Innalhamdulillah....Wa Salamu Alaykum On the authority of al-Baraa ibn 'Aazib (radhi-yallaahu 'anhu) who said: While we were with the Messenger of Allaah (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam), he suddenly looked towards a group (of people) and said: ((For what reason have they gathered here?)) It was said: In order to dig a grave. So the Messenger of Allaah (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) became alarmed and startled and he quickly went ahead of his Companions until he reached the grave, then he knelt upon it, and I turned my face towards him (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam), in order to see what he was doing. He (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) cried until the earth became wet with his tears, then he turned to us and said: ((O my brothers! Prepare for a day like this)). (bukhari It is a hasan hadeeth as indicated by Shaykh al-Albaanee in Silsilah al-Ahaadeeth as-Saheehah)

Innalhamdulillah...Wa Salamu alaykUm In the dream, the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said: (( Ask Muhammad Naasiruddeen al-Albaanee) )... it has been narrated: “And in my last meeting with him (rahimahullaah), I narrated to him a dream which one of the brothers had. And it was that this brother saw the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam), so he (the brother) asked him: “If I find some difficulty in (any aspect of the science) of hadeeth, then who should I ask?” So the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said: ((Ask Muhammad Naasiruddeen al-Albaanee)). So, just as I completed this narration, I saw the Shaykh cry profusely, and he was continuously repeating: ((O Allaah do not take me to account for what they say (about me), and make me better than what they suspect (of me), and forgive me for that which they do not know (about me)))”. Safahaat baydhaa. min hayaat Shaykhinaa al-Albaanee – Page 45 A sister from Algeria calls the Shaykh about a dream... it has been narrated: Once a sister from Algeria called the Shaykh and said: "O Shaykh! I have news!" The Shaykh said: "I hope Allaah has blessed you with good news". She said: "One of the sisters had a dream, and I shall narrate it to you". The Shaykh said: "I hope she saw (something) good". She said: "O Shaykh! is this confirmed, that someone comes and narrates a dream to you and you say: "I hope you saw (something) good and (hopefully) it is good"? Is this confirmed from the Sunnah?". The Shaykh said: "No. This is not confirmed, however, there is no harm in using this (term) sometimes". She said: "This sister saw herself on a balcony which overlooked a path. And upon this path she saw the Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) by his (known) description. Then she saw me standing infront of the Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) and saw the Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) smiling at me, and I was smiling at him. Then I called her, and said to her: "Come down. Come down with us." So when she came down she asked me: "Who are you looking at?" So I said: "Look at the one who looked at me", and she saw the Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam), then the Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) smiled, and proceeded along the path. We then walked together along the (same) path (the sister and I) and whilst we were walking we saw a Shaykh upon the (same) path, so we extended our greetings to him, we said: "as-Salaamu 'alaykum". So he replied to us: "wa 'alaykum as-Salaam wa Rahmatullaahe wa Barakaatuhu." Then this Shaykh asked us: "Did you see the Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam)?" We said: "Yes, we saw him." So this sister asked me: "Who is this Shaykh?" So I said to her: "This is Shaykh al-Albaanee."." [end of dream] The sister who had called the Shaykh, then said: "I ask Allaah to make this good news for you O Shaykh, and I wished to inform you O Shaykh, so hopefully it is good news, inshaa.-Allaah, that you are upon the way of the Sunnah, inshaa.-Allaah Ta'aala. So what do you say O Shaykh?" Here, the Shaykh did not say a thing, rather, tears began pouring down (his face) and he cried profusely. He then asked those of the brothers who were in his gathering to leave. Innalhamdulillah...Wa Salamu alaykum Ibnul Qayyim al-Jawziyyah (rahimahullaah) said: "People have discussed about mahabbah (love of Allaah); its causes and what brings it about, its signs and its fruits and its rulings. The most comprehensive saying about this is what Abu Bakr al-Kattaanee (rahimahullaah) relates about al-Junayd (d.279H). Abu Bakr al-Kattaanee (d.322H) said: "A discussion about mahabbah took place in Makkah during the Pilgrimage month. The Shaykhs who were present spoke about this matter and al-Junayd was the youngest of them. They said to him: O 'Iraaqee, what do you have to say? So he bowed his head and tears were flowing from his eyes and he said: "A servant should overcome his soul; And be continuous in the remembrance of his Lord; Establishing the Rights of his Lord; Focusing upon Him with his heart; The late of fear setting a blaze upon his