I wouldnt have any problems with Somaliland being recognized as an independent country. Then, suddenly, the company with branches in Hargeisa and Mogadishu would become a multinational corporation. Not bad

I just read the swedish newspapers. Three somalis, referred to as swedes on the paper was released from ethio prisons, yesterday, arrived in Sweden today. Swedish gov must have been lobbying hard to get them over.

I think if Somaliland was given the appropriate promises in terms of power-sharing PLUS a favourable "Plan B" i.e; If Somalia turns back into civil war again, we will recognize Somaliland as a self-governing country, Somaliland would accept unification. But I'm just speculating so Jacaylbaro and all the other SLanders, please don't point your guns at me
