To be honest,I am sick of these meetings. All these western govts and donors do is come for a few days, hold meetings, pledge, leave, return and pledge again a few years later. We should look at other countries such as Malaysia and other developed muslim countries. These western guys will always prefer the status quo or they will be out of a job. Puntland should keep security and political agreements with the west but stay away from them for development because they are useless. Gaas is not holding talks with Somaliland, Puntland doesn't hold talks with anyone who doesn't acceot federalism for Somalia and that's including Ethiopia.
