  2. Ciidan, This so called development bank, how much money is exactly in there? we know the west are notorious for simply pledging and not fulfilling. I bet there isn't a dime in the begging bowl kkkk
  3. Dalmar, When did Xabsade become SNM cuz thats the only force I know in Las Anod. That wont change your population, how shameful a jilib
  4. dalmar 300k and 2.1 million what is there to fight? maybe send them a jilib kkkk
  5. Dalmar we are 6 times the size of the snm, would u be worried if you know u can defeat them if you wanted?
  6. Were going to make that whole area modern design building zones. Nothing but modern designs allowed. As you know once one person starts, everyone usually follows and tries to out-do it. A new era has begun for Puntland, Cant wait for There is Two high quality designs in that video plus Golis Towers and Iftin and Jubba Resort By The Beach
  7. Puntland is the happening region, you know what's funny. We have half the indian ocean if not more. Puntland is going to be filthy rich with onshore oil deposits but the goldmine is off offshore indian ocean basin. When I keep re-iterating HALF, I hope you understand what I mean. When national resources is shared in a nation, it isn't just what's in your region that counts. What really counts is how much you own of somalia's land and sea since the resources are in there. If Puntland owns 1/3 of somalia land and 50% of its sea, this means whatever is found in somalia not just puntland we get 30% stake if its a land resource and 50% stake if its ocean resource. Thats why Farole keeps repeating that those statistical figures because there isnt any of this business of what is in your regional zone is all that you will get, if that was the case then why would Puntland share it's resource for nothing in return? Their would be absolutely no benefit for Puntland to engage in such resource sharing agreement with the SFG. When resource sharing happens it's based on what each state owns of the country and sea of somalia and whatever revenue somalia gets in those lands and seas regardless of regional zones, each mamul will be given what it deserves porportionally based on its stake of land and sea of somalia.
  8. British Firm to Explore Somalia Billions of Oil Barrels Intelligence collected by Strategic Intelligence shows Somali Puntland province has 10bn barrels of oil reserves, making one of the top 20 countries holding oil. British oil giant British Petroleum signed concessions with the Petrol Department for the Somali Federal Republic to explore oil and gas in the war raven East African nation. Intelligence reports existence of significantly large oil deposits in Somalia which could change global prices if tapped. The Somali shores of Indian Ocean could be having some of the worlds largest oil deposits. Experts geographical assessments point out billions of oil barrels are reserved untapped in Somalia. Intelligence collected by Strategic Intelligence shows Somali Puntland province has 10bn barrels of oil reserves, making one of the top 20 countries holding oil. A company that drilled wells in Puntland estimate 4bn barrels (about $500bn worth at today’s prices) in its two discoveries in Somalia. If drilled, Somali oil would flood the market beating countries like Nigeria and Kuwait to make Somalia the 7th largest oil producer in the world
  9. Hawdian, I always disturbed by it and thought surely someone in the administration can see the appauling standards occuring, but nope, noone is even discussing it in Puntland. It's quite amazing truly is to see the local administrations in cities talk about cleaning garbage, planting trees and other town planning iniatives yet totally ignore what's staring everyone in the face when they see Puntland towns. It is terrible for bilicda magaloyinka not to mention unsafe. I think the only place in Somalia I heard someone even discussing it was hargeisa local councils which is a huge step forward in the right direction, all we need is one area in somalia to take the brave step and as we all know other somalis will follow like sheep. I am not sure if the hargeisa council is going to do anything about their problem, but I know they were discussing options and haven't heard anything ever since. Did the electricity providers threaten the local admin to stay out of it? I wouldn't be suprised at all. I honestly think the only logical reason for these poor standards is because of the leap of private electricity companies especially the ones who operate as secondary electricity providrs like money transfer companies competing with each other and against primary electricity providers like NEC to bring down cost of electricity for end users and to gain e extra customers from primary/secondary electricity providers. I give good props to NECSOMALIA it's one of the few electricity companies that actually does follow proper electricity standards in Puntland. I think a good solution for Puntland would be to investigate why this is happening, who is doing it, what reasoning is behind it, and action plans on bringing electricity standards up to minimum standard requirements. I think what NECSOMALIA is doing through its wind farms will radically reduce cost of diesel powered electricity and therefore can make them provide cheaper and safer electricity then secondary providers like hawalas