Look for your symptoms and do the relevant exercises. Any exercise needs to be specific or it's a waste of time(for your back's health or potentially damaging). Hijama(Cupping). I have a list of Muslim female practitioners(and their numbers) in the four part of London and beyond. Let me know if interested. I can't vouch for any of them but can point to the organisation that recommended them. Deep tissue Massage- murderously painful but necessary. Accupuncture followed by cupping.
