I would have prefered if a cheap politician delivered the ultimatum and not the Garaad but that shows the level of experience of the young Garaad. Anyways, this will not change much on the situation on the ground. The Garaad is underestimating the level of support by the locals for Somaliland just like Puntland had. And as Somaliland's Deputy Chair of Parliament Mr. Baashe stipulated, if there is ever a breakout of clanish war in Sool as has been in the past then it will be between the locals and not anyone else.
