The ppl that are fleeing, have been qaxootis in Mogadishu during the last decades that past. It's reer badi ppl that moved in to the city when the earlier city ppl left at the outbreak of the first civil war. They are mostly the ppl that have unseemly been occopying government and public buildings. Most certainly there is a number of actual "normal civilians" fleeing from their right homes but the largest number fall in the group that was earlier mentioned.

I'm pretty disappointed as I honestly expected to view a spectacular video showing insurgents crushing pro-TFG/TFG soldiers. In a battlefield, at war with hostile combatants, one has to react in a certain way in order to win the firefight and minimize the teams casualties. You werent expecting the ethio soldiers to stand still and take the bullets in their eyes like Superman werent you? The thing that makes me suspect that this is another, rather new, PR tactic from the anti-TFG side is that a somali woman with her MAN BESIDES her makes an OFFICIAL notification of having been raped. To tell the truth it would seem more authentic if they didnt make such a big show out of it. I can't believe that a somali man would humiliate himself in front of his hole nation by telling them that his wife was raped - never.

Are you saying that it's correct to invoke fear into the masses by attacking the civilians? Also, wherein lies the right to attack an entity (TFG) that is trying to restore hope and stability into a country that has been anarchic for more than two decades? You say that the ICU had already restored this stability but that brings us again to square one where we stated that ICU had organizational difficulties and really didnt have leaders that were in it purely for the sake of Allah (swt) but rather for the sake of their own good and power struggle.
