the Middle East, from the refugee camps of the Gaza Strip to the gated mansions of Riyadh. The trouble centers around the lead male character called Muhannad - played by Turkish actor Kivanç Tatlitug - whose good looks and charms have left many Arab women weak at the knees. But it's not just the striking
  3. Aww...Bella, its just a Summer Love. Soon the new semester for school will start, and it won't hurt as much. You can't bank on other people's emotions, go your way and if its written for you it will happen.
  4. Pucca, you should write a book on guest and host ettiqutte for Somalis So far we have... Expectation from Hosts 1- DON'T ask your guests to do the dishes...however lazy you may feel after stuffing yourself Guest expectations 1-Pileup on the sweets (preferably something your host won't make and rarely eats. this might be abit expensive, but will surely recieve many ouhs and ahhs) ps. love ramadan beside its total greatness...its the only time my family eats my experiential meals...their so hungry they have no choice.
  5. fellow musalsal viewers..wondering if nyone remebers what basically happens in the second season of Al Mal Wal Banoon المال والبنو? I just got to rewatch the first season, and silly cliffhangers are killing me. My main question does Suraya marry Yusuf
  6. @ "took them there" walahi, I think people let their minds go wild, when they see a few rotten apples doing wrong. The world hasn't run empty of God fearing people yet. Hey there Ms.DD
  7. OZ London is relatively good compared to Sweden and Canada they drink red wine when they are eating in Sweden. In Canada they go down to the Pub after a wedding in their dirac's. [/QB] Really? Pubs and Diracs in TORONTO? If you tell me, that you heard of or seen women drinking/doing drugs in their homes...I will say maybe, tis a crazy world. But women heading down in droves to bars, in their diracs after going to a wedding with thier famiilies....dude give us a break !

  10. ^Easy Vitamin E does miracles, I started taking the suplement a few months ago, and I have see a massive difference. Head to GNC or even a Shoppers Drugmart easy to find and not that expensive. Heard its best to take in a liquid form, but I can't bare the taste...too thick. Capsules work just fine!
  11. Jokes, mouch falha bil kiraya at all! pickedup the language by ear from neighbours, like swahili. erg, planned to go out, but we have a heat alert warning, 30 degrees without humedix. 14. Oh..how true! Its not about Islam folks...she isnt critising our religion, but as usual the silly followers who distort it so efficiently to fit their sexist agendas. Ouh I was invited to attend that prayer...its in Toronto by the way not the United States...I didn't even know what to think of it at the time, seemed to be such an unnecessary first in the record books. Who knows, the organizers could have felt that this is one way to get attention on how women's insight is lacking in masjid management within the city
  15. Serenity glad you had lots of fun....Montreal is nice..except for all the French people ...I love old buildings with interesting brick work and sculptures and sorts, so if you like things like that, you will enjoy Quebec City and Montreal. I did not enjoy Ottawa in my first visit, but I was there for work so that could be why, let us know how it goes.

  22. I know. But I always felt the whole point, of such rules nd regulations in our deen, is to retain what God has given us. Our natural beauty. One or two plucks here and there doesn't hurt. Since one is encouraged to be neat and clean looking. But when your eyebrows are no longer madeup of hair...but a thin pencil line, thats well over the line (if I may draw one).
