  1. Innalhamdulillah Foremost, It would be fitting to give a difintion of Ahad for the Audience: ***Mutawaatir vs. Aahaad - Definitions*** Mutawaatir refers to a hadith whose narrators in each level of its chain of transmission are so numerous that it is not possible for all of them to have conspired in falsehood - whether intentionally or mistakenly. The aahaad is a hadith that does not meet the requirement for the mutawaatir hadith Truth Seeker agreed: There are two types of hadith in terms of narration, Ahad where the narrations are 1 or fewer that Mutawtir. Mutawatir there are that many narrations that the hadith could not have been misreported. From these two definitions it is clear that Ahad may contain doubt as the narrations are to few and mutwatir there is 100% certainty. Hence we now look at aqeedah, aqeedah is that which we have firm belief in therefore it cannot contain doubt, hence you cannot take ahad hadith into aqeedah. Now on Hizb-ut-Tahrir / Mahajiroon and how they have strayed upon belief (aqeeda). And when one deviates upon belief(Aqeeda) - then how can they be guided upon rules, regulations, specially on politics : From the early sects which denied Eemaan (firm faith) in The Punishment of the Grave were the Khawaarij and other groups from the Mu'tazilah sect. This is because they innovated a rule that only the Mutawatir ahaadeeth amount to knowledge & aqeeda(creed), whereas the Authentic Aahaad Ahaadeeth do not !!. And this saying of theirs, that the aahaad Ahaadeeth do not amount to aqeeda(creed) means that such Ahaadeeth - in their false opinion - are not free from the possibility of falsehood or error. The Punishment of the Grave which is established by aahaad Ahaadeeth is part of the Muslim Creed and consequently aahaad Ahaadeeth do make our 'Aqeedah (Belief ): Prove: affirmed by Truth Seeker himself! we definately beleive in it but do not take something that may have doubt in it into aqeedah.. Lets look at what the founder of The Hizbu Taheer,Taqee-ud-deen an-Nabahani has to say about the Ahaad Hadith, He said in his book Ad-Dawsiyyah, p.6 "Indeed from them are those which require action, so they are acted upon (i.e. the Aahaad Ahaadeeth). So from Abu Hurayrah who said: When any of you finishes the last tashahud, he should seek refuge with Allaah from the four things: from The Punishment of the Hellfire, from Punishment of the Grave, from the trials of life and death, and from the evil trials of the Dajjal". From A'isha: from the Prophet (saas): that he used to make supplication in prayer: "O Allaah, I seek refuge in You from The Punishment of the Grave, I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Maseehud-Dajjaal, I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allaah, I seek refuge in You from debt and sin". So these two ahaadeeth are aahaad narrations and they contain requirement of an action, i.e. to carry out this supplication after tashahud, and it is permissible to attest (tasdeeq) to what is contained in them. However, what is haraam (forbidden) is to hold it with certainty - meaning: to have it as part as one's 'Aqeedah- as long as it has been reported in the aahaad hadeeth, a dhannee (non-mutawatir) proof. However, if it occurs in mutawatir form, then it is obligatory to make it part of one's 'Aqeedah;. This statement clearly represents the innovated ways of the Qadariyyah and the Mu'tazilah. Differentiating between tasdeeq and 'Aqeedah is innovated speech and away from the Salaf. Imaam Shafi'ee (d.204H), said: "Indeed the Punishment of the Grave is a true fact, the Resurrection is a true fact ..." {Manhaj ash-Shafi'ee, of al-Bayhaqi, 1/415.} ***Items of Belief Founded on Aahaad Hadith, Rejected by the Hizbu Tahreer *** The following are examples of matters of creed which are accepted by the righteous salaf and the great scholars of this Ummah as being part of the Creed of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama`ah even though they are founded on aahaad ahaadeeth. (1) All the miracles of the Messenger (Saws) other than the Qur'ân (2) The description of the angels, the jinn, the Jannah, and Janaham (the Fire). (3) The belief that both the Jannah and the Fire are presently existing (4) The belief that ten (10) companions of the Messenger (Saws) were specifically promised the Jannah. (5) The belief that Allaah (T) has prohibited the earth from eating the bodies of the Messengers. (6) The belief in the punishment in the grave ... these are just a few of them.... For those who are upon the Manhaj of the Salaf, then all you have to do is look into the works of Imam As-Shaafi'ee. Imaam ash-Shaafi'ee's 'ar-Risaala' on the Chapter X on " Evidence to the necessaty of accepting the Aahaad Khabar" al Imam As-Shafi'ee introduced a new subject, the single- individual narration, Khabr al Wahid(One Narrator). Al Imam al Shafi'i then explained what is meant by this term, and the conditions which determine whether or not a narration is of the single-individual variety. The difference between testimony and reporting, Shahadah and Riwayah, was explained; as were those matters which may be accepted through a single-individual narration, and those for which a Khabr al Wahid alone is not sufficient. Then al Imam al Shafi'i discussed the authority of the Khabr al Wahid, and whether such reports could be adduced as evidence. His conclusion, supported by very sound arguments, was that indeed they could be used. and in Saheeh al-Bukhaaree, English translation, volume 9, "Chapter: What is said regarding the acceptance of the information given by one truthful person..." It is evident that Sahih Bukhari Accepted A single narrator and classified his/her hadith as Sahih Thus, the Hizbu Tahreer are upon a different 'Aqeeda then the Salaf, Truth Seeker, if your belief 'Aqeedah is different from the Salaf(companions) - then your politics will be further away from them regardless of what you may think
