Turkey vows response to Israeli attack Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has vowed a proper response to Israeli attacks on an international convoy which killed dozens of Turkish nationals. "It should be known that we will not stay silent and unresponsive in the face of this inhuman state terror," he was quoted as saying by AFP on Monday. He made the remarks in a short televised speech after the Israeli forces raided the Freedom Flotilla, killing at least 20 people, mostly Turks, and injuring 50 others. "International law has been trampled underfoot," Erdogan argued. The premier also said that Turkey will call a NATO meeting over the deadly Israeli assault. Meanwhile, the United Nations Security Council is scheduled to hold a meeting regarding the brutal assault later on Monday. The humanitarian convoy was carrying thousands of tons of supplies and hundreds of politicians, activists and journalists. The Flotilla was seeking to break Israel's three-year-long blockade of Gaza and deliver basic necessities to the impoverished Palestinians living in the coastal enclave.

^Nice try but none sense. The article you posted is few thousand miles off the mark. This lady's anti-Islam campaign ad is run in Manhattan not Lahore. I don't know if you're playing dumb or naive to think running anti-islam campaign ad in public busses in New York will offer a refuge and help Ahmadiya minorities in Pakistan leave Islam. Watch the news clip you posted, "The four million Ahmadiya are minority Muslim sect who seen their rights suppressed. Pakistan is the only Muslim state to have declared them non-Muslims. The country is often the scene of sectarian violence between sunni, shia and christian communities." - Reuters Conflict within religious sects ain't a new phenomenon and such clashes have little and nothing to do with abandon their religion altogether. It is a struggle of recognition and rights. Happens all the time in places like Somalia, Yemen, Iran, Afghanistan and other parts of the Muslim world. A little disingenuous on your part to say minority religious sects who are fighting for their rights need "Anti-Islam Ad Campaign" in far away countries to free themselves from oppression and violence. Your anti Islam ad is no different than the Pakistani government telling them they don't belong to their religion. So the lady is unknowingly helping Pakistan oppress more minorities by forcing them out of their chosen faith. Good luck finding any oppressed religious sects in Manhattan who needs flyers on buses to liberate themselves.

War sugga idinka. Ngogne waxaa mar dhow loo xiraa suunka. Mar dhow I picture oday Ngonge warlord oo afka duuban with black flag. Maadeey ma kaftamaayo overtime ayuu shaqeynayaa.

Blessed, you did warn us and thank you but that's not what I meant. I mean you don't want your little one hearing this sort of things. I wasn't talking about me but ciyaalka oo kale ma u fiicna. U didn't have to delete it but I would say don't play it around caruurta. Che, as much as it may shock you, I couldn't image the shitty things this drunk guy was uttering. I couldn't finsih it. Every filth sound funny these days but hooyo iyo ciyaalka regarded high in my dictionary sxb. Somethings are just innocent you know.

^Acuudka. A little warning goes a long way.....like don't play this next to a little ones. Shoot. War baladu muxuu ahaa oo af xumaa sheydaanka. I can't unwind it out of the mind. This must have been recorded while under the influence.

I once had this paranoid and insecure lady for a boss but smart enough to get the director on a leash. The director of the whole department was her lap dog. Hated that monkey more than the lady.

^Odaga waxbuuba dhisayee idinku maxaad dhisteen. Qabuurtii xataa wey idinka nabad heli la'dahay. You are not in a position to speak of Islam, towba or cadaadal or moral judgment. Dhiigii baaba gacantaada ka qoyyan. Duke: I respect your take on the colonel and I realize his militancy leadership brought peace and stability in PL during his time but it also had its dark days. I guess we agree to disagree on this one. Getting late on my side, later. -

I think odaga was unique in two way. Under his administration, the country's historical enemy bombed the airport of the capital and other cities. We all know the massacre and mayhem that followed. No matter how much sugarcoating, I don't think history will ever purge those pages. And he left the political scene all together. No other warlord has accomplished those two things yet. So there you have it General. And this is only Southern Somalia. On the Puntland side, he led two brutal wars where brothers and cousins gunned down each other literally. Again, no other warlord managed to do that in PL. Somalis don't need to read or remember this geriatric warlord. They're glad to not see or hear from him. -
Zack's reasoning holds truth to certain extent. The armed youth are the one of the main reasons Somali government needs the protection and help of African peacekeeping forces. You have a cause and effect here. I can't say the same about ONLF struggle against Ethiopia. As always, Kalgii Muslim have crazy ways of coming up upside down logic like fighting foreign African troops for being in Somalia while at the same time hosting foreign international fugitives in the country.

CH: Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke, the current Prime Minister of Somali is the son of former Somali President Cabdirashiid Cali Sharmarke. Cabdirashiid Cali Sharmarke served as a Somali Prime Minister under Adan Cadde and later become the second Somali President until he was assassinated. Here's a clip of him on state visit to I think the PM should depart TFG and Somali politics altogether if he can't make any meaningful difference.

Good program. Here in ceelgaabta Soomaalida, there are some schools that offer it to Somali kids. I know of few students that take Somali language class in their elementary school. Once they pick up English very well, Somali won't be that hard for them. Letter pronounciation is the main problem. I handed Somali kids to Somali newspaper awhile back and they could read with a little bit of help with letter pronunciations c, x, kh, sh and the most difficult one for kids dh. Come to think of it, do we have Somali letter pronunciation symbols?

I highly doubt if President Sharif was naive or ignorant about the rules of the game when he made the decision to sack the PM. Mindhaa wuu daciifsaday the PM. Regardless of how one sees the decision, it definitely doesn't help Sharif's already weak public image.

Waxba ha is qalajinin. Re-read what I wrote. There is no analysis. And I dont watch Fox. And yes, I would object to any other religious building on or near Ground Zero. Now, take a chill pill. You get mad at me for pointing out your prejudiced view against this mosque to 'incite more hate'. You could disagree as others did without judging the mosque to incite more hate. How could a mosque that isn't built yet is gonna 'incite more hate'? Don't be so judgmental next time.
-
^But she might build a minaret with the money if she wins. Not acceptable Lazy.
-
Ibti: I am lost at what you're talking about. What 'laying on her' and 'kulushahay' are we exactly talking about? Waan ka dhacsanahay.
-
Originally posted by chocolate & honey: There shouldnt be any Mosque anywhere near Ground Zero simply because it would incite more hate. What you mean more hate? Do you believe mosques in other parts of the city or country incite enough or acceptable hate and this particular one will incite more hatred? What do you know about the people planning this one to reach this conclusion? Mosques are buildings like Churches, Synagogues and Temples. They are all built for the same purpose and the same people. People of faith use these buildings for worship. Not much difference except each adhere to different faith. One doesn't incite hate more than the other. One is not holier or acceptable than another religious institution in terms of the laws of the land at least from what I know. So I don't know how you can draw the analysis that a mosque in New York or else where is going to incite more hatred unless you believe mosques promote hate and intolerance. Would you also object other religious buildings anywhere near this place? Stop watching Fox News.
