Suldaanka made an assertion and offered no proof other than to say what an occupying force might do. And it is huge assertion to say the character and demographic of the South has changed, other than insinuation what evidence is there? Does occupation produce foreign children. Absolutely! Now, where did 30 derived from?

P,s The Ethiopians in particular Oromos have gunned for the coast, Sheikh Hassan Barsane and his men pushed Amhara backed and defeated them at Ceel-Cade, Buulo-Barde and everything along Shabelle. Hordes of Oromo were defeated during Gaal-Madow wars, I really doubt isolated bases will change demographics of the south. Unfortunately, it looks like the 'peaceful' northerners and north-easterners might overwhelmed eventually and all without firing a shot.

All speculation! Are you sure you haven't confused Garre language, different May May dialects and various diverse Somalis including Ajurans who speak Borana Oromo with Amharas and Oromo? You have no proof of significant intermarriages between occupiers and local Somali women. Rapes do happen! Apart from few populated towns, the entire rural areas are controlled by Al-Shabab. Roads in the South and Central Somalis are cut off by Alshabab. Most Ethiopian bases are temporary apart from Baydhabo. When Ethiopian troops move in, entire villages and towns are vacated, prime example is Ceelbuur where the entire population moved away. And unlike Puntland and Somaliland, the South has no particular affinity for Ethiopians. If anything, with a steady stream of Oromos into Puntland and Somaliland, those regions are worse positions of being out-populated. Now if you gonna use an event as source, by that logic, the yearly celebration of Ethiopian nations nationalities day in Garowe and Hargeisa is a better indicator.

Saudi Arabia used abuse to seize billions during purge: NYT

The prince made too many enemies. -
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — Businessmen once considered giants of the Saudi economy now wear ankle bracelets that track their movements. Princes who led military forces and appeared in glossy magazines are monitored by guards they do not command. Families who flew on private jets cannot gain access to their bank accounts. Even wives and children have been forbidden to travel. In November, the Saudi government locked up hundreds of influential businessmen — many of them members of the royal family — in the Riyadh Ritz-Carlton in what it called an anti-corruption campaign. Most have since been released but they are hardly free. Instead, this large sector of Saudi Arabia’s movers and shakers are living in fear and uncertainty.

WASHINGTON — Qatari officials gathered evidence of what they claim is illicit influence by the United Arab Emirates on Jared Kushner and other Trump associates, including details of secret meetings, but decided not to give the information to Special Counsel Robert Mueller for fear of harming relations with the Trump administration, say three sources familiar with the Qatari discussions.