heart; Whilst drinking from the vessel of true love; And certain realities become unveiled to him; So when he talks, it is due to Allaah; When he speaks, it is from Allaah; When he moves, it is by the command of Allaah; And when he is serene, then it is from Allaah; He belongs to Allaah, is for Allaah, and is with Allaah." So the shaykhs began to weep and said: How can that be increased upon? May Allaah reward you with good, O crown of the knowledgeable ones!" [1] Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) further said: "The reason which cause the mahabbah (love of Allaah) to develop are ten: Firstly: Reciting the Qur`aan, reflecting upon it and understanding its meanings. Secondly: Drawing closer to Allaah through the performance of optional deeds, after fulfilling the obligatory deeds. Thirdly: Being continuous in the dhikr (remembrance) of Allaah - in all circumstances - with the tongue, the heart and the limbs. The more constant the dhikr, the more mahabbah intensifies. Fourthly: Giving precedence to what Allaah loves - when being overcome with desires - over what one personally loves and desires. Fifthly: Causing the heart to contemplate over the Names and Attributes of Allaah. Being a witness to what they necessitate and causing the heart to be enlightened in the garden of this realisation. Sixthly: Witnessing the blessing and the favours of Allaah; the apparent and the hidden. Seventhly: Subduing the heart and humbling it before Allaah, causing it to be in awe of Him. Eighthly: Being in seclusion during the time in which Allaah descends to the lowest Heaven; reciting the Qur`aan, and finishing this recitation with seeking Allaah's forgiveness and sincerely repenting to Him. Ninthly: Sitting in the gatherings of the sincere and true lovers of Allaah; reaping the benefits of their teachings, and not speaking except when you know there is benefit in doing so and that such speech will increase you in good and benefit others as well. Tenthly: Keeping clear from all those matters which will cause the heart to distance itself from Allaah - the Mighty and Majestic. So these are ten matters which cause the lover to reach the station of true love for Allaah, so that he may then reach Allaah - his Beloved."

Innalhamdulillah...Wa Salamu Alaykum Allah will say on the Day of Judgement "Where are those who love each other for the sake of My glory? Today I will shelter them with My shade, as there is no shade today except My shade"." Innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu alaykum Intro To Da'watu Salafiyah: the word "Salaf" was used by the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) himself. He said to Faatimah, " How excellent a Salaf I am for you. " (Muslim, no. 2450). :Thus that would make Faatimah a Salafi because she followed her father who was a Salaf The Imams Calling to the understanding of the Salaf(the SaXaabas and their students) Abu Haneefah (d. 150H) (rahimahullaah) said: "Adhere to the athar (narration) and the tareeqah (way) of the Salaf (Pious Predecessors) and beware of newly invented matters for all of it is innovation" [Reported by As-Suyootee in Sawn al Mantaq wal-Kalaam p.32] Imaam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (d.241H) – rahimahullaah – said: "The fundamentals of the Sunnah with us are: clinging to that which the Companions of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) were upon, taking them as our examples to be followed, avoiding innovations, for every innovation is a misguidance." Usoolus-Sunnah (p. 5) of Imaam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal. Ibn ‘Abdul Haadee (d.748H) – rahimahullaah – said: "It is not permissible to invent an interpretation about a verse or a Sunnah which was not their in the time of the Salaf (the pious Predecessors), nor did they have any knowledge concerning it, nor explain it to the Ummah. Since this would imply that the Salaf were ignorant of the truth in this matter and failed to reach it. Whereas the late-coming opponent is somehow guided to the truth!" as-Saarimul Munkee (p. 427). Imaam Ibnul-Qayyim (d.751H) – rahimahullaah – said: "Inventing an explanation with regards to the Book of Allaah – which the Salaf and scholars are in opposition to – necessitates one of two things: either the explanation itself is a mistake, or that the sayings of the Salaf – which differ with such a saying – are in error! And one who possesses even an ounce if intellect would doubt that the one whose saying is in opposition to that of the Salaf, then he is the one who is in error." Mukhtasar as-Sawaa’iqul Mursalah (2/128). Al-Awzaa'ee (rahimahullaah)(lived at the time of Abu Haneefah) said Follow the footsteps of the SALAF . . . "By clinging to their way, holding on to their beliefs and understanding the Deen (religion) as they did, worshipping Allaah in His Oneness, upon the Authentic Sunnah of the Messenger Muhammad (sallallaahu`alaihiwasallam) in the manner of the Companions one is guaranteed success in this life and security from the Fire in the next life". lbn Taymiyyah (d.728H) - rahimahullaah - said: "There is no criticism for the one who proclaims the way (madhdhab) of the