  2. Innalhamdulillah Rules: Rule #1: we stick to one topic at a time; We must refrain from jumping from one topic to another Rule #2: you must provide solid evidence for your discourse, mere opinion based upon media bias will not suffice, and if this becomes a trend, withdrawal from the discussion is expected. Ruler #3: NO one can aid both participates Rule #4: You must address all the points, Rule #5: One must provide counter arguments, Ie. I will not be doing all the responding, but you must respond to my questions as well. Rule #6: Lets use Adaab (Manners) and Fear Allah
  3. Innalhamdulillah Tayyib Truth Seeker, then its agreed, and let Allah and the audience be our witness, I've opened a thread in the islamic section just for this friendly discussion inshallah the first topic we'll discuss will be the Ahad Ahadith, followed by the kingdom ruling with kufr ...., See u there inshallah
  4. Innalhamdulillah MC--- i see many flaws in your presentation...Walilhamd.... the Hizbu taheer never Cease to Astound me, they call for the rectification of the rulers, Yet the fail to understand the principals behind the rectification. Oh i guess i must learn to live with it
  5. Innalhamdulillah Tayyib, after examining your questions, I must say I can only continue the conversation with one person, multiple discussion is of no benefit to me but rather time consuming. It’s either Sahal or Truth Seeker. Futhermore, I would like to insert few rules in the discussion. The audiences are the referees; they must interject at anytime if they notice that the rules are violated Rule #1: we stick to one topic at a time; We must refrain from jumping from one topic to another Rule #2: you must provide solid evidence for your discourse, mere opinion based upon media bias will not suffice, and if this becomes a trend, withdrawal from the discussion is expected. Ruler #3: NO one can aid both participates Rule #4: You must address all the points, Rule #5: One must provide counter arguments, Ie. I will not be doing all the responding, but you must respond to my questions as well. Rule #6: Lets use Adaab (Manners) and Fear Allah With that said, who will it be Sahal or truth Seeker? salamu alaykum
  6. innalhamdulillah Qac Qac my boy...my brother in islam we go way back. saxib there is "salaf" and salafi Salaf( the companions, those who followed them, and those who followed ...ie first three generation of the muslims after the prophet's death) Salafi( those who came after the salaf) those who ascribe to the manhaj of the salaf (ie) followers of the the quran and sunnah with the understand of the SALAF(companions) "The fundamentals of the Sunnah with us are: clinging to that which the Companions of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) were upon, taking them as our examples to be followed, avoiding innovations, for every innovation is a misguidance." Usoolus-Sunnah (p. 5) of Imaam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal. im not even going to respond to the rest..it was not my intentions to defend the Saudi regime...rather the scholars....from my last post u can see that the companions did not speak ill of the rulers in public...so Qac Qac wont u follow their example? qac qac nice to see you back Saxib NGONGE...Hope my choice of words were ok
  7. I have a number questions for Salafi, does our religion allow muslim rulers to take as protectors unbelievers, with this I have in mind the 1991 gulf war? If not what must muslims populations do in such cases? Akhil-karim when the lay muslim doesnt have the knowledge of an issue, Allah jala Wa Cala said to ask those who know, so this Question was ask, to Shaykh Bin Baaz, a well know scholar, u probably know him, anyways he said that Sadam is a kafir and needs be to fought, the council of scholars all declared that Sadam and his regime are not muslims, until they repent to Allah and leave the atheist BaCath party.... as for the issue of the muslim gov taking protectors with the kufar this is an issue i have limited knowledge in , however i know you can have a threaty with the non muslims, would u consider this as taking them as protectors?!? Bro. SmithNwestern .... if u refer to the books of hadith, Allah' messenger(saas) fortold the coming of corrupt regimes and oppressive rulers...also he has adviced us in this matter, he did not leave us in darkness, thus its upon us to acquire 'ilm and apply it in our daily lives! For those who critize the Saudi Gov...listen to what the scholar the ocean of knowledge, Shaykh Muqbil from yemen, who himself was exile from the kingdom, has to say on his return to the land for medical purpose! this was the last tape he did before his death. for those who dont know Shaykh muqbil, he was the student of Albani, and a scholar from Ogadan, somalia, named Abu Abdallah as Somali www.muqbil.co.uk entitled: What I Witnessed in Saudi Arabia i sincerly Advice all us, to rely upon the people of Ilm, before we take ur religion from the media!
  8. Innalhamdulillah Sorry Truth Seeker with all do respect - i can not do that, for i feel that you have not provide sufficient evidences for your assertions. my main goal on this thread was to defend the scholars of islam, and to censor your slandering/backbitting... as for the Gov of saudiyah well, im not concerned with them. Its is not from the manhaj of the salaf to critize the Rulers in Public but rather to advice them in secret Prove: in the time of ‘Uthmaan radiyallaahu ‘anhu some of the people said to Usaamah ibn Zaid radiyallaahu ‘anhu ‘Will you not speak ‘Uthmaan?’ So he replied, ‘You think that I will not talk to him without letting you know about it (also). Indeed, I will certainly talk to him regarding that which concerns me and him without initiating a matter which I do not love to be the first to initiate(critizing the Ruler in from of the public).’(bukhari, vol 5) so perhaps you can find someone else to carry on with this discussion.
