Nomads and Aliens you have all raised some interesting points here! I am not acquainted with all your source of origins; whether is Somaliland, Putland, Southland.etc, to be honest it’s really extraneous. We are and I assume are all Muslims, we all believe that there Is no God but Allah and Muhammad(saw) his messenger(saw) however one can not dismiss the presence of the munafiqeen, atheist, Christians and Jews in our midst. anyone who doubts this fact is senselessly naïve, Splitting up (tafarruq) is not from the Religion, because the Religion commands us with unity, and to be one jamaa’ah (community), and one Ummah upon the ’aqeedah of Tawheed, and upon following the Messenger of Allaah . Allaah the Exalted says: “Verily this Ummah of yours is one Ummah, and I am your Lord, so worship Me.†[sooratul-Anbiyaa‘ 21:92] Indeed this is a noble Ayah, and we should stride to hold fast to it, however Unity has pillars and conditions that the larg part Muslim refuse to acknowledge, Unity can not take place with those who resort to slaughtering innocent being, because they are from a divergent tribe and those who persist on tribalism rank. Those who have defied all Islamic conventions for the sake of power, glory and fame. sure We desires Unity, but what shall we unite upon? Islam? What islam? this islam that couldn’t prevent other from killing their brothers and sisters? What is this Islam we speak off? What is this religion that they follow which could not prevent carnage such that its like has not been observed, forced citizens to flee their Muslim land to dwell among the disbelievers? Every person should really cleanse their souls and fix their houses before they invite others for coffee! I don’t support any separation as the ummah should be Wahid(one), however when people claim to be Muslims Yet their proceedings defy all schemes legislated by Allah such unity is not encouraged, We unite upon birr (righteousness) and taqwa(piety), they are the fabric of unity, So if Somaliland or others attain serenity by separation then so be it, if they feel they get closer to Allah by separating from the South, then so be it, if they feel its better for their religion to distinguish themselves from the south then so be it! Separation should solely be for the sake of safe guarding one’s religion and Unity should unequivocally be the same! Not because of race/language ect... these are my two dinars On this ever Elongated dialogue! Sorry if I repeated anything that has been said, I have not taken the time to read all of your posts!

truth seeker, im not sure whether you had a change to read the post that brother Yusef is responding to. It was maybe 6 pages in word doc. frankly I just lost interest in the whole thing! Let’s agree to disagree(it’s a silly expression), as the saying goes, each to his own, in the end Allah the Majestic will tell us where we differed and who was upon clarity and who was upon misguidance! Imam Barbaaharee one of the great salaf said: If someone comes to debate with you, beware of him. For debating involves argumentation, disputing, seeking to overcome, wrangling and anger. You have been forbidden from all of this. It diverts you both away from the truth. It has not reached us that any of our scholars or people of knowledge argued, debated or disputed. Al-Hasan (al-Basree) said, "The wise man does not argue or seek to overcome with stratagem rather he propagates his wisdom. If it is accepted he praises Allaah and if it is rejected he praises Allaah." [Reported by Abu Nu`aim ibn Hammaad in his Zawaa'id `alaz-Zuhd libnil Mubaarak (no. 30) and Ibn Battah in Ibaanatul-Kubraa (no. 611). Its isnaad is weak, since it contains an unnamed narrator.] and Hasan is my salaf, so i must follow his advice!

