However, If you were to define "Massacre" what matters is not only the number of death toll but also the reason for the death, the motive and the desire to kill them... they could be 10 and I call it massacre given that their death was orchastered and carried out purposely. If people were massacred and killed indiscriminately for the sake of killing and finishing them off, then why this didn't happened in other areas where the so called "Muqawama" doesn't exist..
