The interim government will invite the genuine and honest elements of the UIC (Sheikh Sharif calibre) to join the rebuilding of a broken nation. The interim government with the help of the International Community will stabilize Somalia and reinstate a working government apparatus (Puntland, Somaliland standard) till the elections in 2009. Acquire landmass and strategic towns, substantially weaken and isolate the Clan Courts Union and raising the public's perception of its capabilities. Che, These warlords are tools.