Our Creed and Call [1] [1] Author: Shaikh Muqbil Ibn Haadee Al-Waadi'ee Source: Tarjumah Abee 'Abdur-Rahmaan Muqbil Ibn Haadee al-Waadi'ee (p. 135-142), slightly adapted Translator: Maaz Qureshi Our Creed and Call [1] [1]: We believe in Allaah and His Names and Attributes, as they were mentioned in the Book of Allaah and in the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah , without tahreef (distortion), nor ta'weel (figurative interpretation), nor tamtheel (making a likeness), nor tashbeeh (resemblance), nor ta'teel (denial). [2]: We believe that calling upon the dead and seeking aid from them, and similarly with the living, in that which no one besides Allaah is capable of, is Shirk with Allaah. Likewise, believing that charms and amulets can bring about benefit along with Allaah, or without Allaah is Shirk, and carrying them without that belief is superstition. [3]: We take the Book and the Sunnah upon their apparent meanings, and we do not perform ta'weel, except through a proof that necessitates ta'weel (figurative interpretation) of the Book and the Sunnah. [4]: We believe that the Believers will see their Lord in the Hereafter, without inquiry into the modality. And we believe in the Intercession (ash-Shafaa'ah) and in the people of Tawheed being taken out of the Fire. [5]: We love the Companions of the Messenger of Allaah , and we hate those who speak against them. We believe that to speak ill of them is to speak ill of the Religion, because they are the ones who conveyed it to us. And we love the Family of the Prophet with love that is permitted by the Sharee'ah. [6]: We love the People of Hadeeth and all of the Salaf of the Ummah from Ahlus-Sunnah. [7]: We despise 'ilmul-kalaam (knowledge of theological rhetoric), and we view it to be from amongst the greatest reasons for the division in the Ummah. [8]: We do not accept anything from the books of fiqh (jurisprudence), nor from the books of tafseer (explanation of the Qur'aan), nor from the ancient stories, nor from the Seerah (biography) of the Prophet , except that which has been confirmed from Allaah or from His Messenger . We do not mean that we have rejected them, nor do we claim that we are not in need of them. Rather, we benefit from the discoveries of our Scholars and the jurists and other than them. However, we do not accept a ruling, except with an authentic proof. [9]: We do not write in our books, nor do we cover in our lessons, nor do we give sermons with anything except the Qur'aan, or the authentic and authoritative hadeeth. And we detest what emanates from many books and admonishers in terms of false stories and weak and fabricated ahaadeeth. [10]: We do not perform takfeer upon any Muslim due to any sin, except Shirk with Allaah, or the abandonment of Prayer, or apostasy. We seek refuge in Allaah from that. [11]: We believe that the Qur'aan is the Speech of Allaah, it is not created. [12]: We hold co-operation with any Muslim upon the truth to be obligatory and we declare ourselves free in front of Allaah from the calls of Jaahiliyyah (pre-Islaamic times of ignorance). [13]: We do not deem it correct to revolt against the Muslim rulers as long as they are Muslims, nor do we feel that revolutions bring about reconciliation. Rather, they corrupt the community. As for the rulers of Aden, then we feel that fighting them is obligatory, until they repent from heresy, Socialism and calling people to the worship of Lenin and Marx and other than these two from those who professed disbelief. [14]: We hold that this multiplicity of present day parties is a reason for the division of the Muslims and their weakness. [15]: We hold that the da'wah (call) of the Ikhwaanul-Muslimeen is not an upright and righteous da'wah that brings about the rectification of the community. Indeed, their da'wah is political, not religious. It is also a da'wah of innovation, because it is a call to making unknown allegiance and a da'wah of fitnah (trial, discord) founded upon innovation, and all of it is built upon innovation. [16]: We advise the brothers who work amongst them to abandon them, until nothing of their time is afforded to that which does not benefit Islaam and the Muslims. And it is upon the Muslim that his priority be to Allaah in aiding Islaam and the Muslims upon the hand of any Muslim under any Jamaa'ah. [17]: We restrict our understanding of the Book of Allaah and of the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah to the understanding of the Salaf of the Ummah from the Scholars of hadeeth, not the blind followers of their individuals. Rather, we take the truth from wherever it comes. And we know that there are those who claim Salafiyyah, yet Salafiyyah is free from them, since they bring to the society what Allaah has prohibited. [18]: We believe that politics is a part of the Religion, and those who try to separate the Religion from politics are only attempting to destroy the Religion and to spread chaos. Likewise, what has been spread in some of the Islaamic countries that, 'The Religion is for Allaah, but the state is for the people,' is a call of jaahiliyyah. Rather, everything must be for Allaah. [19]: We believe there will be no honor or victory for the Muslims until they return to the Book of Allaah and to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah . [20]: We hate the present day parties: the apostate Communist party, and the apostate Ba'thee party, and the apostate Naasiree party, and the apostate Socialist party, and the apostate Raafidee party. And we believe that all of the people are divided into two parties: the party of Allaah, and they are those who establish the pillars of Islaam and the pillars of Eemaan (faith). And there is the party of Shaytaan, and they are those who wage war against