For me I like up to date news reporting than dwelling on the truth side, if your clever enough and know how Somali politics work you can always filter it. ^^Naden we are going somewhere now, the idea was whether to allow historic and holly sites for demolision and renevation. No one is against it new city, as the city have seen huge developments so far from new building and artchitures to roads and other facilities, it's fine. However, there are people who are taking it too far to a point where they think nothings is important and whats happening brings more thus do it as please, the proposed sites that needs to be engineered and renewed might be holly sites and thats not something to be supported as you rightly put it. A house of Omar like you say does not matter, like the house of Abu Bakar have been built on the picture but there are important traces of Islamic history that's needs to be preserved. However, If still agree with you and said that to be the case, I think culture of other Muslim brothers and freinds from across the world could be tolerated given that the respect the law, and that's entirely different from religion and will still help provide to opportunity to thrive. What am agaisnt is the introduction of new religions and completely alien culture in my little TUULO where my grandfather made his prayer knowing that all his neighbours were doing one too.. Again, an American Muslim or from any part of the world is not a problem.

Nadin, constructing big building and making new streets and the domolision of Islam's most holliest sites mean to you about making opportunities and feeding the poor and bye energyzing and creating jobs. The closest people that we have are the Muslim Arabs and have untill sometime during the 80's being recisted against, only after the 80's did we see some Arabs especially Saudis and Yemins coming to Somalia and getting married to Somali girs, which was strange and scary at some point and never got popular afterwards. If you look back at the Somali Riwaayado made in the 80's you will see such stories presented in a typical Somali way, when the father of the girl asks, "oo yaa qaan carabkaan" and "ma lacag buu haystaa", and being answered haa, and later on says "Siiyay" just for the opportunity. Che-Guevara, I think we are heading in the same direction but just a little misunderstanding.. What I said was and Is, by either evolution or revolutions of culture is something new and to be expected, however, my point is, this is all new and never have been there before few years back, and for that reason I believe someone will have the right to be suprised, dissappointed or even protest or at some point dedicate topic to it at the begging or first encouter. It all depends on experience and how communities get diluted with other communities.

A man with such style is supposed to be a high ranking scholar, mufti, sheikh, or a learned caalim Taliban you wrong, he doesn't have to be a scholar, Mufti or even Sheikh. He can be just a normal Maths teacher, I know these Al-Azhar teachers and attended these sort of schools, that's their normal Azhar Uniform and nothing to do with their religious status, and as I said they teach all kind of principles. You will be suprised if you find that some of them don't even pray Salah.