Salaf , who attaches himself to it and refers to it. Rather, it is obligatory to accept that from him by unanimous agreement (Ittifaaq) because the way (madhdhab) of the Salaf is nothing but the Truth (Haqq)." [Majmoo al-Fataawaa 4:149] Imaam al-Awzaa'ee said, "Patiently restrict yourselves to the Sunnah, and pause where the people paused, say what they said, and avoid what they avoided. Take to the path of the Salaf (predecessors), for indeed, what was sufficient for them is sufficient for you." [ash-Sharee'ah p58] Imaam adh-Dhahabee (d.748H) - rahimahullaah - (student of Ibn Taymiyyah) said: "It is authentically related from ad- Daaraqutnee that he said: There is nothing more despised by me than 'irnul-kalaam (innovated speech and rhetorics). I say: No person should ever enter into 'ilmul-kalaam, nor argumentation. Rather, he should be Salafee (a follower of the Salaf)." [siyar 16/457] Allah: And whoever opposes the Messenger after the guidance has been made clear to him, and he follows a way other than the way of the believers,(companions) We will turn him to what He has chosen and land him in Hell - what an evil destination.(4:115)

Innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu alaykum wa Rahmatullah Guys madhabs are not problems, they are rahma for us, or mercy. there is a hadith that goes like this,"The disagreement among my ummah is a mercy." the Scholars say this about it: Manaawi quoted Subki as saying, "It (i.e. the saying) is not known to the muhadditheen and I cannot find any isnaad for it, whether saheeh, da`eef or mawdoo`", and this was endorsed by Shaykh Zakareeyyah al-Ansaari in his notes on Tafseer al-Baidaawi [92/2]. "This is one of the most incorrect sayings possible, since if ikhtilaaf were a mercy, then agreement would be a punishment, something which no Muslim would say, because there can only be agreement or disagreement, and there can only be mercy or punishment."

Innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu Alaykum....Wa rahmatullahi wa baarakatu However, I subscribe to the Ahlu Sunnah wel Jamaa'ah school of thought = people of the Sunnah and consensus ... madhab of the Prophet (saw) as understood by the companions and the 1st three generations. Mashallah Ameenah that would make u a Salafi... Interesting i was just reading a book called the evolution of Fiq(AKA the Evolution of the madhabs) However i think those who blind follow or ascribe themselves to a madhab should take a look at this! Sayings of the Imaam Regarding Following the Sunnah and Ignoring their Views Contradictory To It First Allah says: "Follow (O men!) the revelation given to you from your Lord, and follow not, as friends and protectors, other than Him. Little is it you remember of admonition." As for Imaam Maalik ibn Anas, he said: 1. "Truly I am only a mortal: I make mistakes (sometimes) and I am correct (sometimes). Therefore, look into my opinions: all that agrees with the Book and the Sunnah, accept it; and all that does not agree with the Book and the Sunnah, ignore it." Ibn Wahb said: "I heard Maalik being asked about cleaning between the toes during ablution. He said, 'The people do not have to do that.' I did not approach him until the crowd had lessened, when I said to him, 'We know of a sunnah about that.' He said, 'What is that ?' I said, 'Laith ibn Sa'd, Ibn Lahee'ah and 'Amr ibn al-Haarith narrated to us from Yazeed ibn 'Amr al-Ma'aafiri from Abu 'Abdur-Rahman al-Hubuli from Mustawrid ibn Shaddaad al-Qurashi who said, 'I saw the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) rubbing between his toes with his little finger.' He said, 'This hadeeth is sound; I had not heard of it at all until now.' Afterwards, I heard him being asked about the same thing, on which he ordered cleaning between the toes." I tend to lean more towards the Maliki fiqh except in salaat bc I just can't seem to get used to praying with my hands by my side. Imam Maliki did not pray like that...as we have the complete way the prophet prayed in his Salah via Sahih Bukhari & the other Sahihs(he said pray as u see me praying)not like Malik or Shafiee or what not...He only prayed like that because he was beaten severly. So he was not able to move his hands any more cause he was ordered(by the Calipha of the of Umayyid or Abbassids whichever one it was) to make force divorce part of islam...He refused...thus he was beaten so much that he could not raise his hands anymore. Imam Abu Haneefah "When I say something contradicting the Book of Allaah the Exalted or what is narrated from the Messenger (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), then ignore my saying." [5] In another narration, "Woe to you, O Ya'qub! [i.e. Imaam Abu Haneefah's illustrious student, Abu Yoosuf (rahimahullaah)] Do not write down everything you hear from me, for it happens that I hold one opinion today and reject it tomorrow, or hold one opinion tomorrow and reject it the day after tomorrow." the Students of Imam Abu Haneefah after his death left and studied under Imam MAlik Ibn Anas...his two famous students like Abu Yusef Ya3qoob ibn Ibrahim and Muhammad Ibn AlHassan disgreed with Abu Haneefah in 1/3 of