the Sharee'ah of Allaah. [21]: We oppose those who divide the Religion of trivialities and important issues. And we know that this is a destructive da'wah. [22]: We oppose those who put down the knowledge of the Sunnah, and say that this is not the time for it. Likewise, we oppose those who put down acting upon the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah . [23]: We hold that the most important affairs must be given precedence over others. So it is obligatory upon the Muslims that they give importance to 'aqeedah (creed), then to thwart the efforts of the Communists and the Ba'th party. So this cannot occur, except by holding fast to the Book and the Sunnah. [24]: We hold that no Jamaa'ah has the capability of facing the enemies, whether it be the Raafidee, or the Shee'ee, or the Soofee, or the Sunnee; until they have true brotherhood and unity upon this 'aqeedah. [25]: We oppose those who are arrogant and claim that the callers to Allaah are Wahhaabiyyah agents. And we know that their filthy intention is that they wish to place an obstruction between the common folk and the people of knowledge. [26]: Our da'wah and our 'aqeedah is more beloved to us than our own selves, our wealth and our offspring. So we are not prepared to part with it for gold, nor silver. We say this so that no one may have hope in buying out our da'wah, nor should he think that it is possible for him to purchase it from us for deenaar or dirham. Since the politicians already know this about us, so they have despaired of buying it from us with granted positions or wealth. [27]: We love the governments in accordance to what they have of goodness, and we hate them for what they have of evil. And we do not permit revolting against them, except if we have seen clear disbelief from them about which we have a proof from Allaah, with the condition that we are capable of that, and that there not be any civil strife between the Muslims and their opponents. Since the rulers portray those who revolt against them as spies causing corruption. And thereupon, other conditions come in, refer to our other books. And the most dreadful of governments is the Communist government of Aden. May Allaah hasten its downfall and purify the Islaamic countries from it. [28]: We accept direction and advice from wherever it comes and we know that we are students of knowledge, we are correct sometimes and incorrect at other times. We are ignorant at times and knowledgeable at times. [29]: We love the present day Scholars of the Sunnah and hope to benefit from them and regret the passing away of many of them. [30]: We do not accept a fatwaa except from the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah . [31]: We oppose those who visit the graves and other than them from amongst those who allege heresy in praise. [32]: We oppose the Muslim leaders in their unity with the enemies of Islaam, whether they be the Americans or the Communists. [33]: We oppose the calls of jaahiliyyah such as nationalism and Arab nationalism. We oppose them and we name them calls of jaahiliyyah and we hold that they are reasons for the downfall of the Muslims. [34]: We are awaiting the re-newer that that Allaah renews this Religion with. Aboo Daawood (d.257H) relates in his Sunan from Abee Hurayrah , from the Prophet said, "Verily Allaah sends at the head of every one hundred years a re-newer for this Ummah to renew its Religion." [2] And we hope that he will bring about a widely spread Islaamic awakening. [35]: We firmly believe in the misguidance of the one who rejects the ahaadeeth pertaining to the Mahdee, the Dajjaal (Anti-Christ) and the descent of 'Eesaa Ibn Maryam ('alayhis-salaam). And we do not mean the Mahdee of the Raafidah. Rather, we mean the leader from the Family of the Prophet , from the people of the Sunnah filling up the earth with justice and fairness, just as it was filled with oppression and injustice before. And we say that he is from Ahlus-Sunnah, because cursing the noble Companions is not from justice. [36]: These are glimpses into our 'aqeedah and our da'wah. And mentioning them with their proofs would lengthen the book. Indeed, I have mentioned their proofs in al-Makhraj minal-Fitnah. So if one has any objection to this, then we are prepared to accept advice if it is truthful, and to refute it if it is erroneous, and to avoid it if it is stubborn rejection. And Allaah knows best. So let it be known that this has not fully covered our da'wah and our 'aqeedah, since our da'wah is from the Book and the Sunnah, to the Book and the Sunnah, and our 'aqeedah is likewise. And Allaah is sufficient for us, and He is the best of those who are trusted. And there is no might, nor power, except with Allaah.

Waalaal, wallahi is very important as muslim that we wont waterdown the islamic Lexis, they all carry a purpose and weight in the sight of Allah! Once you say "Acuudubillah" it means you find aversion in that act and you seek Allah's proctection from it! Yesterday I was conversing with someone and Something was said that I didn’t trust, consequently I requested them to say “wallahi†to prove their honestly, they complied! The other person with me told that they were lying, hearing him, they confessed Wallahi I was stunned that they would lie In the name of Allah, but to them it was a joke! So Walaal u’d understand my reactions when a haalal act is staged, then another Muslim says( I seek refuge from it in the name of Allah) Like its an idiom!

acuudu bilaah I will never get it! how someone can hate that which is lawful, that which pleaseS Allah, THAT WHICH ALLAH LOVES, THAT WHICH ALLAH REWARDS YOU FOR! i will never get it, how someone can claim to believe in Allah, HIS SIGNS, HIS MESSAGE, AND THEN seek refuge from it! WALLAH i will never get it!

