  1. Dear Sister thanx for the great story and for the warning, but i couldnt resist seeing myself living to that moment and getting closer to that man and put a bullet in his eye and another in his heart.. I couldnt resist thinking why that cant be possible? i hope muslims will reveal sooner than later, from the story i understood our suffering will last quite sometime and that breaks my heart... but knowing we will reveal makes my mind full of home and i wish to see the suffer of Bush and his gang and sharoon calool weyne... but it is all up to god's will .. and Alhamdulilah I am a believer.. I have no doubt that their is god and Allah is great, most of my friends and people i work with say there is no God and i got tired explaining but shall never give up on them .. maybe Allah will show at least one the right path and I got the credit for it infron of Allah, for that is the greatest gift of Allah .. Amiin

    Peace

  4. Somali Youth Leage

    Somalia

The "Somali Youth League", a social and political movement established in Mogadishu in 1942, quickly gained popularity and spread throughout the region. It called for the complete restoration of cultural and political freedom.

The government of Ethiopia, where the movement had considerable popular support, pronounced a ban on all political activity, particularly targeting the League. When Ethiopia took over the Haud and Reserved Areas, there were violent demonstrations throughout Somali territory. Consequently, thousands fled from the Ethiopian military, forcing Britain and Italy to accept them as refugees.

In July 1960, the British Protectorate and the Italian Trust were united, but no clear legal border had been accepted to separate the newly formed Somali Democratic Republic from the Ogaaaden in Ethiopia.

Reconciliation talks with Ethiopia were held in May, August and September of 1986, and the question of the Ogaaaden border dispute was still not solved. A sudden attack by Ethiopian forces in the middle of the peace talks, in February 1987, surprised everyone and brought the talks to a close.

With the loss of some 400 Ethiopian soldiers and 11 tanks captured, it was generally believed that Somali guerrillas had tricked the Ethiopians into attack to derail the peace accord.

  12. Somali people are the most racist people on earth, we dont like blacks, whites or Asians for god sake we dont even like ourselves.. but that is not the topic here is it? anyway I have learned people become racist because of lack of confidence.. except in the case somalis, somalis are unique people so i dont think them being racist has nothing to do with lack of confidence except that we dont like people...

I faced racism in Philippines they use to call us negros and i always knew why, it was simple they feel they are the lowest level of humans and they were in search for someone to be lower than them then they found blacks ofcourse with the help of the white man, then they start calling names on black people trying to feel they are not the lowest level of humans not knowing by doing so it indeed makes them the lowest level of humans...

What goes around comes around, so i decided inshaAllah when somalia returns to us that i will work so hard to be in the immigration, the purpose?

    - No white man or arab or Asian would ever put their feet on our land without experiencing some sort of pain like the pain they reflected on us every where

    - No white guy would ever talk to a somali lady, and if she talks to him she will be treated according to the cultural motivated policies which says she should be beaten up and put in jail for few months

    - All domistic helpers will be imported from Asia, Arab countries and Western world

    peace

  14. Actually it is for International NGO, means foriegn NGO, Most likely American... and by the way guys i know this guy he is a nice guy... i dont think they will kill him.. inshaAllah.. beside the Kuwaiti Company said they will leave Iraq so he most likely will be released.. besides these guys are criminals.. why dont they ask the person to leave the company and resign instead of using muslim people to put pressure on Companies... I mean foriegn companies specially American companies will not leave for a muslim guy... they will always say he is a hero and he died for a good cause... anyway I will see how it goes.. I have about 3 to 4 weeks to think about... it is my bad luck i always get offers from weird places.. before i was offered a job in East Temor which i turned down.. and now Iraq and Dafur "Sudan" ... so I dont know maybe I should just try and see what happens... thou thanx for the big NO NO brother Shoobaro.... peace

  15. I got this job in Iraq, and everyone i know is telling me not to go, but i do have a good feeling about it..all my life i have known Iraqis and they are not really bad people.. i speak their language, i mean the Iraqi Dialogue, my family is in kuwait, that way i can be closer to them.. I also start to think anything could happen, yet again if it is ur time beheaded or another way death is the same.. so I dont know, let me try last time to seek my nomad people's advice, shall I take it or it is not worth it.. the job is with NGO they need IT personnel.. ur advice is highly appriciated.. peace

  16. Dear Sweet Gal... Job advice hmmmmm

I tell you what talking to people you know to put a word for you with their Boss or managers doest work most of the time.. people just dont take other people's needs seriously, to you it is important to them its just something that will might make them look bad infront of their boss, something that needs to wait for the right moment to tell the boss and so on.. so most people dont bother... i guess you are in white man's land, this type of environment is a jungle, jobs are very competitive, you got to be presistant and annoying if possible...it is a jungle and you have to be a tiger to get a peace of the meat.. so my advice is as following

    1. Drop your CV every organization you know

    2. Sell yourself in ur CV means a bit of over marketing urself wont harm..

    3. Visit frequantly these organizations and follow up ur application

    4. show good interpersonal skills, by being friendly with people u meet when u visit the org. this way everyone will remember u, and words go by babe, it is a long shot but it happens

    - you could also try to volunteer and do some more internships, that is the only way to grantee a job or creat connections... remember it is all about CONNECTIONS, no one cares about competancies anymore.. it is about who you know, and being there on the right time... good luck .. peace

  17. No matter how much care and appriciation i show to my people, they will never recognize the fact that i want what is best for them, they critisice me for loving them and trying to lead them to the best they can be, ... anyway this dawaco little girl has acknowledged my person's competance and credibility for that she is a good person,

for my friend Derman ... loooooool waryaa, dont make tell about Baqla advantures of yours .. you know what i mean.... we both know what happens in the philippines and what was your favorate dish of food... smile.gif

Dear Juxa, i have nothing for you but loads of love... Mr Shoobaro, walaal why are you trying to blacken my good name.. follow me let me lead you to safe side of the world.. let me be your eyes .. let me bring hope to you and to all our people... I have a dream, and I have a plan... work with me people...peace

  18. looooooooool dawaco.. you are a true politician, anyone in my position would think you are saying great things about them, but this is the smartest way of character assination, but these words you said were words of wisdom even it might it sounds those who are smart and between the lines readers awful thing to say, however most people know me as a man of patient and wisdom, Dawaco thanx for saying these words thou your DISCLAIMER shows that you still have doubts about me but inshaAllah you will see the truth like other saw it.. smile.gif peace

  19. Haye... Hadey kugu kibri, kabaxso hee, dont you know the rule of marrying somali women, never wish her Happy birthday, actually forgetting her birthday is encouraged, otherwise, she will expect from you to remember every single day you guys had a laugh,

    * The Birthday of her father, and mother