his rulings...why because hadith which did not reach Abu Haneefah reach them! As for Imaam Shaafi'i, the quotations from him are most numerous and beautiful [1],and his followers were the best in sticking to them: If you find in my writings something different to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), then speak on the basis of the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), and leave what I have said." In every issue where the people of narration find a report from the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) to be saheeh which is contrary to what I have said, then I take my saying back, whether during my life or after my death." THere are more then 4 madhab's 4 are known...but they are many more like Abdur-rahman al awza'ee,Sufyan Athawree, Althawr, Abu Layth...Few others which i cant remember... I also subscribe to the Ahlu Sunnah wel Jamaa'ah school of thought, the Kitab and Sunnah with the understanding of the first three generation =the Salaf Us Salih

Innalhamdulillah….wa Salamu alaykum wa Rahmatullah La Fidele Baarakallahu feekum, I must say I disgree you in many fronts…they are as followed! Vol 3, Book 34. Sales And Trade. Hadith 299. Narrated By 'Aun bin Abu Juhaifa: My father bought a slave who practiced the profession of cupping. (My father broke the slave's instruments of cupping). I asked my father why he had done so. He replied, "The Prophet forbade the acceptance of the price of a dog or blood, and also forbade the profession of tattooing, getting tattooed and receiving or giving Riba, (usury), and cursed the PICTURE-makers ." (There’s a thousand hadith on this…but I thought one would suffice) We can see that Allah’s messenger cursed the pictures makers…now we all know that back in the old days people maked pictures with pencils…or whatever tool they used….Now in our times these tools have advance…so if you paint a picture with a paint brush 1400 years ago….or with a camara in 2004…you are no doubt still making pictures….just the tool has changed…so to say making pictures with pencils(or whatever they used 1400 ago)… haram…but now camara are not! is foolish and illogical... your still making pictures… Know may Allah have mercy on you Allah’s messenger cursed the picture makers…how they make these pictures is irrelevant! Shaykh Nasir Albani gave a beautiful fatwah concerning the impermissibility of photography…(Qadar Allah ma Sha fa3al( By the will of Allah) I cant find it! inshallah ill still look for it! Shaykh Uthaymin: The basic principle concerning making pictures of any animate being, whether it is a human or any animal, is that it is haraam, whether the pictures are three-dimensional or are drawn on paper, cloth or walls, etc., or are photographs (taken with a camera), because of the reports in the saheeh ahaadeeth which state that that is not allowed, and threaten the one who does that with a painful torment, and because they may lead to shirk in the form of standing respectfully before them, humbling oneself before them, drawing close to them and venerating them in a manner that is only befitting for Allaah. They are also forbidden because this is a kind of trying to match the creation of Allaah, and because of the temptation inherent in some of them, such as pictures of actresses and naked women, and so-called beauty queens Among the ahaadeeth which state that this is haraam and that it is a major sin is the hadeeth of Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him), who said, “I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: ‘Whoever makes an image in this world will be told to breathe the soul into it on the Day of Resurrection, and he will never be able to do that.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari and Muslim). He [ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him)] also narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Every image-maker will be in the Fire, and every image that he made will be made to appear to him and will torment him in Hell.” Ibn ‘Abbaas said: “If you must do that, then make trees and things that have no soul.” See Allah’s Messenger did not make a distinction between the tool…the picture maker uses…The end product is what is impermissable! Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said, when he was asked about pictures: making pictures for this purpose is haraam and is not permitted. That is because making pictures for memories is haraam, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “The angels do not enter any house in which there is an image,” (narrated by al-Bukhaari, Bid’ al-Khalq, 2986), and whatever the angels do not enter had no goodness in it. Innalhamdulillah....Wa Salamu Alaykum How about this one: STATEMENTS OF APOSTASY BY Yusef Qardawee! The actual text of his words are as follows (in the second part of a Friday khutbah), "Before I leave this station of mine (i.e. from giving this khutbah) I love that I should say a word about the results of the Israeli elections. The Arabs, all of them, were placing their hopes in the victory of Barleen, however he lost and this is what we praise about Israel. We desire and hope that our country