Wallahi my heart wouldnt stop crying when i finished this piece! A significant addition to the strength of Islam was the conversion of ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab in Dhul-Hijjah, the sixth year of Prophethood, three days following the conversion of Hamzah.[] He was a man of dauntless courage and resolution, feared and respected in Makkah, and hitherto a bitter opponent of the new religion. The traditional account reveals that the Prophet once raised his hands in prayer and said: "O Allâh! Give strength to Islaam especially through either of two men you love more: ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab or Abu Jahl bin Hisham." ‘Umar, obviously, was the one who merited that privilege. When we scrutinize the several versions that speak of ‘Umar’s conversion, we can safely conclude that various contradictory emotions used to conflict with one another within his soul. On the one hand, he used to highly regard the traditions of his people, and was habituated to the practice of indulgence in wine orgies; on the other hand, he greatly admired the stamina of the Muslims and their relentless dedication to their faith. These two extreme views created a sort of skepticism in his mind and made him at times tend to believe that the doctrines of Islam could bear better and more sacred seeds of life, that is why he would always experience fits of outrage directly followed by unexpected enervation[]. On the whole, the account of his conversion is very interesting and requires us to go into some details. One day, ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab set out from his house, and headed for the Holy Sanctuary where he saw the Prophet offering prayer and overheard him reciting the Sûrah Al-Hâqqah (Chapter 69 — The Reality) of the Noble Qur’ân. The Words of AllâAh appealed to him and touched the innermost cells of his heart. He felt that they derived from unusual composition, and he began to question his people’s allegations as regards the man-composed poetry or words of a soothsayer that they used to attach to the Noble Qur’ân. The Prophet went on to recite: "That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger (i.e. Gabriel or Muhammad which he has brought from Allâh). It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! This is the Revelation sent down from the Lord of the ‘Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)." [69:40-43] At that very moment, Islam permeated his heart.[] However, the dark layer of pre-Islamic tendencies, the deep-seated traditional bigotry as well as the blind pride in his forefathers overshadowed the essence of the great Truth that began to feel its way reluctantly into his heart. He, therefore, persisted in his atrocities against Islam and its adherents unmindful of the pure and true-to-man’s nature feeling that lay behind that fragile cover of pre-Islamic ignorance and mentality. His sharp temper and excessive enmity towards the Prophet led him one day to leave his house, sword in hand, with the intention of killing the Prophet . He was in a fit of anger and was fretting and fuming. Nu‘aim bin ‘Abdullah, a friend of ‘Umar’s, met him accidentally half way. What had caused so much excitement in him and on whom was the fury to burst, he inquired casually. ‘Umar said furiously: "To destroy the man Muhammad () this apostate, who has shattered the unity of Quraish, picked holes in their religion, found folly with their wise men and blasphemed their gods." "‘Umar, I am sure, your soul has deceived you, do you think that Banu ‘Abd Munaf would let you walk on earth if you slain Muhammad ? Why don’t you take care of your own family first and set them right?" "Which of the folk of my house?" asked ‘Umar angrily. "Your brother-in-law and your sister have apostatized (meaning to say: They have become followers of Muhammad ) and abandoned your religion." ‘Umar directed his footsteps to his sister’s house. As he drew near, he heard the voice of Khabbab bin Aratt, who was reading the Qur’ânic Chapter Tâ-Hâ (mystic letters, T. H.) to both of them. Khabbab, perceiving the noise of his footsteps retired to a closet. Fatimah, ‘Umar’s sister, took hold of the leaf and hid it. But ‘Umar had already heard the voice. "What sound was that I have heard just now?" shouted the son of Khattab, entering angrily. Both his sister and her husband replied, "You heard nothing." "Nay," said he swearing fiercely, "I have heard that you have apostatized." He plunged forward towards his brother-in-law and beat him severely, but Fatimah rushed to the rescue of her husband. Thereupon, ‘Umar fell upon his sister and struck upon her head. The husband and wife could not contain themselves and cried aloud: "Yes, we are Muslims, we believe in AllâAh and His Messenger Muhammad so do what you will." When ‘Umar saw the face of his dear sister besmeared with blood, he was softened and said: "Let me see what you were reading, so that I may see what Muhammad has brought." Fatimah was satisfied with the assurance, but said: "O brother, you are unclean on account of your idolatry, none but the pure may touch it. So go and wash first." He did so, and took the page and read the opening verses of the Chapter Tâ-Hâ until he reached: "Verily! I am Allâah! Lâ ilâha illa Ana (none has the right to be worshipped but I), so worship Me and offer prayers perfectly (Iqâmat-as-Salât), for My Remembrance." [20:14]. ‘Umar read the verses with great interest and was much entranced with them. "How excellent it is, and how graceful! Please guide me to Muhammad ." said he. And when he heard that, Khabbab came out of concealment and said, "O ‘Umar, I hope that Allâah has answered the prayer of the Prophet , for I heard him say: ‘O Allaâh! Strengthen Islam through either ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab or Abu Jahl bin Hisham.’" ‘Umar then left for a house in Safa where Muhammad had been holding secret meetings along with his Companions. ‘Umar reached that place with the sword swinging by his arm. He knocked at the door. The Companions of the Prophet turned to see who the intruder was. One of them peeped through a chink in the door and reeled back exclaiming: "It is ‘Umar with his sword." Hamzah, dispelling the fears of his friends, said: "Let him in. As a friend he is welcome. As a foe, he will have his head cut off with his own sword." The Prophet asked his Companions to open the door. In came the son of Khattab. The Prophet advanced to receive the dreadful visitor, caught him by his garment and scabbard, and asked him the reason of his visit. At that ‘Umar replied: "O Messenger of Allâh , I come to you in order to believe in Allaâh and his Messenger and that which he has brought from his Lord." Filled with delight, Muhammad together with his Companions, cried aloud: ‘Allâhu Akbar’ (Allâh is Great).