  9. Innalhamdulillah I'm sure you're well aware of the historical affliation between the salafiyah movement and the house of Saud on contrare mon amie....im not aware. Movement?!? salafiyah is Islam....so would u say Islam is a movement? lbn Taymiyyah (d.728H) - rahimahullaah - said: "There is no criticism for the one who proclaims the way (madhdhab) of the Salaf , who attaches himself to it and refers to it. Rather, it is obligatory to accept that from him by unanimous agreement (Ittifaaq) because the way (madhdhab) of the Salaf is nothing but the Truth (Haqq)." [Majmoo al-Fataawaa 4:149] Abu Haneefah (d. 150H) (rahimahullaah) said: "Adhere to the athar (narration) and the tareeqah (way) of the Salaf (Pious Predecessors) and beware of newly invented matters for all of it is innovation" [Reported by As-Suyootee in Sawn al Mantaq wal-Kalaam p.32] treacherous rulers of the kingdom and their "Ministries of Religious Affairs" CM- If u have something productive to bring to the table...may i suggest you back up your statements....im sure u can find something in the Hizbu-Tahreer official website...Khaliffah *uhm..Uhm* NGONGE your right, .....i can think of few hadith about gentleness...inshallah i'm working on my choice of words...Baarakallahu feekum 4 ur sound advice! However you have to see where im coming from.....there are many narrations from the salaf about being harsh with Ahlul Bid'ah(people of innovations) they are more harmful to the Ummah then the jews and christians. a prime example is Imam Ahmed the imam of da'wah Salafiyah...and the likes of Ibn taymiyyah..etc wa salamu alaykum
  10. Innalhamdalilah It is an amassing matter that you seek evidences from me, which I have been doing, yet you refrain from providing any substantial evidence from your part. Oh readers may Allah have mercy on u, notice how this individual shifts topics everything time is he disproved, May Allah reward you for your patience…. Truth Seeker You claim that the kingdom is managed upon shirk…walilHamd... once again u fail to back up your statement, Akhil-Kariim, do u expect us to just take your word for it. Bro, who are you, your unreliable, supply us with authentic proves. pertaining to those Hizb Tahreer, I already mentioned that the scholars, such as Shaykh Muqbil student of Albani has refuted them and can be easily accessible, also if u live in England can u contact ameer of hizb-ut-tahreer in england, omar bakri Muhammad, and ask him if they believe in the punishment of the Grave plus many more of their fallacies. And no I don’t vote, never have and never will….stop changing the topic! Until you refute my points I will not address you again, it’s a never ending fairy-tale with you, when you’re disproved you just bring up another issue…at any rate my time is valuable…and can not be wasted on the people of innovation. imaam ahmad bin hanbel said: "we believe in the punishment of the grave [nu'minu bi athaab-il qubr] and in munkar and nakeer, and that the slave is asked in his grave." see p 388, vol 1 of `fiqh-us-sunnah' by sayyid saabiq, pub. daar-ul fathi lili'laam-il-arabee].
  11. Innalhamdulillah... Furthermore, so how can you accuse the Scholars of “hypocrisy” when you are talking from that which you do not know or may do(I.e Hizb Tahree). And Allah (Subxaanahu wa tacalaa) reminded us in the quran when HE said, “O you who believe, do not say that which you do not do”. What I think you should do is repent sincerely to Allah. Indeed the scholars of Saudia Arabia are known much for aiding the Sunnah. And there is among them, the likes of Shayk Abdul-azeez Aali. Those Scholars are known for their correct Caqeedah and good understanding of the deen. And from the most amazing of affair is that you say in the thread “The issue of killing civilians is haram, however how you determine what a civilian is could be argued from my understanding, but this was not the purpose of the thread.” How could you over-ride something which Allah has already made haraam by saying, “however”. When Allah and his messenger have clarified for us a matter, “we hear and we obey” and this is the methodology of Ahlul-sunnah. So, I advice you not to take your own understanding of the deen, after all, killing someone is not easy and it would require you to have a solid proof in order to justify it. And amongst your many errors in this thread is when you say, “I'l lay my cards on the table, the reality is i did have a lot of respect for the salaf as they claimed to follow the sunnah yet when it comes to politics they abandon it .” What do you mean? The salaf are from Ahlul-sunnah and those who ascribe to them are with them in goodness. And how can you say that they abandon politics? What is your proof? Just cause their not allowing people to vote or allow people to attack the governments or over throw them. If you have study the deen and the usool of Ahlul Sunnah you would not have spoken like that. Because it is one of the principals of Ahlul Sunnah that it is not allowed to revolt against the government because there will occur a greater evil. And if you want an example, look at our own country, Somalia. Look at their condition now! Also you write, “ The example of Imam Malik when the Mutazila wanted him to say the Quran was created was not to give private guidace to them but clearly make the ummah know of the incorrect thought.” This shows your poor understanding of the deen and in general all affairs of the dunyaa. Because what is known is that the person who was tested with issue of the quran was not Imaam Malik rather it was Imaam Ahmed . And to give you more insight; Imaam Ahmed while he was chained and beaten, he still continued to call the Ruler at the time “Ameerul-mimineen”. And since Imam Ahmed is the “Imaam Ahlul-sunnah wa jam’aah” you can look into his book called “usolo Sunnah” and see for yourself what he says about revolting against the rulers. So, Inshallah next time you won’t revile the scholars for showing their hikmah(wisdom). O Poster May Allaah have mercy upon you., You accuse the Kingdom of ruling by man made laws, Subhanallah this is a great accusation, I plea to you to provide evidences for your discourse, with support from Kitub-Llah, the Sunnah & a scholarly opinions, mere ranting will not suffice, I futher I advice you that you should seek the truth from those who have it, and not from corrupt organization that are known for their deviation, and I admonition you to not get involved in this affair, for certainly it is beyond your capacity. And to Allah we all belong. final note, it is upon us to speak with knowledge, truth Seeker: This whole issue of attacking the leaders is so salafi, you cant do that it will cause fitna, ive heard the salafi rhetoric and this whole issue that the scholars give private nasiyya to the leaders to avoid fitna. What is the evidence to support this. Evidence: It is authentically reported from the Messenger (swallallahu alayhi wasallam) in the hadeeth of ‘lyaad ibn Ghunm who said, “The Messenger of Allaah (swallallahu alayhi wasallam) said, ‘Whoever desires to advise the one with authority then he should not do so openly, rather he should take him by the hand and take him into seclusion (and then advise him). And if he accepts (the advice) from him then (he has achieved his objective) and if not then he has fulfilled that which was a duty upon him.”’ Reported by Ahmad (3/403) and Ibn Abee ‘Aasim (2/521) with a saheeh isnaad. Know that the Religion is what came from Allaah, the Blessed and Most High. It is not something left to the intellect and opinions of men. Knowledge it is what comes from Allaah and His Messenger , upon understanding of Salaf, so do not follow anything based upon your desires and so deviate away from the Religion and leave Islaam.
