Who knew Dahabshiil has so many fans in SOL. Why are all the secessionist boys ganging up on Caaliya in defense of Dahabshiil? Are they telling us they're absolutely positively certain Dahabshiil is macsuumiin on all these allegations? Dahabshiil may run very successful business but they aren't any different than any other Somali powerful businesses doing whatever it is that they do behind closed doors to advance their capital. I am interested in why Dahabshiil has been mute on all these allegations even way before this song. Time for Dahabshiil to respond to their critics or risk losing the trust of their customers.

You're not too serious finding him if you are not 'allowed to talk about him'. It's besides the point whether your reer abti hates him or he's a bad news, he's your father and you have every right to find him.

Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin (Ill.) announced Tuesday that he will hold Congress' first-ever hearing on the civil rights of American Muslims next week. The hearing comes a little more than two weeks after a Republican in Congress made headlines by holding a controversial hearing on the radicalization of Muslim Americans. The release announcing the hearing said it is in response to the "pike in anti-Muslim bigotry in the last year including Quran burnings, restrictions on mosque construction, hate crimes, hate speech, and other forms of discrimination." "Our Constitution protects the free exercise of religion for all Americans," Durbin said. "During the course of our history, many religions have faced intolerance. It is important for our generation to renew our founding charter's commitment to religious diversity and to protect the liberties guaranteed by our Bill of Rights." The panel of witnesses scheduled to testify at the hearing include Muslim civil rights leader Farhana Khera; Catholic Cardinal Theodore McCarrick; Assistant Attorney General Tom Perez, the Obama Administration's top civil rights official; and former Assistant Attorney General Alex Acosta, the Bush Administration's top civil rights official. Durbin will lead the hearing next Tuesday in the subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Human Rights, which is part of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Earlier this month, Republican Rep. Peter King (N.Y.) received an onslaught of criticism for leading a hearing in the House Homeland Security Committee on the radicalization of American Muslims. Critics said he was unfairly targeting Muslims, even though non-Muslims have committed acts of terrorism in the U.S. as well. Democratic Rep. Keith Ellison, one of two Muslims in Congress, accused King of "ascribing the evil acts of a few individuals to an entire community" and said the hearings could make the country less safe. King said that he believes "the overwhelming majority of Muslim Americans are outstanding Americans and make enormous contributions to our country" - but added that "there are realities we cannot ignore" about the threat of radicalization.

But it's already posted here. Either way, it's another shameful episode the community is facing. http://www.somaliaonline.com/community/showthread.php/54141-Sex-Abuse-Blackmail-Victim-Speaks-Out

^What? No grammar? Don't tell me all those garaac in grade school was for nothing. Vans: None of them is correct. Here's the correct way of saying. 1. Af Soomaaliga hodan ma KA ahi or you can say 2. Af Soomaaliga hodan KU ma ahi. Your KA and KU are alright. You just had to add few letters before/after to make a good sense. Af-Soomaaliga in that way it's unique. You may say yesterday's date was labaatan iyo koow or koow iyo labaatan, both mean the same.

I can't image all the little companies oo hoos yimaada Tmobile losing business. Tmobile is the only company with the best voice plans out there. This deal is gonna take at least a year and I think ATT will have to honor whatever plan tmobile subscribers had before the merge. But they'll sign you into a new contract should you upgrade phones. That's what happened to me when ATT took over Cingular. I switched to Tmobile and now back again? Sucks to lose your plans. I can tell you it's a big loss for the consumer in the US. With Tmobile out of the picture, ATT dictates both voice plans and phone choices available in GSM carrier network. ATT gains Android market and retains Apple. HTC & Google now have fewer companies to make products for. Remember Tmobile was the first to bring Android to the market. This move by ATT just changed the whole Google vs Apple competition.

CHE: He's gonna accuse you of making takfeer statement if you say 'convert' instead of 'revert'. Playing with English words. Look my friend. I didn't ask you to apologize but I asked you to get real or go away. What you asked us is not 'authentic Islamic position' at all. It's an opinion and you got it however positive or negative. We went beyond that and told you you embracing Islam is not guarantee license to marry Somali girl.

The more you fuss and moan about this girl and Somalis, the more I tend you agree with Ngonge. Go away you imposter. A real convert won't be such a drama queen. Go away imposter. And for the last time, stop telling us you could marry this girl in accordance with the deen without her parents acceptance.

Less competition and more corporate control and on track to monopoly. I hope someone will challenge it in the courts but given axwaasha jira, I think AT&T will get its way. Why does a good company need to sell its customers to a bad one with the most dropped calls and terrible service?

It would be a waste of time and disk space to go into detail why Amison troops are in Somalia. Zubeyra brainwashed you so much that you don't know what is actually taking place in Moqdisho. The irony of all ironies is that the likes of you kiss the behind of UN, EU and AU to get the desperately needed recognition yet you can't comprehend these same entities have peace keeping forces in Moqdisho. If you deem these world organizations demons, why seek their recognition xaajiyoow? You can't have it both ways. You and Red Sea keep praising Godane and his murderous militia in Moqdisho and in the same sentence back peace and stability in your clan circles in Hargeysa? That's downright munaafaqnimo in every sense of the word. -
In initial United Nations-authorized action against Libyan military targets, thus far French jets have struck military targets inside Libya and about 110 Tomahawk missiles have been fired from U.S. and British ships against air defense systems. Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications Ben Rhodes said today at a press briefing that this is just the beginning of a multi-phase operation. "The goals of these initial operations are essentially twofold: First, to prevent further attacks on Libyan citizens and opposition groups, especially in and around Benghazi; and second, to degrade the regime's capability to resist the no-fly zone we are implementing under (the) United Nations resolution (authorizing intervention,)" Rhodes said. "To that end, (the missile attack) struck more than 20 integrated air defense systems and other air defense facilities ashore." Rhodes told reporters that there are no U.S. jets over Libya right now. He said the first goal is to make the enforcement of a no-fly zone easier and safer by crippling Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi's air defense systems. Perhaps playing to the unwelcomed comparisons between Iraq and Libya, Rhodes joined President Barack Obama in reassuring reporters at his briefing that no ground troops are involved in the planned operations in North Africa. "We are not going to use force to go beyond a well-defined goal, specifically the protection of the civilians in Libya," Rhodes said.
