  1. Look at this guys face he looks like a pirate Piracy is in his blood which is why he cant leave it alone.
  2. wheres Iniesta going to GO....? he is too good for Fabregas to replace him. Gerrard is never going to leave Liverpool and Arsenal will never go for him.
  3. Tuujiye justify and compare your reasons sxb. Pick your defenders, midfielders and attackers from Serbia and compare it to Englands, and tell me why they are overall better.
  4. ^ Thats a good point, i also think the sentence is too long.
  5. A similar situation with Real Madrid last year (Kaka and Christiano), but these two players are more promising and more likely to make a bigger impact. So its a midfielder and a striker a nice balance compared to the one in Real Madrid. Barcelona just signed David villa from Valencia for around £40 Million in Euro money, and £34 Million in British pounds. David Villa http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/european/7740039/David-Villa-joins-Barcelona-from-Valencia .html Oh i feel sorry for Arsenal, Fabregas finally wants to leave and play for Barcelona. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/leagues/premierleague/arsenal/7739692/Cesc-Fabregas-transf er-to-Barcelona-what-the-Spanish-press-is-saying.html
  6. Nassir i was gonna post the exact same thing. If they do find oil it should benefit the impoverished Nomads in the region; Northern tip of the NFD is one the poorest regions and undeveloped regions in Kenya. Kenya should not commit the same robbery the Nigerians do. Norfsky OGD reportedly has gas i never heard of any oil though.
  7. Lets break it down firstly and go through the most troubling parts run through the teams that are most likely to get to the quarter finals. Table 1 (group A) is quite obvious in my opinion france is easily going to top the table but im not so sure about second place, Mexico arent the team they use to be; South Africa has got some stars from the EPL but their football is weak judging from the tournament theyve played in recently. And then you also Urugua which is a team that has talent and is unpredictable. Mexico might be the best contestant for second place. Same thing with Table 2 (group B), Argentina will most likely top (with some trouble) maybe from Korea republic; im quite skeptic about their performance. But ill edge it for them. Round of 16 So: France vs South Korea winner: France And: Mexico vs Argentina (like in 2006) Winner: Argentina France vs Argentina Winner: Argentina In Group C, England will come out first in the Table with USA in second place Algeria and Slovenia are all talk, honestly. In Group D, Serbia [ Serbia has a strong defende, with Ivanovic, Vidic, they also have Stankovic and other strong players] and Germany will compete for first and one of them will be damned to the second spot who wil play against England. Either case who ever faces the lions will inevitably lose. Germany vs USA Winner: Germany England vs Serbia Winner: England Group E Netherlands will smoothly become first, and the other 3 weaklings will constantly be biting their nails to squeeze into second place; Group F Italy 1st and Paraguay 2nd but Paraguay stands a good chance at taking in coming first place. Italy are not nowhere near what they used to be. Netherlands vs Italy Winner: Netherlands Paraguay vs Cameroon Winner: Paraguay In Group G Ill be routing for Ivory coast because i desise Brazil and the reality is that their not as good as what they used to be. Interesting to see North Korea there though, ill be keeping an eye out for. In second place will be either Brazil or Portugal, and im going with Portugal. In group H SPain in 1s place and Chile. So Ivory coast vs Chille Winner Ivory coast Brazil vs Spain Winner: Spain

  9. In the Maersk Alabama case, a criminal complaint said Muse was the first to board the ship, firing his AK-47 assault rifle at the captain, Richard Phillips. He entered the bridge, told the captain to stop the ship and "conducted himself as the leader of the pirates," the complaint said. Muse, reading from a prepared statement, told the judge on Tuesday that his crew had not intentionally targeted an American vessel. The four pirates "agreed to capture any ship that we found on the Indian Ocean," he said. The pirates held Phillips, of Underhill, Vt., hostage for several days on a sweltering, enclosed lifeboat that was soon shadowed by three U.S. warships and a helicopter. During hostage negotiations, Muse said, the pirates tried to cut a deal: "They get the captain back and they let us go back to land safely. If not we will harm the captain." The end came when Navy sharpshooter on the USS Bainbridge picked off the three pirates in a stunning nighttime operation, leaving Phillips untouched. "I thought the pirates were shooting one another, and I was caught in the crossfire," Phillips later wrote in a book about his ordeal. "They'd been arguing, and it had escalated to gunfire. And now, after days of heat, punishment and threats, there was complete silence. "All of a sudden I heard a voice. A male American voice. `Are you OK?' it said." After being swept into a federal court into New York, the skinny, 5-foot-2 defendant looked bewildered and sometimes wept in court. His age was in dispute from the start: His lawyers insisted he was 15 and should be tried as a juvenile; prosecutors convinced a judge he was at least 18. Back in Somalia, Muse's parents insisted he was tricked into getting involved in piracy. His mother said he was "wise beyond his years" and never a troublemaker. Somalia is an impoverished nation caught up in a violent Islamic insurgency and has had no effective government or justice system since 1991. Piracy has become a multimillion-dollar business, and attacks have continued despite the presence of about 35 international warships patrolling nearby waters. Many countries refuse to prosecute pirates, and suspects picked up at sea often are released after their weapons are seized. The U.S. Navy has taken into custody more than 20 suspected pirates in the violence-plagued waters off Somalia and nearby regions, where U.S. warships are part of an international anti-piracy flotilla. U.S. officials have said they hope to bring federal charges against some of the other suspects. There also have been preliminary discussions about setting up a special international court, because a number of countries will not act against suspected pirates who are turned over to them.