  12. Innalhamdulillah... All praise is due to Allaah the Lord of the worlds and peace and blessings upon His servant and His Messenger our prophet and messenger Muhammad and his family and companions and those that follow him until the of judgment. Allah (Subxaanahu wa tacalaa) has commanded us to be just and to speak to truth in all affairs no matter what the consequences are. Further, Allah (Subxaanahu wa tacalaa) wants us to rule in every situation by his religion and not by our emotions or corrupted opinions. It is very interesting this individual (i.e. truth seeker) who has been poisoned by opinions and now is trying to poison the rest of us. Inshallah, first of all, I want to make clear that it is not permissible to speak ill about the Scholars of Islam; especially those who are known for their KNOWLEDGE (Qur’an wa Sunnah upon the way of the Salafu-Saalex). And from this we know the Scholars are indeed the inheritors of the prophets, so speaking ill against them is like eating a flesh that has poison. So indeed, this brother/sister “Truth Seeker” has poisoned himself/herself by indulging and feasting upon that which is not allowed for him/her (i.e. speak ill of the Scholars). And by Allah, his judging of the scholars with his kalaam (words) is all from that filthy article which was printed by the website www.1924.org and what he has seen or heard from western news media. This person feels as if he/she is upon Baseerah (insight knowledge) by posting that article and initiating his attack on the Scholars of Islam. But, O poster, do you know who owns that website you got that article from. But Allxumdullah; we know that website and knowledge is with us and we know that which you are jaahil of. So, let us first of all look into where you got your resource of corruption from. He/she attain his article from the website www.1924.org May Allah be severe to them. This website is run by some organization that has left the Fold of Ahlul-sunnah Wa-Jamaacah. They are from one of the deviant groups called “Hizbu Tahrir” which was started by Taqiyyud-deen an Nabhaanee May Allah give him what he deserves. This organization has developed many of the methodologies of the khawarij. For example, They make it permissible to kill the people of the Qiblah (i.e. Muslims) and the top of that they have some major Aqeedah problems (We Seek Refuge in Allah from their corruption). Our Shayk Muqbil Ibn Hadee Al-wadaci did an enjoyable refutations of this group and Inshallah anyone who wishes can research it and find out. In addition; some of the mistakes that they have in Aqeedah are many; but Inshallah I shall only mention few of them. The first one being that; They (Hizbu Tahrir) reject the punishment of the grave which many of the salaf have affirmed Allxumdullah. Also; they reject Axaaad Xadeeths relating to Caqeedah. I believe some Scholars have refuted them for this May Allah reward them. So, “Truth Seeker” is the people who you seek the truth from?. If indeed this is the case; than I say May Allah guide you…ameen.
  13. Innalhamdulillah Abdiladiif May Allah reward bless you, for your kind Nasii7a Abi Waqqas reported: That Umar Ibn Khattab asked permission of the Rasul(saas) to see him while some quraish women were sitting with him, taking to him and asking him for more expenses, raising their voices above the prophet(saas), When Umar came in he asked permission to enter, then the women quickly put on their veils. The Rasul(saas) smiled, Umar said," Oh Allah messenger! May Allah always keep you smiling." The Rasul(saas) said,"these women have been here, roused my wonder for as soon as they heard your voice they put on their veils." Umar said," Oh messenger of Allah you have more right to be feared then I, "Oh enemies of yourself! you fear me more then you fear the messenger of Allah?" They replied Yes for you are harsher and sterner then Allah's messenger?", then Allah' messenger said." Oh Ibn Khatab! By him in whose hand my soul is in, When Satan finds you going one way he takes another way other then yours." (bukhari v.8.3683) Abdiladiif Akhil-Karim, there is time for harshness and time for gentleness, harshness is a praiseworthy act, Ibn Khatab was well known for his harshness when the religion of Allah was attack, and clearly these people are attacking the scholars of Islam, thus attacking islam! There is no Tolerance for such people! Had they been sincere, and asked question before jumping to conclusion, then a Nasiha would be fitting! Abdiladiif i noticed u remain quiet about their backbiting! whatever happened to commanding the good and forbidding evil? hmmm Sahal: There is no muslim blood better thatn the other except their nearness to ALLAH, and ALLH only knows who is near to him. Uuh? U never heard of the hadith that the scholars are the inheritors of the Prophets...and those nearest to Allah are those who learn the book of Allah and the Sunnah and teach it others? Every Muslim has a different level of Taqwa…and the people who have the highest level of Taqwa are the scholars! if you think that some kind of people like saudis are the more pious than the other muslims YOU@RE SICK and you need MEDICINE. The thread was about the Saudi Scholars, no the general population! Guess u missed that point!
  14. Innalhamdulillah....Wa salamu alaykum Fitnah Seeker, care to expand on this? Still hasnt spoken out against the Saudi's?
  15. Continue... O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as friends, they are but friends of each other. And whoever befriends them, then surely, he is one of them.[5:51]. Surah 3:118-120 118. O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitânah (advisors, consultants, protectors, helpers, friends, etc.) those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians, and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made plain to you the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses) if you understand. 119. Lo! You are the ones who love them but they love you not, and you believe in all the Scriptures [i.e. you believe in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), while they disbelieve in your Book, the Qur'ân]. And when they meet you, they say, "We believe". But when they are alone, they bite the tips of their fingers at you in rage. Say: "Perish in your rage. Certainly, Allâh knows what is in the breasts (all the secrets)." 120. If a good befalls you, it grieves them, but if some evil overtakes you, they rejoice at it. But if you remain patient and become Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2), not the least harm will their cunning do to you. Surely, Allâh surrounds all that they do.
