This Cynical lady seems that she had a bad luck with marriage and is avoiding the marriage qtns and takes her frustration on the poor gurl who just asked inocent question. Please give the girl a break I am sure at a time u were stress about marriage, but never give up ur hopes . Anyways, Quenn Araweelo, there is no right time to get marry, but it will just come, you just need to be patient. Also, if you have a brothers you can ask them to help you, or you can even shoot an e-mail to the local iman. Anyways, may Allah make it easier for you and always make duaa to Allah to give a pious husband.

This reminds me of when I was in high school and how my brothers used be in the middle when a guy approaches. Once this cute guy that i always wanted to talk to apprached and my brother showed up when he asked me for my e-mail. My brother almost got into a fight with the guy and i was so embrassed. after that day no guy ever looked my way .

I work in a hospital and almost all the patients are on anti-depresents or anti-anxiety meds. It puts them into sleep and it eases their pain. Alhamdulilah I don't go to doctors often unless I have to.

You expect him to make his own food? How selfish is that. He is a man, while married to you, he shouldn't even know how the kitchen looks like. Shame on those women who allow their partner to see the inside if the family kitchen. Shame on you!!! If he doesn't see the kitchen how is going to help you when you are sick or when you are away. Your making the men seem like handicap or something. If I were u i would give my partner tour to the kitchen the first night so that he can help himself.

African queen I didn't know how to cook when i got married, did my hisband thought I was handicapped, I am sure he wouldn't marry me. My husband and I were both young and students so we used help out each other. Now we both become pro with cooking and whoever comes home first cooks as we both work full time job. So my advice to u is don't think that u won't get marry just cause you don't how to cook.

Bella I think ur being judgemental, even ur iman is being judgemental by making the somali girls to stand out. Besides why in the world would parents let their girls take bus in the middle of the night. My mom never let me even take bus to the mall when I was that age and if I was to take it my brother was always with me. I know somali kids can be so loud but judging them will not do us any good, either what we can do have talk with them. Allah knows best.

Somali09 anything you said does not make any sense so... may Allah guide you to the right path because the tawfeeq (guidance) only comes from Allah. We can tell you everything about islam or why you should not be atheist but if you don't have the tawfeeq it won't make any sense to you. So before you leave this beautiful religion that Allah has blessed with you you should study more about it and seek refuge from shaitan. As allah mentioned in the quran that Shaitan has promised to misguide bani adam (the children of Adam A.S) Like I said before, we can provide with you all the resources available about islam but if you don't have the tawfeeq then it won't make sense to you. Your not worshiping this month but you can advantage of this blessed month to cut down bad habits and you can make duaa to Allah to guide you even after ramadan.

I just took this class in Windsor ON, it is awesome. I learned so many stories about bani isreal and how they broke the covenant so many times. Also in this class I learned no to make excuses in life because if something is important to you, you will have time for it. I recomend everyone to take this class and to take oppurtunity of it. The teacher is awesome too, Sh. Muhamed Al-shareef is awesome teacher and you will never be bord in his classes.