can be like this country. Due to only a small number of people, the one who was actually ruling lost his position. There was not 94% or 95% (of votes) which is what we are accustomed to in our country, but 99%, (yes) 99%. If Allaah had presented himself to the people as a candidate he would not have been able to take this amount… we welcome Israel for what it has accomplished ACudubillah! For verily our Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, is not in need of voting, for He, free is He of all imperfection is the one who says "Be" to something and it is. He is the one who destroyed Fir’aun, and He destroyed Qaarun, and He destroyed many nations, from amongst those who exceeded beyond bounds and who stood in the faces of the Prophets of Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic. So he aided the Prophets and gave them victory, in this life and the next. Stated Shaikh Ibn Uthaimeen after these words were played to him, "I seek refuge in Allaah. It is obligatory for this person to repent. And if he does not he should be killed as an apostate, since he made the creation more knowledgeable than the Creator. It is upon him to repent to Allaah, so if he repents, then Allaah forgives the sins of His servants. And if not then the Wullaat ul-Amr should strike his neck (with the sword)." (Cassette Recording, quoted in Silencing the Hounding Dog, p.119).

Innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu alaykum wa rahmatullah Al-Fawaa`id [pp. 111-112] of ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, may Allaah have mercy upon him. [The translation is taken from 'An Explanation of Riyaadh as-Saaliheen Vol. 1, Trans. Abu Sulaymaan and modified.] The servant is not afflicted with a punishment greater in severity than the hardening of the heart and its being distant from Allaah. The Fire was created to melt the hardened heart, this heart which is the most distant of hearts from Allaah. If the heart becomes hardened the eye becomes dry [and finds no joy or tranquillity]. There are four matters, when the limits are transgressed with regards to them, harden the heart: food, sleep, speech and sexual intercourse. A body afflicted by disease does not derive nourishment from food and water and similarly a diseased heart does not benefit from admonishment or exhortation. Whosoever desires to purify his heart then let him give preference to Allaah over his base desires. The heart that clings to its base desires is veiled from Allaah in accordance to the strength of its attachment to them. The hearts are the vessels of Allaah upon His earth, hence the most beloved of them to Him are those that are most tender, pure and resistant to deviation. [A reference to the hadeeth, Truly, Allaah has vessels from amongst the people of the earth, and the vessels of your Lord are the hearts of his righteous slaves, and the most beloved of them to Him are the softest and most tender ones and it is hasan. Refer to as-Saheehah (no. 1691)] The transgressors preoccupied their hearts with the pursuance of this world. If only they had preoccupied them with Allaah and seeking the Hereafter then they would have instead reflected upon the meaning of His Words and His Signs that are witnessed in creation. Their hearts would have returned to their owners (in whose chests they reside) bestowing upon them marvelous wisdom and pearls of benefit. When the heart is nourished with dhikr , its thirst quenched with contemplation and cleansed from corruption, it shall witness remarkable and wondrous matters and be inspired with wisdom. The destruction of the heart occurs through possessing a sense of security and negligence. The heart is fortified through fear of Allaah and dhikr. If the heart renounces the pleasures of this world then it will be directed towards pursuing the bliss of the Hereafter and it will be amongst those who call to it. Should the heart become content with the pleasures of this world the bliss of the Hereafter ceases to be pursued. Yearning for Allaah and His meeting is like a gentle breeze blowing upon the heart, blowing away the blazing desire for this world. Whosoever causes his heart to settle with his Lord shall find himself in a calm and tranquil condition and whosoever sends it amongst the people shall be disturbed and excessively perturbed. This is because the love of Allaah can never enter the heart which contains love of this world until the camel passes through the eye of a needle. Therefore the most beloved servant to Allaah is the one whom He places in His servitude, whom He selects for His Love, whom He causes to purify his worship for Him, who dedicates his life to Him, his tongue to His dhikr and his limbs to His service. The heart becomes sick as the body becomes sick and its cure lies in repentance and seeking protection from evil. It becomes rusty as a mirror becomes rusty and it is polished through dhikr. It becomes naked as the body becomes naked and its adornment comes about through taqwaa. It becomes hungry and thirsty as the body becomes hungry and thirsty and its hunger and thirst is satiated through knowledge, love, reliance, repentance and servitude to Allaah.

Innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu alaykum We have to remember that Polygamy no doubt it's permissible, no matter how anyone may feel about it due to restrictions according to social 'norms'. first and foremost, men cannot be with all of the women at one time. lust is part of the wisdom behind this verse as it permits the male to be with more than one woman, but here's the catch, they have to be responsible for the welfare and future of her and their children together unlike what is happening today. Everybody is messin' with everyone else without any attachments leaving fatherless children everywhere. it's disgusting. the male may marry for lust, love, money, whatever. that's not the point. the point is is that it is permissible if it is not stipulated in the contract itself that she does not want him to take a second wife, however, the husband is always encouraged to take his wife's feelings into consideration. polygeny (the proper term, not polygamy), is not for everybody, but there are those few that don't mind it and actually encourage their husbands to find another wife. there are cultures in which it is a 'norm' to have more than one wife. we have to be careful with how we discuss the ayat of allah (swt). These are the limits set by Allâh, and whosoever obeys Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) will be admitted to Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise), to abide therein, and that will be the great success.(4:13) If I wrote anything correct its from Allah…if there is any errors then its from me and Shayton… If you see any errors…please let me know…for the pleasure of Allah…

Innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu alaykum The Hadith of Fatimah and Ali: Sahih al Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 57, Number 76: Narrated Al-Miswar bin Makhrama: "'Ali demanded the hand of the daughter of Abu Jahl. Fatima heard of this and went to Allah's Apostle saying, "Your people think that you do not become angry for the sake of your daughters as 'Ali is now going to marry the daughter of Abu Jahl.' On that Allah's Apostle got up and after his recitation of Tashah-hud, I heard him saying, "Then after! I married one of my daughters to Abu Al-'As bin Al-Rabi' (the husband of Zainab, the (alleged) daughter of the Prophet) before Islam and he proved truthful in whatever he said to me. No doubt, Fatima is a part of me, I hate to see her being troubled. By Allah, the daughter of Allah's Apostle and the daughter of Allah's Enemy cannot be the wives of one man.' So 'Ali gave up that engagement . " In Kitab ’ilaam al-Muwaq’een….By Ibnul Qayyim He states that there was a tradition that Ali was not to marry anyone else…And Ali(r.) Agree to it…. Also he states that The messenger of Allah( ) rejected the idea of one man marrying the daughter of Allah’s messenger and the daughter of Allah’s enemy! It is evident that Ali(r.) after the death of Fatimah, He never married again…even though he lived years and year after her… this was because he agree to the tradition…of not marrying anyone else… H

Innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu alaykum The messenger of Allah said: Hadith - Musnad Ahmad, Narrated Abu Huraira, r.a. The Prophet said, "Those who seek Khul’a without any reason are hypocrites." Hadith - Sunan Abu Dawud, Narrated Thoban (RA) The Prophet said: "If any woman asks her husband for divorce without some strong reason, the odor of Paradise will be forbidden to her." Shaikh-ul-Islaam Ibn Taimiyyah (rahimahullaah) Says in Majmoo' al-Fataawaa (vol. 32, pg. 289 – 290, 292) This issue has been an issue of great dispute between the Salaf (predecessors) and the Khalaf (contemporaries). The famous opinion in the Madh-hab of Al-Imaam Ahmad and his companions is that it (khul‘) is a permanent separation and complete dissolution of the marriage that is not to be incorporated as being from the three Talaaq pronouncements. Therefore if the man was to perform Khul‘ ten times (to the same woman, remarrying her after each Khul‘) then this is allowed for him as long as he remarries her with a new wedding contract (and its requisites – Dowry, etc.) even if she has not wed another man other than him (between each consecutive remarriage). T his is also one of the reported statements of Ash-Shafi‘ee. This has also been chosen and sponsored by a large majority of the Sahaabah. Another group of Sahaabah sponsored it but did not choose it. This is the position of the Jumhoor (overwhelming Majority) of the Fuqahaa of Hadeeth – Ishaaq bin Rahawiyah, Abu Thawr, Dawoud, Ibnul Mundhir, and Ibn Khuzaymah. It is also authentically established as a statement of Ibn ‘Abbaas (radyAllaahu ‘anhu) and his companions – Tawoos and ‘Ikrimah Ibraheem bin Sa‘d bin Abee Waqaas asked Ibn ‘Abbaas about this issue when he was appointed by Az-Zubair as the custodian of Yemen. He said to Ibn ‘Abbaas (radyAllaahu ‘anhu) that the majority of Talaaq(divorce) in Yemen was that of Fidaa’ – woman ransoming herself or Khul‘. Ibn ‘Abbaas (radyAllaahu ‘anhu) responded: “To pay to dissolve the marriage is not Talaaq. People have erred in labeling it.” What the wife pays back to her husband in return for her release from marriage bonds and obligations must not exceed the Mahr itself. Ad-Daraqhutni reported that Abu Az-Zubayr narrated that the Messenger of Allah said to the wife of Qays, "Are you willing to give him back his garden that he gave you (as a Mahr)?" She said, "Yes, and more." He said, "As for the increase, no. But his garden only?" She said, "Yes." In the case of Khul, the husband can take back all the Mahr that he gave his wife, as is evident by the Prophet asking Thabit's wife if she would return his garden to him The woman can free herself from her husband completely in a just process that is beneficial to both parities. The husband is to cooperate with her in this regard. If he loves her then it is preferred for her to remain with him and have Sabr and not seek to separate

Innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu alaykum Valid reasons for Divorce: By the esteemed Scholar of our time, Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez Ibn ‘Abdullaah Ibn Baaz (rahimahullaah): [Q]: What are the valid reasons for divorce, from your point of view your Eminence? A]: For divorce there are many reasons: From them (i.e. the many reasons for divorce)is lack of harmony between the husband and the wife such that it does not cause love from either one for the other or from both of them. And from them is bad behaviour of the woman or lack of listening and obedience to the husband in what he commands of the good. And from them is bad behaviour of the husband and his oppressing the woman and lack of fairness/justice for her. And from them is his falling short of fulfilling her rights and her falling short of fulfilling his rights. And from this is the occurrence of wrongdoing from one of them or both of them such that the situation is made worse because of this, so the only route is divorce, and from this is the husband or the wife turning to intoxicants and smoking. And from them is the bad state of affairs between the woman and the husband's parents or either of them, and the lack of use of wise politics in dealing with each other. And from them is the lack of the woman in caring and showing concern in cleanliness and dressing up and beautifying herself for her husband with perfume and good speech and cheerfulness when she meets her husband and when they have sexual intercourse. (these are just a few of them)

Innalhamdulillah...Wa Salamu Alaykum Thus Allah's Response: : فَلاَ تَمِيلُواْ كُلَّ الْمَيْ [so do not incline too much to one of them] Tafsir ibn Kathir (means, when you like one of your wives more than others, do not exaggerate in treating her that way) Thus A man can marry up to 4 women…on the condition that he threats them equal…within his capability! Anything beyond that… he will not be held accountable Does A man need consent from his wives to remarry? No…there is no where in the Shariyah that states that! Rather if that was the case…then the wives would be making something Halal Haram! Is Polygamy encouraged…Yes it is…It is Encouraged big time! From the narration of Sa’eed ibn Jubayr who said: “Ibn Abbaas asked me: “Have you married yet?” I answered no, so he said: “ Marry! For the best of this ummah are those with the most women .” Collected by Al-Bukhaaree in the book of Marriage, chapter: Plurality of Women [no. 5069]. What should the first wife do If her Husband seeks second wife! Prior to marriage a women is encourage to put it in her contact…. the husband signs this contract…he is forbid to marry a second…until he divorces his first wife Women doesn’t put it in her contract If the Women doesnt put it in her contract…and her husband wish to take a second wife…and she doesn’t accept this….then she must seek what is called “Al Khul’” Al-Khul‘ is the separation of a husband from his wife, while receiving a return of monetary gain from herand using specific statements to bring about the dissolution of the marriage.

Innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu Alaykum the conditions of Polygamy prescribed by the Shariyah! Allah Caza wa Jaal says: But if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the captives and the slaves) that your right hands possess(4:3) Tafsir ibn Katir(explanation of the Quran) it states the following concerning this portion of the ayat: The Ayah commands, if you fear that you will not be able to do justice between your wives by marrying more than one, then marry only one wife, or satisfy yourself with only female captives, for it is not obligatory to treat them equally, rather it is recommended. So if one does so, that is good, and if not, there is no harm on him Then Allah Says: You will never be able to do perfect justice between wives even if it is your ardent desire [4:129]. Tafsir ibn Kathir says: (You will never be able to do perfect justice between wives even if it is your ardent desire,) means, O people! You will never be able to be perfectly just between wives in every respect. Even when one divides the nights justly between wives, there will still be various degrees concerning love, desire and sexual intimacy, as Ibn `Abbas, `Ubaydah As-Salmani, Mujahid, Al-Hasan Al-Basri and Ad-Dahhak bin Muzahim stated. Imam Ahmad and the collectors of the Sunan recorded that `A'ishah said, "The Messenger of Allah . used to treat his wives equally and proclaim, O Allah! This is my division in what I own(what am capable), so do not blame me for what You own and I do not own) referring to his heart. This was the wording that Abu Dawud collected, and its chain of narrators is Sahih. Scholar statement: Imaam ‘Abdur-Rahmaan Ibn Naasir as-Sa’dee [d. 1376] says in the commentary of these verses [pg. 208]: “Allaah, the Most High, informs us that husbands do not have the ability to be completely just between wives, and that is because complete justice requires the presence of equal love, attraction, and an inclination of the heart, and then the action this necessitates, and this is impossible, therefore Allaah has pardoned him for what he is not able (to do), and has prohibited him from that which he has the ability with His Statement “So do not incline too much to one of them so as to leave the other hanging…”. Meaning, do not incline heavily to one (over the other) to the point where you do not give them their obligatory rights, rather do all that is in your power to be just (between them). So, maintenance, clothing, the division of time etc., it is upon you to be equal between them in these, as opposed to love, sexual intercourse, etc., so if the husband abandons his wife she becomes as if she is suspended, neither divorced so as to marry, nor married where she receives her rights.” [End of the words of As-Sa’dee] For Ibn Kathir and other scholars visit the following: http://www.troid.org/articles/sisters/nikaah/ardentdesire.pdf Messenger’s love for Aisha more then his other wives! Zainab Goes to the Messenger. Muhammad received her “in the same very state when FatIma entered.” She too told him that the other wives had sent her to seek "equity in the case of the daughter of AbU QuhAfa.” Muhammad made no answer. But, in the words of ’Aisha, “she [Zainab] then came to me and showed harshness to me and I was seeing the eyes of Allah's Messenger whether he would permit me. Zainab went on until I came to know that Allah’s Messenger would not disapprove if I retorted. Then I exchanged hot words until I made her quiet. Thereupon Allah’s Messenger smiled and said: She is the daughter of AbU Bakr” (Bukhari 5984). “The Prophet died in my room, on my day, and in my bosom, and even, in the last moment of his death, our salivas mingled,” says ’Aisha counting these things as “gifts and blessings from Allah” (Sahih BukhArI SharIf, hadIs 1650; TabaqAt, vol. I, p. 282

Salamu Alaykum Wa rahmatullahi Wa baarakatu Ma Maghfirutu… Innalhamdulillah… What follows is a straightforward clarification of Polygamy legislated by the Shariyah. Inshallah Allahu Ta3allah I shall submit Proves for all my rationale from the Kaalam of Allah…The Axioms of Rasullulah ( .) and the elucidations of the Scholars: the predecessors and the contemporary ones. Let’s proceed! Allah Jala Wa Cala declare the following: And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three, or four but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the captives and the slaves) that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice.( 4:3) It’s commonly reasoned that this ayah was revealed in the time of war…when man were in decline…thus it was justified for men to take multiple wives…and they reason this is the wisdom behind the ayat….other people have taken a different route which is more obscure …nonetheless Our beloved Mother rebuttals their baseless claims: Al-Bukhari recorded that `Urwah bin Az-Zubayr said that he asked `A'ishah about the meaning of the statement of Allah She said, "O my nephew! This is about the orphan girl who lives with her guardian and shares his property. Her wealth and beauty may tempt him to marry her without giving her an adequate dowry which might have been given by another suitor. So, such guardians were forbidden to marry such orphan girls unless they treated them justly and gave them the most suitable dowry; And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three, or four but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the captives and the slaves) that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice.( .'' Note: There was no limit on how many women men can marry …until this Ayat! Hadith: Imam Ahmad recorded that Salim said that his father said that Ghilan bin Salamah Ath-Thaqafi had ten wives when he became Muslim, and the Prophet said to him, "Choose any four of them (and divorce the rest).'Ash-Shafi`i, At-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Ad-Daraqutni and Al-Bayhaqi collected this Hadith up to the Prophet's statement, "Choose any four of them”. Only Ahmad collected the full version of this Hadith Thus its evident that from the kalam(speech) of Allah and his Rasul( .) that they both establish the permissibility of Polygamy…