  16. Innalhamdulillah...Wa Salamu alaykum The Believers do not befriend the Disbelievers! You will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, making friendship with those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred(surah 58) Meaning, do not befriend the deniers, even if they are among the closest relatives. Allah said, Let not the believers take the disbelievers as friends instead of the believers, and whoever does that will never be helped by Allah in any way, except if you indeed fear a danger from them. And Allah warns you against Himself. (3:28 Say: If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your kindred, the wealth that you have gained, the commerce in which you fear a decline, and the dwellings in which you delight are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger, and striving hard and fighting in His cause, then wait until Allah brings about His decision (torment). And Allah guides not the people who are the rebellious.)(9:24) Sa`id bin `Abdul-`Aziz and others said that this Ayah, Allah forbids His believing servants from taking the disbelievers as friends instead of the believers. This includes being friends and associates of the disbelievers, advising them, being intimate with them and exposing the secrets of the believers to them. In another Ayah, Allah said Let not the believers take the disbelievers as friends instead of the believers, and whoever does that, will never be helped by Allah in any way, except if you indeed fear a danger from them. And Allah warns you against Himself). meaning, He warns you against His punishment if you fall into what He has prohibited. This is why Allah said here Do you wish to offer Allah a manifest Sultan against yourselves meaning, proof against you that warrants receiving His torment. Ibn Abi Hatim narrated that Ibn `Abbas commented; (manifest Sultan), "The word Sultan in the Qur'an means proof. '' There is an authentic chain of narration for this statement, which is also the saying of Mujahid, `Ikrimah, Sa`id bin Jubayr, Muhammad bin Ka`b Al-Qurazi, Ad-Dahhak, As-Suddi and An-Nadr bin `Arabi. taken from Tafsir Ibn Kathir Oh People do not befriend the Kufar( they are the most dispicable being)....even if they give u money, a nice place to live, and they smile at you....it is haram Just like Pork's meat is haram... Also also said in surah 18:103-106 the following: 103. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds? 104. "Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds![] 105. "They are those who deny the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter). So their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall not give them any weight. 106. "That shall be their recompense, Hell; because they disbelieved and took My Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and My Messengers by way of jest and mockery) These are the verses of Allah, yet we the muslim make every effort to befriend the kafireen, we smile at them, we laugh with them, are we not so hypocritical? why dont we fear the Ayats of Allah like this one: O you who believe! Whoever from among you turns back from his religion (Islâm), Allâh will bring a people whom He will love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers , fighting in the Way of Allâh, and never afraid of the blame of the blamers . That is the Grace of Allâh which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allâh is AllSufficient for His creatures' needs, AllKnower.(5:54)
  17. innalhamdulillah...Wa salamu alaykum "They (the disbelievers, the Jews and the Christians) want to extinguish Allâh's Light (with which Muhammad SAW has been sent - Islâmic Monotheism) with their mouths, but Allâh will not allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the Kâfirûn (disbelievers) hate (it)."(9:32) He who revives the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, in his worship and behaviour and thus his behaviour and his life become a stranger among the people(muslims and non muslims) as the Prophet, peace be upon him, has mentioned in his saying: "Islam began as a stranger and shall return as a stranger as it began. So give glad tidings to the strangers." [Reported by Muslim - Sahih]. And in another narration: "So give glad tidings to the few, those who purify, correct what the people have corrupted of my Sunnah." [Al-Silsilah of Shaikh al-Albaani - Sahih]. The Messenger (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said, "There will not cease to be a group from my Ummah manifest and upon the truth not being harmed by those who forsake them neither by those who oppose them" the crazy thing in this world is that, the people who mimic the messenger of Allah in action are attacked by the kafirs and by the muslims alike, by Allah if u only know how many muslim attack my friends cause they have beards, or their pants is above their ankle, or my sisters who wears niqab, wears Jilbab, the muslim look at them like they are from mars, calling them extreme, and fundamentist, I wonder what would they say if they Saw the Messenger of Allah(saas) and his wives and his companions! there is a hadith about micmic the nations before us ( the jews and the christians) so much so that if they entered a lizard hold, we would follow them....we see that everday, then we wonder why we are in the state we are in!!!!! practise islam (quran and Sunnah) according the the SAlaf Us Saleh(companions and their students, first 3 generation of islam) When u forget Allah, he forgets u, and he sends down his wrath upon the kufar and those wo imitate them!
