Well most nations with developed economy has a class system....in order to have a class system you have to have a steady economy and proper governance....but as for somalia every state has its poor,middle and upper class..... because there's no effective government the class system differs depending on the resources of that region....For example the residents of Mogadishu may have some of the wealthiest people in somalia because of the ports and the natural resources that surround the capital..... as for the second part Its not a matter of one tribe being more educated than the other.....as you know every tribe has its own educated ones .... its all about making use of it.....some do it better than otherzzzz....lets hope we become one nation......again
