Its goal this time is to show the world during its forthcoming election in June that it is in full control of the whole of former British Somaliland and that the elections have been held peacefully everywhere – something it hopes might usher recognition. Unfortunately for them, the people in the SSC regions have been equally determined to ensure that no such bogus elections take place in their regions and that they liberate themselves once and for all from the secessionist’s yoke and remain part and parcel of Somalia.
  3. Hey should i keep this avatar and signature. hehe
  4. 1) sxb its a completely different situation since your arming against an occupation force, in fact you could say id be encouraging what the SNM themselfes did for other groups such as the USC which was fighting Siad Barre. 2) Ah i did not mention a blockade in my opinion the people from Hargeisa should be allowed to import whatever they want. I was merely talking about reducing the political significance of Somaliland. 3) You cant establish millitary garrisons within an region being occupied by another power. You would have to take the region to do that and then do that, right? 4) ONLF didnt exist back then, anyways this has nothing to with the folks from Kilil 5. Since the Somaliland southern border is controlled. Ridocolous for you to bring them up. 5) did not mention any executions. 6) Nothing of the sort mentioned Simple, im encouraging the liberation of non-SNM regions or areas that are very weak in seccessionism. Just like SOmaliland supposedly liberated Laascanood from Puntland. Also if you were following the discussion between me and MR Somalia you would know that we werent talking about the current times.
  5. Ive already outlined my reason above, what do you think? i wrote that it especially depends on the political reality on the ground at the time. Things could easily change if Somaliland is recognized by the UNSC tommorow (highly unlikely). Then it will be Somalia (places that dont want to seccede or arent claimed by the North western seccessionist entity) that will be playing catch up if it doesnt get out of its qashin situation.
  6. After all this do the same for the *** clan regions in the far west and conquer the coast lines which will link up with Sanaag. Theyll be left with even a smaller enclave; one they will have no where to turn to This part is troubling you isnt it, There is an airforce and an navy that can pull this off if you knew. And the reason why i picked those regions before is to make the enclave lose significance. A strategic and political reason. MR Somalias belief that the people of the North west want to re-unite and arent because Xamar isnt in order, i still dont agree with that. Let a seccessionist answer this one for you. They know the region better than i do.
  7. I notice people here tend to write differently probably because of the different ages and dialects their accustomed to. The language is also pretty diverse, in conversations people tend to mix and use different non-standard use; more like slang or jokes; this might confuse. Standard Somali is usually written in most Newswebsites. You can watch the news or read articles or preferably read something that your interested in. like i wrote in my last post, this is in my experience. Start with WardheerNews.com or Allpuntland sorry, it might not be in your interests.
  8. The destruction was inflicted by the South unlike the South which destroyed itself, SNM folks teach their children about the liberation and the oppression Somalia has brought to them. I also agree that it shouldnt be a reason for seccession since the Puntlanders and Southerners were also put under similar repression but much less destructive. Seccessionists dont see it like that as you called it splitting or dismembering a nation, on their part they believe its liberation. They had the power of progoganda which theyve been untillizing for 20 years. The brainwashing is severe nah, imagine being teached that you have a different country which is backed by independence and other historical aspects, different culture in some cases, the Southerners are evil oppressors Most families dont do this, but this is text book justifications being fed in those regions for seccession. I agree with you, once their enclave loses all significance theyll want to jump to the Somalia bandwagon; but that is after. Lets hope (if you want to keep the nation intact) their not recognized until then
  9. Do not utter or even think of calling me by that term Seccessionist, i am NOT ONE! i am Somaliweyn i am........................ Hales the great Hales..... Long live Hales
  10. a great majority of the Somali people of Waqooyi Galbeed are against this nonsense; but because their isn't YET, a strong national government in Xamar Ok ill be honest here im also Somali-weyn but lets get with the times its not 1962 Ive long come to realize that much of the waqooyi galbeed atleast the Isac parts do not want to be part of Somalia and its people have long been seccesionised, 1) The amount of people that turn out to vote is very high percentage of those allowed to vote even in non-Hargeisa regions, thats a main factor since it demonstrates and reminds people that they are under a completely different authority 2) The suffering the people have been put under 40,000-80,000 killed and 400,000 refugees a major justification and one most people havent forgetten. 3) The amount of people that want actually to inteverne in the South and that their is political a realization that because the region is independent it does not to involve itself. 3) The likely brainwashing the youth have been put under since 50-60% of population born after 1991 and adults being very young back then; the adult population still have the atrocities probably still fresh in their mind. But would i stop being Somali weyn despite these odds logically i shouldn't be. But i dont care what they think. There will be no Somalidiids; because of this it may be futile to negotiate on the diplomatic front but on the military front i have an idea first regain the non-Isac regions such as the SSC by arming seccessionists and inciting nationalism, make sure their not recognized in the mean time, constant incursions from the SNA which will financially blead them dry, After all this do the same for the *** clan regions in the far west and conquer the coast lines which will link up with Sanaag. Theyll be left with even a smaller enclave; one they will have no where to turn to.
  11. I also have a similar problem reading Somali, if your new to reading Somali (i can see you from your posts you are ) your obviously going to need a lot of practise and experience. Attempt to read large articles after finishing it, proof read and try to figure what the words really mean. Just practise reading what your can and are capable. Im sure you can read some parts, otherwise you probably dont know the Somali language In my opinion the whole writing system/script needs to be changed and swapped to one that can make use agglutinations and other stuff. The latin alphabet just is not good enough.
  12. “She said she liked African people, they are friendly. Her exact words were “I like black people”. That’s when I started to say “can you sit back and put your seat belt on please”.” Kacsi baa hayey, he was just waiting for the right moment.
  13. How will that happen if Alshabaab branded Shariif and the TFG as Gaalo entities. There seems to be no end to this, warlordism is better than this. One side has to be permenantly eleminated. period
  14. Nassir, theres a lot of land we didnt and couldnt dissolve as much as the people and the Republic wanted to. This could includes the NFD, French Somaliland, kilil 5, Haud etc. The political problems and sympytons Killil 5 the one Somalia millitarily pursued you could say led to the disintegration of the state.
  15. Ciyaalka xaafada, Dragonball z theme (jap)
  16. What would Abdullah Osman, the First Somali president and a great patriot think of your post. Would all their efforts be thrown to waste, just like that. This is not the first time ive seen clueless people suggest this kind of thing, gratefull that we have Alshabaab to save the nation from people like you. Shariif tried to sell our seas to kenya, you would have thrown Somalia into the garbage bin.
  17. Use your common sense in deciding the news that should be posted and what shouldnt be. Dont follow external sources like a clueless beat stick, you can do better than that.

  20. You evidently know the Sol Che better than i do and since it makes more sense why dont you start off by comparing the two. Sol CHe and Legend Shariif
  21. How would i compare the Sol Che to Shariif, i mean they have nothing to do with eachother.
