Val, be mindful of the exotic food in that part of the world. Tropical diseases are common especially when traveling on rural area. Take some over counter medicines, vitamins and stay away of hugging locals(bit rude, but true)especially in Vietnam and Cambodia where the rate of TB is in highest in the world.
