Peace Caravan v1.1: The coming of the Somali Republic!
Che -Guevara replied to xiinfaniin's topic in Politics
NGONGE is bound to respect the movement for three months time, and I'm obligated to join him after it is over ie that if the caravan doesn't reach its destination. But we do wish peace despite all odds. In the meantime, NGONGE is formenting trouble between the secessionists and Planders, and anyone else he could find. I'm surely he is enjoying the show as it regards to you and Duke. -
^LooooooooooooooooL..Privacy, she actually said she respects my privacy, but still would like to know. LooooooooooL@Xiin..what if Duke comes? Cl...I did tell her when she asked. the question was why I never shared before.

^No tricks Saaxib. Xiin...Not so much support the Jabuoti agreement but rather have NGONGE refrain from commenting on it negatively, or mocking it, but more importantly have him to give the Jabouti chance to mature into something useful. Our deal lasts for three months after which I would join NGONGE in debunking your peace caravan shall the events on the grould don't improve. -

Dam Facebook, my gal asked me if I had page, Obviusly, I was like yeah, and she start asking me why I haven't shared that with her. I didn't think it mattered but apparently it was important to her that she knew, not that she wanna see it but she wants to be aware it

The Tutsi were one time distinct culture, and their aristocracy ruled over Rwanda/Burundi where Hutus are numerically the dominant ethnic group. The arrival of Europeans reinforced Tutsi aristocracy as the ruling class. The Europeans classified the population firstly along ethnic lines, and then secondly along the economic lines. This meant that Tutsi aristocracy and wealthy Hutus were classified as Tutsis (the ruling the class), and the rest of population become the peasant classes. As result of the new classification, Hutus and Tustis intermingled even more and eventually became one culture. Despite all that, people didn't forget their ethnicity, and Hutus hold on the belief that Tutsis were the favored group who were politically and economically more powerful. Come independence, there was Hutu uprising that saw new Hutu president, still Tutsis were very influential as they control the economy, schools, and institutions. Another uprising saw the expulsion of a lot Tutsis. Paul Kamage and Gen Nkunda were of the generation that were expelled from Rwanda. They migrated to Kivu in Eastern Congo, to Uganda, and Tanzania. Mobutu admin gave Tutsis a Congolese citizenship, so did Uganda and Tanzania. These Tutsis always wanted to go back to Rwanda. The Tutsi diaspora were educated and well organized, and therefore integrated well into their adopted countries. Some have even became part of the political establishment. Others like Paul Kamage joined rebel movements in their adopted. Kagame fought along Musivane, and Tutsis were indeed part of the people that captured Kampala. For giving just big helping hand, Musivane awarded them with government portfolios. Pual Kagame was himself the head of Ugandan's military intelligence. It is only after the resentment of other Ugandans grew towards Tutsis that Mesuvane asked the Tutsis to step down, and by then the Tutsis were ready to invade their homeland with superior forces and material support from Uganda. Gen Nkunda's Congolese Tutsis have become influential group in their own right. Congolese government sensing the threat actually tried to take citizenship, but then it was late as Tutsis become part of the political and economic landscape. The connection between Nkunda and Kagame is not clear but one thing is for sure, they both are fighting for the preservation and survival of the Tutsis. They want to be or obviously already are force to be reckon. But mostly, they want a homeland for their people, and as those who pay to Rwanda know, it is small and over-populated country. They are looking for land to settle, that's Nkunda and Kagame favor the balkanization of the Congo, and luckily for them, the West shares this goal but obviously for whole different reason.

NGONGE-In that case, he could marry her. I'm right Ask NGONGE, he didn't develop fetishes. In most cases, it is usually the women are emotionally damaged.

^What teenager in the west wants to be priest or save himself. But of course, it is morally (religious) wrong. It is not ethical as trust has been violated. People in position of power or those entrusted to care for others have an obligation to not to put those they care for or exercise authority over, in this predicament. If they do, they should be penatly. But that said, I don't think this kid would any lasting mental effect from his encounters. I could be wrong.

Peace Caravan v1.1: The coming of the Somali Republic!
Che -Guevara replied to xiinfaniin's topic in Politics
Xiin..The obstacles facing the Caravan are deep and numerious, but the core problems are: Washington Policy Makers (The establishment which out lives every president) favor Ethiopia and are not keen to say Somali statehood. I had an exchange with Dr. Michael of Purdue University, and someone from Kerry's office. They both acknowledge the misery in Somalia and America's involvement, but they also agreed it is unlikely anything would change as far as America stance on Somalia is concerned. Circumstances might forced them to scale back or even end the occupation, they are however not interested nor they do wanna see a stable Somalia. The second problem here is direct involvement of Ethiopia and Kenya in the Somali situation. Neither these countries as I'm sure you know wants a united viable Somali state.Any hope of peace and stability will always be jeaporidised by these states through proxies in Somalia. The third problem here is Al-Shabaab whose intentions are in the right place, and are fighting the right cause in order to free the people. These boys though committed to freeing the land lack pragmitism and the political foresight to establish a working authority or atleast build the framework for political discourse. They unfortunately atleast in my view don't possess a notable leader who could look towards the future. They have the ability and the means to change Somalia, but they sadly lack a leader that is knowledgable and versed in the art of politics. War alone won't fix anything. The last problem and the biggest are thethe TFG, Sharif and all other Somali factions. They are problem in the sense these are alliances of convenience. Their only common goal is their opposition to their shared enemies. When circumstances are changed new allainces are created, and the political landscape changes. It is difficult to deal with or accomadate people with no fixed political philosophy or common cause. It has been four yrs since the TFG took power. They spend all yrs fighting each other, and trying to hold together coalition of misfits. The courts fared better initially, but we see today, there are so many splinter groups, we stop caring who is who. Somalis are indeed hungry, and I sincerely believe the war despite how it ends won't solve the problems we face today. What we need are leaders who have broader sense of the world ( appreciatate and understand Ethiopia, States, and Kenya's intentions), leaders that actually feel their people's pain and wants to end misery, and leaders that are not driven by personal ambitions or the need to loot. Of the list of men active in the Somalia, I see none that has these qualities. The only option left for Somalia is popular rising, but the sadly we people have become sheep. Groupkii yimaadaan marba usacab tunaa.