  18. Innalhamdulillah...Wa alaykum salam Saxib NGONGE, sorry but i dont have no tolerance for people who speak about Allah's religion without knowledge and assault the scholars who are the medicine of the ummah, Just cause they are ignorant of the issues, they think cause they have not come across it, surely it must not of happend, thats their train of thought, allow me to demonstrate. Lets start with so called truth Seeker, seems to me the only thing he/she is seeking is fitnah he says: You quote all these scholars saying about Iraq yet they do not say anything about the kingdom ruling by kufr... or am i wrong, actually they are the scholars in the prisons. first you where accusing the Scholars of the kingdom not speakin about Iraq, and i proved u wrong, now u accuse them of not talking about Ruling with kufr, well here...they did www.albani.co.uk entitle: Concerning Those Who Do Not Rule by what Allaah SWT has Revealed(shariyah) Note: Once u click on this, then click on the title again, for more fatwas the likes of Bin Baaz, Albani, saleh fawzan, Ibn Uthaymin and more... A general point on the salaf, i find it astounding that they fail to criticise the rulers for ruling by kufr (in some cases even shirk) yet love to say how the ummah is destroyed as it associates partners with Allah. Fitnah Seeker, how does it feel to lie upon the scholars of Islam? sahal: the most US soldiers and planes that invaded Iraq come from Saudian bases and you're coming to tell us these lies from Saudi MEDIA, you should fear ALLAH and don't copy for us SAUDI MEDIA. Saudi Media Lies?!? well american media is sooooo truthworthy aint it? plus this was an issue of Saudi Scholars not the goverment. read the initial thread again buddy! look at this guy: one wonders why these scholars didn't issue such fatwas when some froups were killing and slaughtering innocent civilians in Algeria, Egypt and other countries, instead they were helping financialy some of these groups particullarly the so-called Salafi groups financialy and even emotionaly by saying comments such as " our salafi brothers etc". I say to you, what Allah said to the Mushriks Sahal," Bring your prove, if u indeed speak the truth" and once again the scholars of the kingdom and others spoke about the fitnah in algeria, and afganistan, and chechnia, as matter of fact, Uthaymin, use to give half his pay check to support the fighters in chechnia, and he use to make dua for them in public, so Sahal, what did u do for the suffering muslims, you came out of your den to eat the flesh of the most pious people in the world. but the reality is what they're doing and what we see on TV channales. Reality is what u see on T.V? u just exposed yourself! the most dangerous people in society are those who speak without knowledge, thats because they cause more harm then good.
  19. Innalhamdulillah...Wa Salamu alaykum I must say my heart lit up as I read maanimeenah's post, very inspiring, walilhamd, about Jilbab, for the arabic speakers will know that Juyubihinna is the plurar form of jilbab, and Allah has ordered our sisters to where it, in surah (24:31) read it in arabic plzzz. also read the tafsir of this ayah. for verily we need the correct understanding.... Allah said in surah 16:44," And we have not send you (oh Muhammad) except that you explain to the people what has been send down unto them" (...and to draw their veils all over Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms, etc.) and not to reveal their adornment)(24:17)
  20. Innalhamdulillah...Wa alaykum wa rahmatullah One has to ask, why are such government-backed committees and Sheikhs so ready to issue fatwa upon fatwa defending western interests? They were noticeably silent about the western invasion, occupation and mass bloodshed in the Muslims lands of Iraq and Afghanistan? In fact, some of them even issued fatwa to justify these evil actions, and backed their wretched rulers assistance of the western aims. why dont people fear Allah before they speak....my is it that everyone likes to follow their Hawa(desires)? its amazing how so many people like to belittle the scholars of the kingdom when they know nothing about them... they did issue fatawah....its just that you igorant folks are asleep to know about it. here is a few examples: Makkah Imam Takes US to Task on Iraq JEDDAH, 10 April 2004 — The imam at the Grand Mosque in Makkah yesterday lambasted the United States and its allies in Iraq for double-speak. “Although they claim they are the advocates of reform and freedom, they are in fact the forces of destruction and devastation,” Sheikh Saud Al-Shuraim said in an apparent reference to the US-led occupation forces in Iraq. Delivering his Friday sermon to thousands of faithful who packed the large mosque complex, the imam asked how missiles and machine guns could bring peace and freedom to the people of Palestine and Iraq. “They promise them a comfortable life built on torn bodies...They want us to believe that destruction is reform, killing is life, disorder is order and injustice is justice,” he added. The imam slammed the United States also for using its veto against UN Security Council resolutions condemning Israel’s occupation of Palestine, contrasting the international outcry over the killing of four security contractors in Fallujah with the relative silence meeting Israeli actions in the occupied territories. “How can they consider the killing of four individuals a major crime and ignore the killing of a whole nation?” Shuraim, one of the imams at the Grand Mosque, asked. The imam said the Islamic world was passing through a difficult phase. “The Muslim nation finds no refuge from the injustice of the tyrant and international terrorism,” he said. Example 2: The Imaams of Makkah and Madeenah call for immediate halt to war in Iraq... The imam of the Grand Mosque in Makkah yesterday (Friday 28 March, 2003) called for an immediate halt to the war on Iraq as people across the Gulf prayed for the victory of the Iraqi people against the US-British aggressors. “This unjust war must stop immediately. If it continues, it will only fuel hatred and conflicts” between nations, said Dr. Saleh ibn Abdullah Humaid, who is also chairman of the Shoura Council. Delivering his Friday sermon to more than 500,000 faithful thronging the large mosque complex, Sheikh Humaid urged the international community to stand by the Iraqi people. “Truth and justice demand that we stand by the Iraqi people,” he added. In his televised address, Humaid said that launching the war on Baghdad was a grave mistake. “This is a lost war and there will be no winners,” the imam said. Humaid also urged world leaders to respond to the calls for peace by taking effective steps to end the US-led war. “Our world today is in need of justice, charters and clear agreements, which should be followed by every country without exception. “There must be good intentions and sincere cooperation for the welfare and happiness of all,” he