  10. http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5izUbtx1o15cqD9GcYDcuI16mUxQQD9FPI8N00 NEW YORK — A Somali suspect who became the boyish face of 21st-century piracy by staging a brazen high-seas attack on a U.S.-flagged ship off the coast of Africa pleaded guilty on Tuesday to charges he hijacked the ship and kidnapped its captain. He also pleaded guilty to hostage-taking and conspiracy. He faces a minimum 27 years in prison. Sentencing was set for Oct. 19. "What we did was wrong," a subdued Muse said through an interpreter. "I am very, very sorry about what we did. All of this was about the problems in Somalia
  11. One dictators abhorring actions shouldnt decide the future for 18Million people. There was brotherhood and unity back in the 60s and 70s we can revive it if all entities in all the Somali regions commit themselfes. Theres no need to continue the grievances of the past, your line of thinking is the same as those who who destroyed Somalia. THe South and the North have moved on and are trying to unite Somalia, but the Northwest doesnt even want to engage let alone Unite. Oh btw can i also have a smell of that coffee
  12. Do you even know what a civil war is? their is no Mogadishu as you would refer to it pre civil war times; It now has different entities fighting for control. Would you consul Alshabaab? its only natural that you consul because their the most dominant and most powerful. And Tanzania is as Somali as Somaliland? no Somali brotherhood?
  13. ^^ You lot are too stubborn to help Somalia out right, whatever emerges out of the SOuth whether its Alshabaab or a new Somali state will not be gratefull for your isolationist policies. Good news that Alshabaab and Hizb might unite. Lol @ Rudy, i hate that Hotel aswell
  14. Safa youve answered your own Question here she might face that cultural obstacles. Given that they came from different cultures. Not to mention their families are not all that supportive of this union which might even complicate the issue farther. Also if you want to have a response that can specifically talk about her situation you need to have a detailed background of the Somali girl thats getting married and the person shes marrying. Another thing is that you mentioned their educated and want to get married, this alone shows they can control their cultural side. They have to know eachother properly to decide to get married, sax?
  15. Ronaldo is a legend back i, just about anyone out there knows him. Its just that his name has been hijacked by Christiano recently; but even Christiano has now faded out of the spotlight ever since he left our team. Man united.
