Is there such a thing as HALAL DATING? If so, what is it?
Emperor replied to Seeking Paradise's topic in General
Before I add anything to the topic, I need to know what the word dating is? I know the meaning of Xalaal. Dating is just bothering me coz I don't get it, does dating mean talking to girl all night, or taking her out to cinema, or only talking/seeing behind her jilbab, or meeting with her under the supervision of her family, or staying in with her for a night tauching her and testing how it feels, and does the dating thing include having sex? Im confused settle it down then i will forward my share. Peace -

Ciid Wanaagsan sidoo kale Sxbyaal, Sxb I know tomorrow is Eid, but here it aint feel like it. Im so much dissappointed in Eid day celebration in the western world, not much of Eid it just a normal day for me. I wish i was back home or somewhere in the Muslim world where i could really feel the passion and greatness of this day but to my avail im still waiting the one day when I return and have a nice Eid in the midst of my beloved Ummah. I don't know when? but I have to keep up the dreams. In my home now nothing u can sense of Eid, in My desk you can feel the workload that im busy with feeling depressed with the intense work that i need to submit by Monday. If and thats if I pray the Eid prayer thats all for me I could ever remember of this year's Eid? well not much I could tell of any Eid I had in here other than the prayer. I hope for a change, there no way this can go on. My question is, even thou I have escaped from the problems back home and live in a country where i enjoy peace, free education and other benefits but I still feel life is not as better as it at home, Ok let me put it this way life in not as delightful as it was there and then. Honestly im missing a lot of things here in different ways, is there anyone who feels the same? I know u can't demand a lot, life is never always perfect but this is too much i mean is way too imperfect, pisses me off? Alhamdulilahi I gota say I don't wanna sound pessimist and is not if im not happy with my life but my goal is simple i wanna change this life, that's all that's making me sick. Anyway good luck with you Eid! hope you gona have a very nice one insha'alaah Wa kula sana wa'antum dhayibin

Wiil, Sxb I'm neither fan of tha man nor his speach of "I have a dream". I think this is the man you have a lot in common and knew the true meaning of the word"GOD" you mentioned. "We are nonviolent with people who are nonviolent with us." "We didn't land on Plymouth Rock, Plymouth Rock landed on us." "Concerning nonviolence, it is criminal to teach a man not to defend himself when he is the constant victim of brutal attacks." "A race of people is like an individual man; until it uses its own talent, takes pride in its own history, expresses its own culture, affirms its own selfhood, it can never fulfill itself." Villagers furious with Christian Missionaries Samanthapettai, Jan 16 (ANI): Rage and fury has gripped this tsunami-hit tiny Hindu village in India's southern Tamil Nadu after a group of Christian missionaries allegedly refused them aid for not agreeing to follow their religion. Samanthapettai, near the temple town of Madurai, faced near devastation on the December 26 when massive tidal waves wiped it clean of homes and lives. Most of the 200 people here are homeless or displaced , battling to rebuild lives and locating lost family members besides facing risks of epidemic, disease and trauma. Jubilant at seeing the relief trucks loaded with food, clothes and the much-needed medicines the villagers, many of who have not had a square meal in days, were shocked when the nuns asked them to convert before distributing biscuits and water. Heated arguments broke out as the locals forcibly tried to stop the relief trucks from leaving. The missionaries, who rushed into their cars on seeing television reporters and the cameras refusing to comment on the incident and managed to leave the village. Disappointed and shocked into disbelief the hapless villagers still await aid. "Many NGOs (volunteer groups) are extending help to us but there in our village the NGO, which was till now helping us is now asking us to follow the Christian religion. We are staunch followers of Hindu religion and refused their request. And after that these people with their aid materials are leaving the village without distributing that to us," Rajni Kumar, a villager said. The incident is an exception to concerted charity in a catastrophe that has left no one untouched.(ANI) Source: http://in.news.yahoo.com/050116/139/2j1rp.html

Ndungane leaves for tsunami-hit Somalia January 18, 2005, 10:30 Njongonkulu Ndungane, the Anglican Archbishop, has left Johannesburg for tsunami-hit Somalia as part of a church relief mission. Somalia is one of the African countries devastated by the December 26 tsunami. It is reported that Somalia's fishing industry, central to the country's economy, has been badly affected by the crisis. The Archbishop is being accompanied by Molefe Tsele, the South African Council of Church's general-secretary. The mission was organised by the All Africa Council of Churches in Nairobi and the delegation will be looking into the extent of devastation within Somalia. They will also be distributing a portion of money raised toward the relief effort there. The two are expected to arrive in Nairobi later today and then depart for Somalia. But you can dream mate, for dream become true. Gday