and run them out of business. If this NECSOMALIA wind farms is a success, I hope other primary electricity provider follow it across Puntland. I can't imagine the usability of solar panels in each home at those high initial costs, unless it's more affordable it's pointless. The Gas iniative to replace charcoal is very affordable and will replace charcoal because people will be able to afford it. There are already 2 companies operating in Bosaso providing, the more they become the pricing will also become more competitive and become lower as a free market dictates. We need to really discuss this huge area of electricity in Puntland. No affordable and safe electricity will restrict development to local and diaspora forever. I can't see the need a multinational company has investing in a region where electricity rates and availability will outstrip them of their profit. Can you imagine running a highly intensive factory at $1 a KW? I surely wouldn't, its a bad business decision. Where-as in europe its like 8c or something? where would you go? It's obvious where-ever your profit margins are the highest. Electricity is only one of the challenges facing Puntland development future there are multiple reasons why FDI won't come for a long while and electricity plays a major role in that but there are other reasons also like security, lack of investment protection or laws, government unfriendly policies such as high taxes and high regulation on how business operate on employee rights, wages, etc, no skilled market to recruit from due to the pathetic education system. Low health standards, no point hiring ppl that are dead at 40 because it just means more constant training and downtime for companies. Working life starts at 20 if your dead at 40 you only gave 20 years productivity compared to someone in europe that can give productive from 20 to 65. But again that's not the issue at hand, I got sidetracked, the issue at hand is what are your suggestions to bring these poor electricity standards up to standard. Garowe for example is focusing on setting a street and numbering system in the city, which is awesome and good for the city planning, but what about the electricity when are we going to address this issue. Cause noone is even discussing it seems to suggest people are either content with it or are to scared to talk about due to businessmen threats.
  10. Silanyo did alot for the small region of somaliland, he should be relected to continue the work and bring somaliland up to par with the rest of somalia which its miserably falling behind on according to Human development index done in 2012 for the regions
  11. Jubbaland forces seem very well disciplined too and dressed. Infact I would go as far to say they looking way better then the puntland darawish thats for certain
  12. Mooge Jubbaland you know how long they were negiotating and doing consensus on this? it was a 4 year process, not overnight like some of these joke mimick admins being created. This administration was a very long process, not something overnight. Have you noticed not one person is protesting against jubbaland inside jubbaland itself? not one clan elder from jubbaland has said anything against it? even the supposebly most critical was the gedo ugaas and he was reiterating how the clan is jubbaland 100% the other day in mogadishu. Sxb the only people against jubbaland are outside of jubbaland like diaspora, baidoa, hamar and to be quite honest their opinion doesn't the administration isnt for them to begin with. These people are just spoilers truly. This is the first time in 20 years this city has seen any hope and the second they do all the hasids come to stop it which has a reverse effect and infact makes it even more popular.
  13. Oh god when I read this squabble by galbeedi all it reminded is somaliland is going to try to mimick Puntland's good governance zero tolerance to corruption era. It's really sad it truly is, get your own policies stop looking east for them. I prefer to see Siilanyo back, I think his doing a wonderful job for Somaliland
  14. this is me right now this is ciidan, galbeedi right now on life support Our beloved soler xunjuf. Waba na dhaafay
  15. The SNM are being given blow after blow by the doctor and sending many into asylum. I feel like I am heavyweight dealing with featherweights. Somali logic is right about land and population size their just simply noway around it. Or else how can a big clan remain in a small geographic area with resources that are limited and survive? impossible. What only can make sense is as the clan grows larger some stay behind while others expand onto other frontiers. A good example of this is the garowe and qandala clan who settled in kismaayo yet retained their traditional territories or khatumo and makhir folks who did the same thing. Same with even Jigjigga folks. Somali logic is totally perfect and error free. But notice how the gedo folks lost their traditional territories in mudug, galgadud due to their expansion? hence small numbers. Today their remains a fragment in mudug and galgadud compared to in the history. Back to your measly small land how do you figure you can be a nation with 300k when puntland nextdoor is 2.1 million? how do you figure you can be nation with a landsize that has 5 different clans yet smaller then one clan's land in the east? how do you figure you can be a nation when your coastline is non strategic and is just another coast in a valley and is a very small section of somalia coastline? whereas the guy to the east his coastline is half somalia and is strategically located at the entry and exit points of the red sea and indian ocean and has perfect access to asia, arabs, and africa. Wake up your jaad induced snm rebels, your like the size of one jilib of the macavity kkk
