People usually don't get charged unless the Crown is sure there is sufficient evidence for a solid case. Can't tell what that evidence is, since the trial hasn't ended, or begun for that matter. There are certain automatic publication bans in ongoing trials, and a judge can order extra bans at his discretion. What's certain is that evidence exists pointing to this mother murdering her baby. So please stop the crocodile tears.

Israel will never recognize Somaliland, because then they'll have to recognize Palestine. The EU will never recognize Somaliland, because of the member states that are dealing with separatist movements. Recognizing a break-away state is a delicate, and dangerous move.
