It's better to have a small heel than go flat. My coat's arrived already. The colour was somewhat of a surprise to me, the website had a tiny square box coloured Havana and that was all I had to go by. Anyhow, would never have bought it for the original price and it gapes a little at the middle of the back but it'll do just fine for end of winter/spring. Sergeant Sheh reporting for duty...