  16. Snm land hargeisa to burco 200km buu isku jira, afkaga xiro ayayda somali ku yirahdan snmta and its true dhul yar xun bay degan yihin hargeisa illa burco thats it. nothing else ma jirane
  17. The SNM couldn't expand their grazing grounds cause they didnt have sufficient populations to stay behind in their original homeland to keep it in protection, hence small numbers cant expand and have to stay put and therefore the clan is known as a mangaab dhul baxad yar leh. Somalidu iskama hadlan, ive tried seeing ways to disprove them but when it comes down to somalis their always spot on
  18. galbeedi nonsense, size does matter or else how can small clan retain such a big land without numerical superiority in his favour, with nomads fighting for new grazing grounds for their livestock surely the small clan would be easy pickings for them. What makes sense in nomadic somalia is small land for small people big land for big people. Comparing to America is pointless sinve it isn't a nomadic society.. By the way how would big clans survive in a small land? surely the grazing grounds wouldn't be sufficient, wouldn't they expand, because their would be clashes over grazing land. what makes sense is as a clan gets larger they seek new pastures, i cant see how a small clan would have the need to expand so far if the grazing grounds they were at was enough for his livestock. Sure their is droughts and so forth but they would still need to remain in the drought affected area or else when the drought is over the land will be stolen by other clans. A huge population is require to achieve this. Its so obvious. My clan not only stayed in its original homelands but also expanded for new grazing grounds. Besides the census even proved were 6 times your numerical population, its end of story sxb. Its bigger land, sea, and people. Somalida been kuma mahmahan inti madax madow kkkk and as for cities thats only 20% of somalis population, 80% are rural and even with that arguement unfpa has said i have bigger cities then you and also this study confirms my whole population is 6 times your measly 300k. I am 2.1 million. Sxb give up, run, cry, their is no longer anymore defenve for you and you will always be a confirmed small branch kkkkk
  19. It's truly a devastating defeat for the mangaabs in the north, it simply will never be the same how I view it from now on and I am sending the census out to many different agencies. It is over guys its been fun while it lasted but the gravy train is over, xunjuf has run and ciidan is trolling his last words
  20. Galbeedi 759km from bosaso to galkayo and 500 km from borame to las anod i think says enough 5 different clans and im still twice its size in populations. There just isnt noway you can win sxb. Siyad cut the gobols for his supporters if it was done through fairness there is no explaining how a land that is 750 kilometer long on the highway be less states then a region that is only 500 kilometer on the highway. Plus we have double the figures on all the north combined. No excuse really population wise or land wise

  22. Ra’isulwasaaraha “Waxaan Kismaayo u imid hirgalinta heshiiska Addis Ababa” Published: April 12, 2014 Kn: War saxaafadeed kasoo baxay xafiiska Ra’isulwasaare Cabdiwali Sheekh Axmed ayaa lagu sheegey in qodobka ugu weyn ee uu kala hadlayo maamulka Jubba uu yahay “dardargalinta iyo hirgalinta heshiiskii Addis Ababa“. Waxa kale oo warka lagu sheegey in uu maamulka iyo AMISOM kala shaqaynayo sidii Alshabaab looga saari lahaa meelaha goboladda Jubbooyinka ka tirsan ee wali maqan. Markii uu maanta ka dagay garoonka Kismaayo, Ra’isulwasaare Cabdiwali waxaa si diiran halkaasi ugu soo dhaweeyey madaxweynaha maamulka Jubba Sheekh Axmed Madoobe, isagoo xusuusiyey in maamulka iyo shacabka reer Jubbooyinka ay ku faraxsanyihiin imaanshihiisa, soona dhaweynayaan,. Cabdiwali ayaa dhankiisa gudbiyey salaan uu ka waday madaxweyne Xassan Sheekh iyo Guddoomiyaha Baarlamaanka Prof Jawaari oo aanan isagu wali Kismaayo lug saarin, halka Baydhabo uu dhowr jeer tagay. Waftiga Cabdiwali ayaa caawo ku hoyanaya guryaha martida ee aqalka madaxtooyadda Kismaayo, halkaasi oo ammaanka si weyn loo sugey. Si ka duwan booqashadii kal hore ee madaxweyne Xassan Sheekh, Cabdiwali Kismaayo lama uusan tagin ciidamo illaalo ah oo gaar ah, ammaankiisana waxaa damaanad qaaday maamulka. Sida ay noo sheegeen illo wareedyo maamulka Jubba ah, maamulka waxa uu dhankiisa Ra’isulwasaaraha u bandhigayaa waxyaabaha uu deegaanka xaqa ugu leeyahay dowladda federaalka ee illaa haatan aanan laga heynin, waxaa kale oo maamulka bandhigayaa waxyaabaha u qabsoomey, caqabadaha jira iyo gacanta dowladda looga baahanyahay. Maamulka Jubba oo muddo gaaban jirey ayaa shalay soo bandhigey waxqabadkiisa, waxaana ka muuqdey hawlkarnimo iyo dadaal baddan oo miro dhalay iyada oo la ogyahay in dowladda aysan wax gacan ah siinin shacabka Jubbooyinka.