  16. Nur I dont think the main reason for why the Goldstone report was deferred was because it would expose PAs bad handling of the siege at the time. But i believe that it was because Abbas was threatened by the Israelis. If he didnt defer it he would have faced according to Palestinian officals a "second Gaza". http://www.haaretz.com/print-edition/news/diskin-to-abbas-defer-un-vote-on-goldstone-or-face-second- gaza-1.261541 [THis is old news laakin, it might have been refuted.] The King Abdullah letter refutes and defeates all talking and debating points for the zionists. I beleive it covers all angels of their claims to Palestine and he is especially commendable for concentrating on the history of the region in the article; because thats one of the main things zionists tend to bring up in debates. It should be shoved into the face of zionists like Raamsade next time, when they come here arguing. The parallel here is a similar enemy installed government in Somalia, the so called TFG whose past Warlord President Abdullahi Yusuf and Geddi, and current Sheikh Sharif and Sharmarke who have routinely allowed Burunudi and Ugandan AMISOM Mercenaries in cold blood to use Battle Grade Shelling on the Civilian populated Market of Bakara for avenging the attacks by the armed resistance groups, so in order to silence the resistance, AMISOM with the tacit approval of the TFG targets the civilians. If investigated by Mr. Goldstone, it will undoubtedly prove to be a similar war crime if not worse. You should know that Alshabaab is no better than Amisom when it comes to killing civillians and both dont intend to but do it out of reckleckness; lets leave it at that, the fact that in war civillians are terrorised. Instead why not talk about how Alshabaab refuses to negotiate with the TFG and create peace for Somalia. The civillians should be the point of concerns, in Mogadish 70% are displaced. For what exactly! over nothing but old men bickering over squadle and squible over how to rule with Shariah law and who is allied with who. TFG overlooked the fact that they were aligned with Alqaeda and called on them to negotiate on how to stop the government and be part of the new government, Alshabaab should also overlook that the TFG is alligned with the UN and international community. If we dont have the International community behind Somalias restoration; then who will?
  17. I hope theirs a quick decisive victory for each side in the next 5 months. The civillians are bearing the brunt of this conflict and they need to be relieved first. Number 1 cant and wont happen until Amisom is defeated Number 2, 3 and 6 are all linked, There will be no conquest on Puntland if Amisom and Ahlal sunna isnt defeated and if AMisom and Ahlal sunna is defeated and Puntland subsequently invaded (which is highly unlikely) you can expect an Ethiopian intervention. On Number four, theyve already had battles (not civil war) back in September and made up. Number 5 wont ever happen saaxib. Cmon. Number 6 Wont happen either. Conclusion: Things will most likely stay the way they are next year until some phonemonal comes/ arrives, someonlike like Genghis Khan
  18. Im sure the European countries could tell the difference between the different veils, which is why they ban independently. It will affect the same community Who else do you think it would affect? It just means for those communities whose woman wear veils wont have to mistake between the two of them when going out. Not Rocket science. Edit: The law would create a new offence of "incitement to cover the face for reasons of gender". Wait, this includes the Niqab right?
  19. One crazy woman represents Europe now. It says Burqa not Niqab. It would be different story if they banned the Niqab.
  20. thanks for posting this, one of the best articles ive read in a long time. I especially liked this part. one clan to put the clock back and break from the Somali State, forcing in the process all the other clans in the area to succumb to the secession. If that was allowed to every clan in Somalia, or anywhere else in Africa, it will be a recipe for the end of the nation state as we know it, and that is why the African Union and the wider international community are deadly against it. We have to start at home before we move onto the NFD and OGD, and putting an end to seccionism will be part of the greater Somalia Weyn Struggle. After reading this article ive realized that their arguments and the whole basis for breaking away is bogus and ridicolous. I also had my counter-arguments against seccionists, but this just puts a lid on the whole issue.
  21. Is Somaliland part of this whole world yaa Waalo Jacaylbaro, sxb if North western Region did try to help during the warlord era wed probably have state by now but its the division in the whole of Somalia thats stopping us from having a state not just the division in the South. T he warlords could have been routed by folks other than the ICU.

    TFG vs AS

^^ It seems to me your understanding even here goes in line with Alshabaab, but to take what you said are your implying the TFG are gaalo because they are assosciated with Obama, the UN and with the international community? Also You havent talked about your (alshabaab) plans for the whole of Somalia, what will happen after you defeat the TFG; where next will you spread the destruction* ehem i mean Shariah. I could say if Alshabaab dissapeared today that the TFG would establish along with the help of the UN and Puntland a proper administration in the South, develop the economy, deal with Somaliland diplomatically and try to undo all the problems created during the lawless times As for the formation i think Alshabaab are the ones in attack (no defenders) and the TFG in complete defence with *maybe* one attacker.
  24. Halle, I had no idea it was the like of me that put Somalia where it is today..Could you please explain it for me how what I wrote is in line with the likes of current Somali leaders? There are some words you wrote which i believe is blatant generalization Even Here in America Women are the HOPE.. Saaxib your scenario might be true but this is generally untrue for the two population and is a generalization. your simply using this to create division in the Somali gender; as putting one gender like putting clan/religion in front of the other .