said. The Haram imam urged Muslims to unite and avoid differences to confront the challenges facing them. “We have to achieve real freedom by restricting our worship to God alone,” he added. Dr. Humaid stressed that the Islamic nation would not have been affected by foreign attacks if internal wrangling had not weakened it. “Muslims can regain their power by strengthening their faith in God and implementing the Shariah.” He cautioned the public about the media war launched by sections of the Western media organization and urged them to distinguish between truth and rumor. “Enemies spread false reports to create chaos and confusion among Muslims, create fear, destroy their morale and weaken their self-confidence,” he added. Humaid urged Muslims to learn from the present crisis and stand united. Saudi Arabia has opposed the US-led war on Iraq and called for an immediate end to it. The Kingdom has also rejected a military occupation of Iraq and has warned that a continuation of the war would affect Saudi-US relations. Security measures in the Kingdom have been beefed up, with police patrols guarding main streets, government institutions and shopping malls. The Haram imam also condemned the killing of innocent people in Iraq by the Anglo-American forces. “Bodies are shattered and dismembered, many people have lost their loved ones, many are missing. There is destruction everywhere,” he said. Sheikh Salah Al-Bedair, the imam and khateeb of the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, prayed for “our weak Muslim brothers in Iraq and for the destruction of the aggressors.” Bedair referred to reports of Muslim women, children and the elderly being killed and injured in Iraq and urged Muslims all over the world to pray for their brethren in Iraq. the rest is too long for me to paste it here: so you can read it here Source: fatwaonline.com there were 8 fatawah issued concerning Iraq by the likes of Shaykh Rabee, Ubaid Jabeeri...Zayd ibn Muhammad ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee...ect..So The point in the posting was not the issue of killings of western civilians but rather the call of the Government backed scholars and the hypocrisy they have know shown Truth Seeker where were u when they were issued?uh? in your confortable house eating their flesh..... Where are their fatwas when the rulers rule by kufr? as for this well its a lengthy discusion....and if you werent sleeping you would know about it...the like of Ibn Uthaymin...albani all gave fatwahs concerning this topic....you should read it ....let me help you out.... there is a fatwah by Shaykh Albani talking about those who rule by other then what Allah revealed and u can find it here:http://www.albani.co.uk.......there are other scholars who gave fatawah about this issue but its like 100 pages in DpF so if your intersted ill send it to u. So next time becareful what you say concernin Ahlul Ilm, for Very Allah said: And follow not (O man i.e., say not, or do not or witness not, etc.) that of which you have no knowledge off. Verily! 21. Innalhamdulillah...Wa Salamu ALaykum wa rahmatullahi wa baarkatu walil hamd WalCayadubillah...Allah is not everwhere... Allah is above the seven Heavens, he made Istawa(rose)on his throne IN A WAY THAT SUITS HIS MAJISTY.. Prove: (Surah 20:5) The Most Beneficent (Allâh) Istawâ (rose over) the (Mighty) Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). Prove: Verily! We have seen the turning of your (Muhammad's SAW) face towards the heaven.(2:144) Prove: Umm Salama the Prophet's wife said the following about istiwa' as quoted by Ibn Hajar in Fath al-bari: "The establishment is not unknown (ghayr majhul) and its modality is inconceivable in the mind (ghayr ma`qul); one does not ask "how" about Him; "how" is inapplicable to Him." Prove: Imam Nawawi (d. 676) said in Sharh al-muhadhdhab: "It is said: We believe that the Merciful is established over the Throne, and we do not know the reality of the meaning of this nor what is meant by it (la na`lamu haqiqata mi`na dhalika wa al-murada bihi), while we do believe that "There is nothing like Him whatsoever" and that He is exalted far above the most elevated of created things. That is the way of the Salaf or at least their vast majority, and it is the safest because one is not required to probe into such matters." Prove: the hadith about the slave Girls...whent he The messenger of allah (saas) asked her who im I and she said...you are the messenger of Allah...and he said where is Allah...and she pointed to the sky...Then the messenger of Allah(saas) said free her she is a believer. 22. Innalhamdulillah Wa salamu alaykum wa rahmatullah Tayyib what is Haram to touch is the nose, the mouth and when a dog is wet....nor can u keep a dog in your house....because the angels do not enter the house....and the scholars say anything that the angels dont like there is no good in it....however they say that one can keep a guard dog for necessety if u need the dog to guard ur animals from other predators which ur unable to do....So if u do have these dogs u must avoid the najas(filt) of their nose..etc...to touch a dry dog is permissable...that is if its not najas(dirty) however why would u like to be around a creators that the angels hate to be around it? Ps. OG_GIrl glad to see that u removed ur previous pic of that women without a Hijab on...who was revealin her awrah. like the flag though...
  23. Innalhamdulillah....Wa Salamu alaykum Author: Ibn al-Qayyim Source: Al-Jawab al-Kafi (trans. Abu Iyaad) Article ID : TZK020006 He (rahimahullaah) said: And among its effects is that the disobedient (sinner) is constantly in the shackles of his Shaytaan and the prison of his shahwa (desires) and the chains/fetters of his hawaa (whims). So he is a captive, one who is imprisoned and who is tied up. There is no captive in a worse state than the one who is captivated by his worst enemy and there is no prison which is tighter than the prison of hawa and there is no bond/fetter more strong than the bond of desire. How, then, will a heart which is captivated, imprisoned and fettered travel unto Allaah and the Home of the Hereafter. How will a person take a single step forward when the heart is bound and harmful things approach it from every direction. The harmful things approach it to the extent that it is tied up [i.e. imprisoned by its desires and whims..]. The example of the heart is like the example of a bird. Every time is ascends it becomes distant from the harmful things and every time it descends the harmful things hurt it. In a hadeeth there occurs that Shaytaan is like a wolf to people. Just as when a sheep has no protector and is in between many wolves, they are quick in causing damage and injury; likewise the servant who does not have guardianship from Allaah, then his wolf [i.e. his desires, whims etc.] is to him a predatory animal. [Thus] there is no escape for the servant from having protection from Allaah. Taqwaa is a safeguarding for him and a strong shield between himself and the punishment of this world and the Hereafter. Every time the sheep is close to its shepherd it is more safe from the wolf and every time it becomes distant from its shepherd it is closer to destruction. So its sanctuary is when it is close to its shepherd because the wolf takes the lonely one from the flock and this is the one which is the furthest one of the flock from the shepherd. The basis of all of this is is that every time the heart is distant from Allaah the harmful things are quick in approaching it and every time it is close to Allaah the harmful things become distant from it. Remoteness from Allaah has levels/degrees, some of which are more severe than others. Heedlesness distances the servant from Allaah and some acts of disobedience are greater than some acts of heedlesness. Some innovations are greater than some acts of disobedience and some things from Hypocrisy and Shirk are greater than all of what has preceded wwww.salafipublications.com
