  1. For once, say something without bringing Shangoole into it.The man seems to be on your mind constantly.

Anyone who sits on top of the Somali villa and sends missiles to the Bakara is an enemy. I don't understand their very presence is also detrimental to your the entity you support as they get most of the resources donosr allocate for Somalia.
  4. Taking care of them, right. This was wrong to do, there's gotta be other ways for punishing these people without disabling forever.
  5. Xiin...Armed with Yankee weapons, Ethio troops, and mindless leadership. Fabregas....Kenyans chickened out. Sharif like Yeey has little to show for his treachory.
  6. ^AMISOM bombards neighborhoods right from the top of Villa Somalia. Don't me tell me they are not enemy. They also have outlived their purpose as there is no peace to keep or no institutions to defend.
  7. Xiin-My age is not relevent and this is quite unbecoming of you honestly. There's no peace caravan, it's all rethoric.
  8. Xiin...Let's not call each other names Xiin. You disagree me.That's fine.
  9. Destroying lives and properties won't make Somalis submit to the enemy.AMISOM has become Somali enemy and should be attacked incessantly.
  10. The tragedy in Somalia is not game, and it is amazing you would support men who seek an assistance from the very people that occupied our till six months ago-what turn-around!

Interesting statement there Che..I thought you opposed the interference of Uncle Sam and his stooges in our businesses? Opposed Yes, but in this context of this story, if you are tiny "nation" looking for recognition, snubbing the powers to be is not politically smart, even more so considering the US has more interests in the south than they do in northern Somalia hence predisposed to addressing Somalia's issues since that's where they feel their interests are threatened. Somaliland poses no threat and has little to offer to the US. But otherwise, I rather have the US stay out of Somali conflict completely!
  12. In the words of John Stewart, the governer has conservative mind and liberal penis...what hypocrit!
  13. I don't think snubbing Uncle Sam was brighest thing to do.
  14. LONDON (Reuters) - Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi was quoted on Tuesday as saying he was preparing to step down and that discussions on the issue had already started within his ruling party. "My personal position is that I have had enough," Meles, who came to power in 1991 when his then guerrilla group ousted former Marxist ruler Mengistu Haile Mariam, said in an interview with the Financial Times. Meles, whose ruling Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front faces a parliamentary election in June next year, gave no deadline for his departure. "I am arguing my case and the others are also arguing their case. I hope we will come up with some common understanding on the way forward that would not require me to resign from my party that I have fought for all my life," said Meles. "We are not talking about Meles only. We are talking about the old generation. The party needs to have new leadership that does not have the experience of the armed struggle." Meles was hailed as part of a new generation of African leaders in the 1990s, but rights groups have increasingly criticised the guerrilla-turned-pre mier for cracking down on opposition in sub-Saharan Africa's second most populous nation. Ethiopia's political climate is closely watched by foreign investors showing increasing interest in agriculture, horticulture and real estate prospects. The country is one of the world's poorest, ranked 170 out of 177 on the United Nations Human Development Index, and one of the largest recipients of international aid. Ethiopia sent thousands of troops into Somalia in 2006 to help topple an Islamist movement holding Mogadishu and most of the south. That drew protests from some in the Muslim world and enraged the Islamists, who regrouped to launch an insurgency. The Ethiopian troops withdrew in January. 15. Ramadan is not my favorite time of year, but good time to cleanse yourself though.
  16. ^On different note, why is vocabulary inundated with words, great, legendary, best, etc?
  17. ^I will take you to task, dig up SOL archives, and let me know if you find anything written by Che in praises of or support of Mr. Abdi Yusuf. I guess you finally settled on Shangoole and Yusuf being my qabiil mates...try again
  18. Bunch of ragtag militias from BS landers will make no difference in Xamar, but the story has it that the unholy regimes from the north will be forced to "make up", and Sharif will be replaced.
  19. Dhubad..You must have met ciyaal xaafad biyo biyo ah. Ina Sharmake will go down with his fellow dabadh!l!f.
  20. I wonder those who support this hapless Sharif administration and opposed Yeey on the grounds of Ethios would continue supporting Sharif admin?
  21. Johannesburg, South Africa - With or without an international mandate, Ethiopian forces have entered Somali territory to back up a fast-failing Somali government. Sources close to Western embassies in Nairobi confirmed news reports that Ethiopian troops have taken positions in the Central Somali town of Beledweyne, and that Ethiopian troops were also active in the Gelgadud region north of the capital of Mogadishu. Kenyan forces, too, are reportedly amassing along the Somali border as a defensive measure, in what Kenya's foreign minister described in a press conference as a matter of "national security." The intervention – officially denied by the Ethiopian government – comes as Somalia's parliament speaker, Sheik Aden Mohamed Nor Madobe, sent an urgent call Saturday for military intervention by Somalia's neighbors within the next 24 hours. At present, pro-government militias and a 3,000-strong contingent of African Union peacekeepers control a few city blocks around the presidential palace in Mogadishu, along with the airport and seaport. The rest is firmly in the hands of hardline Islamist militias. "Mogadishu is almost under the total control of Al Shabab and Hizbul Islam," says an analyst close to Western embassies in Nairobi. "It is unpredictable, due to the nature of clan politics. Nobody knows who is in charge where. Shabab and Hizbul Islam have the upper hand, but there are rumors that the US wants to send ammunition in to the government, but they don't know who to give it to. There is the question of loyalty" among the various militia commanders. web page
  22. ^You are right, it's not accurate parallel.
  23. The only sensible thing you said Lazy is the help we could provide to the three million Somalis displaced by this conflict (you have my support there),the honest assessment of the TFG's current status, and the unbearable cost of this conflict (I agree we will pay hefty price regardless who one supports!).
