  1. Abu-Paragon was a paragon of virtue, a paragon of brotherhood, and a paragon of dignity. I have profound respect for the somalis who hail from other clans yet gave their guarded support to the courts. They could have held back their support and joined the rest of their clansmen in condemning the ICU purely on clan sentiments even though it was evident the courts were inclusive and did much good work. I do have respect for these somalis and consider them reliable somalis and true-to-their-word muslims. The lesson I take from Abu-Paragon and people like Xiin is that there are somalis above the pool of refuse the rest wallow in. I can't say that about those who supported the TFG. I know my life would be expendable if they were to have a say on it and I was in the way of A/Y's presidency. Just as they cheered on for the killing of the somalis who were like me fighting in what they beleived in, they would have justified my death in the hands of Amxaaro.
  2. It is more of their realization that the legitimacy of the tfg in the eyes of the somalis who matter the most depends on Ethiopia's withdrawal or its inclusion in a larger more diverse african troops. The TFG looks more of the sham it always had been from inception. They and their immoral supporters thought riding ethiopian tanks into Muqdisho will be a success forgetting governments are built on trust and on the character of its leadership, with both lacking, the TFG seems to be struggling and begging for acceptance. The more these african troops are delayed, the tougher it will get for the Xabashi stooges to rule the country. Credibility is important and the TFG never had one to begin with.
  3. Abu-Geeljire, That poem is ageless. Waddankii waaba la iibsadaye malaga gaari karaa oo ma la badbaadin karaa saaxib? And how?
  4. LOL@LeyBold Vacuum Systems, I went to their website and affliates to get information/prices for parts I needed to build a vacuum system for school project last semester. Naturally, This whole country is ruled by few elites. This is what my project looked like more or less Basic Vac Sytem or this in the middle of the Page
  5. Good question. Can Pi try some rationality and answer that? of course, with honesty.
  6. Muqdisho is a city under-siege gripped by fear and mistrust. Where is the safety saxib? People are carrying their sick to the doctor on carts old style because the public transportation was banned from the streets by Amxaaro troops. There is no way one can explain away existing problems in Muqdisho today unless there is total disconnect(as is the case with the tfg supporters anyway) from the people of that town. Muqdisho's dying status is called pacification in their quarter.
  7. More of the same news, this time robbery. http://www.onkod.net/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=2064
  8. Soomaaliya as a free country is dead for now, Ilaahay ha u naxariisto. It will take another humiliated and enslaved generation to rekindle Somali nationalism than the current one. I even offered my parents a better place to live if they wanted to move and leave The Kilinka Lixaad of Ethiopia(formerly known as Somalia). Qof diin iyo nasabad leh kuma noolaan karo meel Amxaaro ka taliso.
  9. ^ I would rather walk into an Ethiopian Embassy and ask Visa to Muqdisho. They will eventaully know when I left the US and landed in muqdisho Airport. Zenawi is more reliable when it comes to saving your skin than the stooges protected by him in Muqdisho who weren't aware the country was bombed by the US. We are the Sixth region of Ethiopia for now.
  10. You can listen to an interview aired on BBC this morning here, skip to the 13th minute. A man from the bombed area was being interviewed. rtsp://.../som1100.ra or listen to the 11:00GMT one at www.bbcsomali.com

And just to point something, you said you trusted the sagacity of your leaders(TFG leaders that is) in defense of the unqualified college drop out who was named for Ambassadorship the other day. Haddana waxaad leedahay they are not best to lead the nation. Declaring them unqualified and trusting their sagacity is contradictory. Anyways, most somalis have very negative opinion of A/Y and his entire TFG. Waad is daalineysaan if you are the supporters of the TFG, A/Y and his entire crew of warlords and self serving stooges are despised, unwelcome and protected by Ethiopian troops and clan militia in Muqdisho.
  12. America had to join in when the Amxaaro troops got some serious beating. Read the website below for the updates of the War: www.kismaayonews.com

  15. Waraa adiga, haddaa dhimaneysid dhareerka waa la iska duwaa, soomaali badan aa kula qabto sidaa dareensan tahay, just because you deal on SOL with shamless A/Y supporters doesn't mean everybody thinks like them. Calaacalka badan jooji saxib, go fight like a man or shut the eff up.
  16. JacaylBaro, I think best option is Duke's, rely on Amxaaro balls and pick on clans, then we will see how that works.
  17. The armed clans have legitimate fear to hold on to their weapons. Unless these fears are addressed in a manner satisfactory to them, weapons are kept and no one can force them to disarm. The clans already met many times and discussed about their future and decided weapons are to be kept for self defense.
  18. Thanks for the Article. Where is Tejas? Anywhere but somalia is better. There is no pride in being somali.
  19. I meant to add the info at the bottom but got called in to address some technical issues at work. There are targetted robberies and unreported killings in some xaafado aimed at families of the icu troops who fled. I came to know this during a conversation with my family back home as I was checking on how they were doing and how was their area. Amxaaraaba ag deggan xataa.
  20. Horn, kaama xigsanin, adigaa sidaas u qaatay. I don't think along those lines. You would be surprised but I never thought aniga iyo geeddi sinjiyad soomaali ah xataa inaan wadaagno neceebaan u qabo daraadeed.
  21. Qof liito sidaadoo kale laguma digto, the gist of my message.
  22. Hey waryaada, leave Horn alone, isaga Barre uunbaa u daran ee lama tuso TFGda
  23. 2 die in Mogadishu blast 31/12/2006 10:24 - (SA) Mogadishu - Two civilians were killed and one injured in an explosion that rocked a house in northern Mogadishu near the former residence of Somalia's Islamist movement leaders, witnesses said on Sunday. The explosion in Yakshid district occurred days after the Islamists fled the capital ahead of advancing Ethiopian troops and tanks deployed in the country to help the weak Somali government. "It seemed it was hand grenade blast ... I was sleeping in a house near the explosion scene and minutes later I heard people shouting help," Abdukadir Hassan Dahir, a neighbour, said. Dahir said a woman died on the spot and her 12-year-old daughter died early Sunday, while the woman's husband suffered injuries. "We don't know why they are throwing explosive things in the houses where civilians live," said Nurto Said Bare, suggesting that the explosion was sparked by the device thrown from outside http://www.news24.com/News24/Africa/News/0,9294,2-11-1447_2050229,00.html