I love Bin Baaz and Uthaymin for the sake of Allah, I consider them to be two of the greatest shaykh of our time! Allah who is far from all imperfection has given me the ability to read that book !Alhamdulillah! I think you misunderstood my words, When I said that I despise the kufar, it means I despise them for their beliefs, and we love for the sake of allah and hate for the sake of allah(Alwa wal baara) is a shariyah principal that ever muslim is required to know and practice! Yet I’m just towards them, for Allah loves those who are just and we argue not and call them not to the path of Allah except with fair preaching! Allah said in many verse of the Noble Quran; here is one! “Allâh does not love the disbelieversâ€3:32 Why should He love them when they worship other then him! On a side note, Bin Baaz was asked the following question about the Tableegh! Question: May Allaah grant you the best (of His favours). In the hadeeth of the Prophet , relating to the splitting of the Ummah, he says: ((…and my Ummah shall split into 72 sects…)). So, is the Jamaa’ah at-Tableegh, with what they have in terms of shirk and innovations; and also the Jamaa’ah al-Ikhwaan al-Muslimeen, with what they have in terms of partisanship and revolting/rebelling against the leaders and lack of obedience; from the 72 sects? Response: So, he (the Shaykh) responded, may Allaah forgive him and bestow upon him His immense mercy: Yes, They are from the 72 (sects). Whoever opposes the ‘aqeedah of Ahlus-Sunnah enters the fold of the 72 (sects). they are from the amongst the 72 sects, along with the Murji’ah and other than them; the Murji’ah and the Khawaarij – some of the people of knowledge regard the Khawaarij from amongst the kuffaar, out of the fold of Islaam although amongst the 72 sects. [Taken from the recording of the Shaykh’s lessons in Sharh al-Muntaqaa in Ta’if approximately 2 years or less before his death].

Brother nur i can not speak for anyone else.... but for me bro, is that first i really didnt know who Allah was.... i cant remember that which i dont know.... and when i started to learn who Allah really was.... then it was even harder to remember allah because my mind was preoccupied with music/sports/girls/how to look cool/ how to impress this person and that person/ cant forget school/ When my heart is occupied with other matter, there is no room left for the rememberance of allah! The only cure for me was to boycott this world and and focus on the hereafter.... By allah the difference it has made in my life is unexplainable! -
Bilal everything we do in this life should be based on knowledge; hence the whole post was about the lack of knowledge from the Tableeghees; their call of “Nothingness†stemming from their 6 fundamentals with their Infamous book "Faza'il Amal" Inshalllah see to it that you address every point I raised! And May Allah be with you!

