Any oil investor would be mad to touch somaliland un-recognized and the legal ramifications that can ensue with mogadishu is even worse. Puntland has signed an agreement allowing itself to go into deals with foreign companies it's in the galkacyo accord and in the memorandum of understanding which was re-signed again in garowe with the current PM. Puntland has the legal justifications to explore its natural resources but somaliland doesn't and if any oil investor doesn't think this through their really setting themselves up for big can of worms. I say no to somaliland oil exploration thats if it's even true to begin with!!! Kinda reminds me of the fancy airport now its a fancy run-way

I've been on a campaign updating all the global tourism websites with pictures of puntland cities and tourism hot spots. I have been following a format along the lines of. Show the cities of bosaso-garowe-galkayo skylines, follow it with country drives past extremely spectacular sites, horse riding on farms, camel riding, biyokulule spring bath, ras casyr mountains and swamps, hotels available, and modern facilities like restaurants and shopping centres and of course emphasising alot on the indian ocean/red sea coastline of the state. Its been going good so far. So I thought I will do one for Somalia-online also A number of hotels to choose from in the state

Abokar this is puntland topic im not here to discuss with you your military because you are way behind. Your navy is a joke, Intelligence sector lol no comment. Airforce non existant. Instiutitions? are you dreaming!!! and your army only have proven technicals, bms and howitzers as operational the rest is not operational or else we would see them move in action!!! Even if they did move we still have all that plus more we havent shown 1/5th of our fire-power !!!

Bosaso and Galkayo implement 3 tier water system. First the Public system which is the one most people are connected to it via piped water to households, if thats not possible they can have second option of having water trucked to them and if they cant afford that they can just go to one of the water wells in each settlement and fill up their water tanks free of charge. It's crazy relying on one water source as hargeisa does thats why their such water shortage crisis there always. You never put your eggs in all one basket!!! you diversify so if one source is not possible there is other avenues while at the same building up your infrastructure in the mean time is the way to go about it!!! As for the oil I don't think thats possible in Somaliland but I wont go into here with you!!!

Then you have all the low-level things happening like road projects in garowe and bosaso. Bosaso port well into the 12 month port expansion project, On-going Garowe Airport Construction At the Terminal Stage. New Medical college under construction and a mental hospital in Garowe. The on-going Galkayo hospital project can't believe the bur-salax boys got theirs down before galkayo. Kind of weird but smaller towns really have better administrations maybe its one clan so theirs not much fuss. The hotel boom just popping out here and there in each city randomly.. Politically we still remain very strong in Somalia. We are still holding the second phase of the somali conference, we have international meetings to attend in nairobi and europe next year. We have convinced the somaliland administration to sign off on the federal constitution as can be viewed at dastuur.org and the federalism project is going very well with 10 administrations currently in cadaado trying to bring 3 states together in one administration. Multi-Party and democracy is happening but at a slow rate. Security is detrioating in the state and needs an urgent response with Puntland Military Might being used as the solution.