  24. Innalhamdulillah....Wa Salamu alaykum THE REALITY OF TAWHEED! If it said to you, Who is your Lord? Then reply saying: My Lord (Rabb) is Allah. If it is said to you, What is the meaning of Lord (Rabb)? Then reply saying: The One Who is rightfully worshipped, The Owner (Al-Maalik), The One Who all and everything is under His disposal (Al-Mutasarrif). If it is said to you, What is the greatest and most remarkable feat you have seen from His creation? Then reply saying: The Heavens and the Earth. If it is said to you, How do you arrive at this knowledge of your Lord? Then reply saying: Through His signs and His creation. If it said to you, What is the paramount or the most noteworthy which you have seen from His signs? Then reply saying: The Night and the Day and the proof of this is His saying, Ta’aala: Indeed your Lord (Rabb) is Allah, who created the Heavens and the Earth in six days, and then He rose over (Istawa) The Throne (in a manner befitting His Majesty). He brings the Night as a cover over the Day, seeking it rapidly, and (He created) the Sun, the Moon, and the Stars subjected to his command. Surely His is the creation and the Commandment.[1]Blessed is Allah the Lord (Rabb) of all in existence! Surah A’raf (7):54 So if it is said to you, What is the meaning of Allah? Then reply saying: Allah means the One who has all rights of worship over the entire of His creation. And if it is said to you, Why did Allah create you? Then reply saying: I was created for the purpose of His worship (and His worship alone, i.e. Tawheed, without ascribing any partners to him in any aspect of worship i.e. Shirk). If it is said to you, What is His worship?[2] Then reply saying: His Tawheed[3] and obedience to him (Taa’ah)[4]. And if it said to you, What is the proof for that? Then reply saying: His saying, Ta’aala:. I have not created the Jinn, nor the men, except for My worship (alone). Surah Dhariyat (51):56 If it is said to you, What is the first affair which Allah has obligated upon you? Then reply saying: Total disbelief in Taaghut[5] (everything that is worshipped other than Allah) and Eemaan[6] (faith and belief) in Allah, and the proof of this is His saying, Ta’aala: There is no compulsion in religion. Surely, the right path has become clear and distinct from the wrong path. So whoever disbelieves in Taaghut (everything that is worshipped other than Allah) and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trust worthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower. Surah Baqarah (2):256 So if it is said to you, What is the most trust worthy handhold that will never break? Then reply saying: Laa ilaaha ill Allah[7] (There is no Diety worshipped in the truth except Allah). The meaning of Laa ilaaha (There is no Diety) is negation and ill Allah (except Allah) is affirmation. And if it is said to you, What is it that you are negating and what is that you are affirming? Then reply saying: The negation is a negation of everything that is worshipped other than Allah and the affirmation is an affirmation that all worship is rightfully due to Allah alone without ascribing any partners to Him. And if it said to you, What is the proof for that? Then reply saying: His saying, Ta’aala: And (remember) when Ibraheem said to his father and people: “Verily, I am totally innocent and totally free of what you worship, except Him (i.e. Allah alone) Who created me; and surely, He will guide me”. Surah Zukhruf (43):26-27 And if it is said to you, What is the negation and affirmation here in this Ayah (verse)? Then reply saying: The proof of negation is: And (remember) when Ibraheem said to his father and people: “Verily, I am totally innocent and totally free of what you worship. Surah Zukhruf (43):26 And the proof of affirmation is: Except Him (i.e. Allah alone) who created me.” Surah Zukhruf (43):27 If it is said to you, What is the difference between Tawheed Ar-Ruboobiyyah (Lordship) and Tawheed Al-Uloohiyyah (worship), Then reply saying, Tawheed Ar-Ruboobiyyah is the actions of the Rabb (Lord), for example: Creating, providing all sustenance and provision, giving life, causing death, sending down rain, causing plants and all vegetation to grow, as well as disposing all of the affairs. Tawheed Al-Uloohiyyah is the actions of the slave, for example: Supplication, fear of His Punishment, hope for His Mercy, dependence and reliance upon Him, turning to Him in repentance, fervent desire, dread, making vows, seeking His Aid and other than this from the different types of worship. So if it said to you, What is your Deen? Then reply saying: My Deen (Religion) is Islam[8]. It’s foundation and principle comprises two affairs: Firstly: The worship of Allah alone (i.e. Tawheed) without ascribing any partners to Him, inciting and instigating upon this, basing alliance and friendship upon it, and pronouncing Kufr (disbelief of Allah) upon one who abandons Tawheed. Secondly: Warning and admonishing against Shirk[9] in the worship of Allah Ta’aala and being staunch upon that, basing enmity and aversion upon it, and pronouncing Kufr (disbelief in Allah) upon the one who commits Shirk. This Deen of Islam is established upon five pillars: Bearing witness that none has the right to be worshipped in truth except Allah and bearing witness that Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) is the Messenger of Allah, establishing the Salah, paying the Zakat, fasting the month of Ramadan, and making Hajj once in a lifetime for the one who has the ability[10]. And the proof of the Shahaadah is his saying, Ta’aala: Allah bears witness that La ilaaha illa huwa (none has the right to be worshipped in truth except He), and the angels, and those who possess knowledge (also bear witness); (He always) maintains his creation in justice. La ilaaha ill huwa (none has the right to be worshipped in the truth except He), The All-Mighty, The All-Wise. Surah Aali ‘Imran (3):18 And we where not Created but to Worship Allah!