Homeschooling bonds parent and child, assures the kid, strengthens their personality and makes them well prepared for higher education. Nur, I naturally assent with your thoughts. I personally would opt for home school, as I may have the means to execute such labour. However home school has its share of problems; suspecting the parents aren’t apt for the assignment, the family must locate a male instructor for their boys and visa versa for the daughters (free mixing is a no no). If all the Muslim Families (by the mercy of Allah) were able to meet the expense of a paid teacher, there would be limited Muslim instructors to satiate such demand since the ration of students/instructors is overwhelmingly great! Likewise the fraction of parents, who can not afford such luxury far out weigh those who can! So is there a system where the kids/parents and muslim teachers can all win? An Islamic school that is founded upon religious inspiration can alleviate must of the troubles facing the Muslim communities, An Islamic school that demands professors, students and parents to meticulously work as unit is what we should work towards! Sure we’re bound come across disruptive children, however kids are Innocent until age of purity, thus they can be regulated with a daily dose of Quran, reflecting upon the ayahs of Allah and setting aside certain hours of the day to share stories of the Prophets, the manners and habits of the Messenger of Allah (saw) and the righteous near him. The innocent heart of a child is especially receptive to the words of Allah, therefore the anecdote of the messenger (saw) would further spur their love for the deen of allah. When they find themselves in a state of fondness, the instructors is able to cease the moment to enlighten them about their ill-behaviour and how it opposes the message of islam! When the heart is rectified with the remembrance of Allah, the body submits! As a community the parents would be required to do their part. Their vital task would be to eliminate Television from their abode. There is nothing more despicable, more harmful to an innocent heart then television! It is where all immoral acts are performed and exhibited as a form of entertainment and false reality become the norm; it is truly the net and tool of shaytain! We seek refuge from its iniquitousness!

^^^ it is not my intent to enter the revolving door of endless riposte opened by you Sahal, with your 4 month public salvo in responses to my post which were clearly substantiated with kitab and sunnah along with the Senior scholars in regards to certain individuals you hold in high esteem! If Scholars of eminence likes that of Shaykh Albani/ Bin Baaz /Uthaymin, Fowzan/Muqbil’s Rulings can be labelled as “ fabricate false claims on the AWLIYAA-U-LAAH†Then its Allah who we complain to from your insolent bigotry that you so seemly flaunt! As for the Kufar, I despised them for the sake of Allah not for mere self gratification! There are conditions to dealing with the disbelieving folks, which you wouldn’t understand seeing that your senses are covered with your rash emotions; you sway with every wind to suit you desires, never cross your mind to probe its soundness! Defending what you believe in is an admirable trait; however there are civil means to making a point without always resorting to personal insults. What do you gain by attacking me personally? Do you feel a twitch in your heart when you call me sick..ect… do you sleep better? Is this the manners and characteristics of the Messenger of Allah(saw) When he was insulted and beaten did he resort to insults? Then why do you feel the need to do as such? address the points that are raised, refrain from going personal! for starters address the points i have raised in this thread against the Tableeghs!

(Posted by Sahal) This guy is really SICK , Sahal you insist on defaming and oppressing me with words, Because I call to the abandonment of Innovation and the callers of innovation, then in that case, i will follow the advice of Allaah, the Most Exalted and Glorious “And if they hear al-laghw (evil, vain, false talk), they withdraw from it and say, ‘For us are our deeds, and for you are your deeds. Peace be with you. We do not seek the ignorant ones.†(28:55 ) For it is evident from the negative tones and words used in your attacks, that no matter what I say or how many evidences you receive from the Kibar Ulama(senior Scholars), it will be of no avail, You clearly flaunt the features of the profiteers, (those who wish to please everybody, even at the expense of the truth), and Allah guides who he wills! While Allaah said, “ be just and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allâh. (5:8) And I pray that Allaah makes me worthy of being among those He Himself defends, as He said, “Indeed Allaah defends those who believe.†(22:38)

