Introduced laws to prohib trash or garbage, scrap metal (i.e. old vehicles) 2. Introduced 2 times a day domestic garbage collection. Berbera residents have gotten accustomed to this service that they now properly get their garbage infront of their property for collection. 3. Garbage collection workers now earn as much as any other professional or even more 4. City Council makes money/income from collecting garbage itself. The mayor now has helped change central gov't laws so the city itself can manage other services like Schools and Health Services.
