The third task is to establish a regional administration exclusive for SSC people. Thereafter, the SSC people hope to be their own boss and take care of their own affairs themselves. They will no more be led by the nose or by the ear or by the neck with a short leash, nor will they never accept to be manipulated by other administrations or follow them like puppies. Khaatumo 2 congress is being held at a time in which the SSC people are in the midst of a crisis, in mess and in shambles. Besides, the congress is facing overt and covert challenges from enemies from within and from without. The congress is the last resort or recourse for SSC people. So, let SSC people do whatever it takes to make Khaatumo 2 congress a complete success. The G6, clan delegates and clan leaders must remove all barriers and overcome all obstacles.