Unveiling THE FAZAIL-E-AA'MAAL, FAKE HADITHS ATTRIBUTE TO OUR BELOVED MESSENGER(SAW) In the words of Abdullah Ibn al-Mubarak (died 181 A.H.) on of the very illustrious teachers of Imam al-Bukhari, who said. "The isnaad is part of the religion and had it not been for the isnaad, whoever wished would have said whatever he liked". Reported by Imam Muslim in the introduction to his Sahih. (Sharh Sahih Muslim - Arabic Vol. 1 Page 87 the Prophet sallallahu alaihiwasallam that he said "Whoever lies on me intentionally then let him reserve his seat in hell". (Sahih Bukhari) This Book, FAZAIL-E-AA'MAAL, is well known as the "Tha'leem Kitaab" of the Thablighi Jamaat, is reverently read and practically every mosque every day and the general public is made to listen to it in the pretext that it is a genuine and authentic book. Yet its Filled with Faire-tales that they attribute to the Our Beloved Messenger(saw) In the light of knowledge the people of knowledge havel examine a source reference of a long hadeeth from the original Urdu version of the book 'Thabligi Nissab', now renamed as "Fazail-e-Aa'maal", written by Shaikh Maulana Muhammad Zakariyyah Kandalawi. The source reference which is in Arabic is not translated fully in the original version (which is in Urdu), nor is it found fully translated into the other languages (English/ Tamil / Singhalese). The Arabic source which can be seen in the Old Tamil Editions (un-translated) This book well known as the "Tha'leem Kitaab" of the Thablighi Jamaat, is reverently read in practically every mosque every day and the general public is made to listen to it in the pretext that it is a genuine and authentic book. In the part entitled 'Virtues of Salaah' there is a sub-section called 'Reproach on giving up Salaah', hadeeth number 7 in this section is along hadeeth describing 5 rewards and 15 punishments. After quoting the hadeeth in Arabic a passage follows in Arabic which attempts to give the source of the hadeeth. This is not translated in to Urdu in the original "Tha'leem Kitaab" written by the author for Urdu readers. Further the translations of the book in to English, Tamil and Singhalese do not have the source reference as fully given in the Urdu version (a few inadequate comments are sometimes found in some editions regarding the source, but these do not reveal the true status of the hadeeth). The translation o the Arabic source reference in "Thabligi Nisaab" (Urdu) by Sheikh Maulana Muhammad Zakariyyah Kandalawi, section "Fazail Namaaz", Baad Awwal pg. 312 follows : That which has been said in the explanation of the hadeeth in regard to the number does not tally with 15 as there are only 14. Maybe the narrator forgot the 15th. This has been said by Ibn Hajr al-Makkie* in his books 'Zavaajir'. I am saying : Abul Laith Samarkandy (1) has narrated the hadeeth in this book 'Kurrathul Uyoon', he has made 6 things as related to his world, saying that the 5th (of the above 6 things) is that "all the creations will hate him in this world" and that the 6th is that "that he will not have any part in the Du'aa of the pious". Then he narrated the hadeeth till the end, and did not attribute to it (the hadeeth) to anyone. Sheikh Nassr Ibn Muhammad Ibn Ibraheem As-Samarkandy (2) says in his book 'Thanbeeh-ghul-Ghafileen' that it will be said "whoever was constant in his five time prayers with congregation, Allah will honour him with 5 favours. Whoever was negligent in it, Allah will punish him with 12 things, 3 in this world, 3 at the time of death, 3 in the qabr (grave) and 3 on the Day of Judgement", then narrated the like of it and then said "it has been narrated the like of this from Abu Dharr from the Prophet Sallallahu alaihiwasallam". And Suyooti said in his book 'Zailul Aalee' (3) after narrating with this meaning from the narration of Ibn Najjar in 'Thareekh Baghdaad' with the chain to Abu Hurrairah. (Then Suyooti quotes) "said in 'Meezan' (4) this hadeeth is false, composed it : Muhammad Ibn Alee Ibn Abbass on Abu Bark Ibn Ziyaad-an-Naisaboorie." I am saying : But said Al-Hafiz (5) in 'Munabbahath' from Abu Hurrairah that it was attributed to the Prophet sallallahu alai hiwasallam "the prayer is the pillar of Deen and in it are 10 things". I have told (wrote) it in 'Al-Hindiyyah' and told (wrote) it Al-Ghazzali in 'Dakaikul-Akhbaar' (6) the like of it and a more complete one of it, and said "whoever protected it Allah honoured him with 15 things .." to its end and narrated the hadeeth in detail. End of Translation of the Arabic source given in 'Thablighi Nissab'. We shall now discuss some important points in this extract, numbers (1) - (5) at the end of which the authenticity of the narration will become clear for the reader himself. (1), (2) : The authors referred to in (1) and (2) are both the same person, i.e. : Abul Laith Nassr Ibn Muhammad Ibn Ahmed Ibn Ibraheem As-Samarkandi, This is an error on the part of the author to give the idea that 2 separate writers are referring to this hadeeth in 2 different books. This sort of duplicity and its other varieties are categorized in the terminology of the scholars of hadeeth as 'Thadlees' which literally means 'concealing'. This will by no means enhance the authenticity of a hadeeth but will further increase its weakness. Imam Shamsuddeen Dhahabi, a renowned scholar in his book Siar a'alamin nubalaa (Vol 16 Page 323) writing about Abul Laith Saamarkandy says that "he dabbles in fabricated ahaadeeth" and further Imam Dhahabi in his book Thareekthul Islam (reference to period between A.H. 351-380, pg583) says "Thanbeeghul Ghafileen contains numerous fabricated ahaadeeth". (3) 'Zailul Aalee' is a book by Imam Suyooti. The full name of the book has not been given. The reason for doing so will be soon evident once the full name and its meaning is known, i.e. : "Zailul -La'aali-ul-Masnuah fil Ahadethil Maudhoo'ah" when rendered into English will read 'Tails of made up pearls in fabricated Ahaadeeth'. Therefore 'Tails of pearls' only is given to make it seemingly authentic pearls for a person who is unaware of the full name of the books which is devoted to discussing the false and fabricated ahaadeeth for the purposes of warning the Muslims of their existence! Imam Suyooti quotes this ahaadeeth in this book from another book called 'Thareekh Baghdaad' by Ibn Najjar in which the chain of narrators are mentioned. In its chain appears a fabricator of ahaadeeth of the name of Muhammad Ibn Alee ibn Abbaas who attributes it to Abu Bakr Ibn Ziyaad an-Naisaboori. (4) As for the identity of Muhammad Ibn Alee Ibn Abbaas as a fabricator it is mentioned in "Al-Meezan-ul-I'athidaal fee Naqaddirrijaal", a book written by Imam Dhahabi which is quoted by Imam Suyooti. Imam Dhahabi declare this hadeeth as 'Baatil' or 'False' as it is fabricated. (5) Al-Hafiz as he is popularly know is Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajr Al-Asqalani (773 - 852AH) and is the author of the world renowned commentary on 'Sahih al-Bukhari' known as 'Fath-ul-Bari', is not Ibn Hajr al-Makkie referred to in * of the above translation. The hadeeth which is quoted from 'Munabbahaath' (ie. the prayer is the pillar of the deen and in it are 10 things) is different from the hadeeth for which the source is being provided (ie. The hadeeth referring to the 15 punishments, etc..) Munabbathaath which has been attributed to Hafiz Ibn Hajar is not found amongst the books written by him. Further the book has not been attributed to Al-Hafiz by any of the scholars including Imam Sakhawi who is one of his students. Also several scholars have actually refuted the saying that Munabbahaath is al-Hafiz's book. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajr al-Asqalani in his book 'Lisan-ul-Meezan' (a book analysing the standard of narrators and their narrations) in Volume 5 pages 295-297, has quoted the hadeeth concerning the 15 punishments for neglecting the prayer which is quoted above and said that it is a "manifest falsehood from the people of Tareeqahs (Sufi paths)." (6) Dakaikul Akhbaar which has been attributed to Imam Ghazali by Maulana Zakariyya again cannot be found amongst Imam Ghazali's compilations! Rather it is found with the full name "Dakaikul Akhbaar fi bayani dhikri ahlil Jannah wa ahwali ahlin Naar" as a book written by Abul Laith Samarkandy who is the very same person referred to in (1) and (2)!!!! Note : Sheikh Abdul Aziz ibn Abdullah ibn al-Baz - - the Grand Mufti of the Saudi Arabia said in his 'Fatawaa' (Vol 1, page 97) in reference to the hadith concerning 15 punishments : " It will be compulsory on a person who finds a paper containing this hadith that he burns it, and warns anyone he finds spreading this narration, in order to safeguard the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam from the lies of the liars"!!!!!. We stop here with the analysis of the references given as by now it will be evident to the searcher of the truth and the one jealous for Islam, that it will be futile trying to authenticate this hadeeth. Thus it is the conclusion that this hadeeth is false and fabricated. The hadeeth quoted from 'Bukhari and Muslim', the verdicts of Imam Nawawi (an authoritative Muhaddith) and sayings of the illustrious scholars of this Ummaah which are far too numerous to quote in such a small essay is that the Ummah must steer clear from quoting such hadeeth and its like. It should be quoted only for the purpose of warning that such false hadeeth exist. This is only one of the many such false and fabricated narrations which have been put into circulation amongst the Muslims. Insha-Allah further highlights of such false and fabricated ahaadeeth will follow so that the Muslims are warned and will be able to follow truly what the Prophet sallallahu alaihiwasallam said and not what has been falsely attributed to him. Because the prophet (saws) said "Whoever lies on me intentionally then let him reserve his seat in hell". And our final call is that all praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Aalameen. So this is the reality of the TABLIGI-JAMAT who was Founded by Muhammad Ilyas who had pledged allegiance to Soofee Tariqahs, this group has exceeded all bounds in innovations and aspects of shirk, Muhammad Illiyaas, the Deobandee who founded Jamaa’at ut-Tableegh in the 1920s. For further information on him and his sect, one should refer to the book “al-Qawl ul-Baleegh fit-Tahdheer min Jamaa’at it-Tableegh†of the Noble Shaykh Hamood Bin ‘Abdullaah at-Tuwayjiree (d. 1413). Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan praised this book, saying that he did not leave out anything with regards to his exposing this sect. Bilal likewise the ball is in your court !
