Where is Morgan..( the $64m question) Not in Kismayo
-
Although I daren’t venture into the “politics†section, Please do, I would like to see what you say about it. Edit: Are my posts' distasteful? Well, many senior Nomads think thus, perhaps I have crossed the proverbial line. By God, this is an epiphany! I find myself apologizing ceaslessly; mea culpa once more. Mutakalim I would say alot of nomads, and specially Feebaro , are scared of what you write Perhaps they don't want to hear the truth and are scared of it?

Gen Morgan, we will clear the JVA out of Juba in the coming weeks

who sat emptyhanded in the Nairobi conference, but was ignored b/c he didn't control a fiefdom like he used to. Well, thos kenyans must be thinking: "me and my big mouth, damn!" Uhm Hello  Kenya wasn't choosing the rer "Puntland" parliamentarians. It was Abdulahi Yusuf, your hero, who decided not to give Morgan a seat. -

Galguduud is just a quasi-Mudug province. It used to be part of Mudug, but Mudug is a victim of Siad Barre's divide and rule, therefore he made a seperate province where his kinsmen the reer Abudwaq have more control on the new province called Galguduud. You must know we are not the majority in Galgadud  Second 2/3 "Siad Barre's kin" in Mudug (Galagadud/Mudug) live on the other side of the boundry in Somali Galbeed, so if he had made a seperate state for them, wouldn't he have moved them from Ethiopia in to Galgadud to "majoritize" it? The logic isn't there. -
A call for the creation of a Juba federal state..to make peace

^^^I guess you didn't understand my point Caaqil it seems as though qabyaalad is working under your post, which is making you to redraw the maps. -
Feebaro You are a crack waryaa Dawaco I know where I belong to: 3) The “we like to argue for the sake of arguments†group who do just that. They are often confined to the politics section.

A call for the creation of a Juba federal state..to make peace

Lower Jubba and lower shabeele (with the HQ at Barawe/Jilib) would make the richest "state" in somalia. An appropiate name would be the coastal state . Afmadow, Buaale, Saakow should be incorporated in the mid west state (bay, Bakool and gedo) You do know that the Lower Jubba and the Lower Shabeele do not share a border right? So if those cities were to be incorporated into a "Midwest state", how would it be possible to have a "state" consisting of two regions (L.J/L.S) that do not share a border and are not connected? It seems as though you are redrawing the maps. Second, I think a "Jubbaland State" is conceivable composed of Gedo and L/M Jubba ((not in the way Smith described it ), primarily because the Jubba does only go through those regions, that share a border, they are the only regions to share a border with Kenya, and the access to sea for land-locked states would be balanced I think there should be 7 states, plus the seperate District of Banadir, in the Somali Republic. 1. Jubbaland State consisting of Gedo, Lower/Middle Jubba with the main port at Kismayo. 2. Southern State consisting of Bakool,Bay, and Lower Shabeele with the main port at Marka. 3. South Central State consisting of Hiiraan and Middle Shabeele with the main port at Cadale. 4. Central State consisting of Galgaduud and Mudug with the main port at Hobyo. 5. Northeastern State consisting of Nugaal and Bari with the main port at Boosaaso. 6. Northern State consisting of Sool,Sanaag, and Togdheer with the main port at Maydh. 7. Northwestern State consisting of Waqoyi Galbeed, Saaxil, and Awdal with the main port at Berbera. The 7 states of the Somali Republic. -

Don't take this the wrong way Horn, but I hope they continue their current stance Otaali waxaada cadaalad ma ahan. Your hatred of reer "Puntland" geos far beyond just tribal. I hope you get some help. I would rather have "Puntlanders", Og's, Bravanes, Markites, Muqdishoans, Cabudwaqians, Hargeisawis, and all other Somalis living side by side peace in Kismayo and all of Somalia then continue in this clan hatred thats raging everywhere. -

Gabbal replied to QabiilDiid's topic in Politics
No its you who confuses the leader with the state. I cant go over this again, Abdullahi is our leader, we chose him, we will get rid off him. He is running for the Presidency of Somalia. If you have a problem with him its your business, just dont tell me what I am confusing, he is the sole leader of Puntland. Like it or not As Rahima was saying in another post, it is understandable that you and Waryaa Dude think that as you guys and him are close, lineage wise Now is that the opinion of other "Puntlanders", even some on this forum like Nugaali, who truly believe that Abdulahi Yusuf with his jilib in north Mudug/lower Nugaal stole the presidency of "Puntland" over its rightful occupant Jaamac Cali Jaamac. (I remember Waryaa Dude dismissing JCJ's claim as leader as nothing, but trying to bring back their titles as "Kings" of the northeast  ). With that much doubt on the rights of Abdulahi Yusuf as the "democratic" leader of "Puntland" and with so much more parties involved in then just his jilib, it's fair to say it is you who is confusing the man, Abdulahi Yusuf, with the state, "Puntland". Again a grave mistake I daresay! -

like yourself Otali and Xarago dont really hate C/Y but hate Puntland itself. Do not put Rahima's name in any "group". Just by reading her posts without having a bias will open up your eyes and I guarantee that. You should try it. You are confusing Abdulahi Yusuf without "Puntland" again, a grave mistake I daresay. Because if that becomes the case, then no one will have anything remotely good to say about "Puntland", as no one has anything remotely good to say about Beer-Laawe. -
^^^Ok spew your "sources" now

Gabbal replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
the true keepers of the peace Otali don't kid yourself bro. The JVA, unless worse, aren't any better then Morgan. Morgan's attack on Kismayo was dearly expected, but what was outrageous about it was the timing of the attack, which led alot of people to support the JVA. I think the reason most people support the JVA is because it is a cross multi-clan grouping while Morgan leads a-clan grouping. See the difference? All in all I think most people would have a JVA-set precendent in Kismayo, where different clans and sub-clan (including "Puntlanders", provided they join) live together in peace, then a Morgan-set one where a single sub-clan has a monoply on things. -
lol @ ms. word ....u forgot so articulate...for someone so young.... respect Besbaaso don't let msword's demeaning attack on me get to you. Handsome is the only word in her description of me that's closest to the truth.

Sub-clan of SomaliGalbeed??? . Do we really need our name be there??!!We just share the subclan BUT not the land Brother HornAfrique. BIG misunderstanding sis Og_Girl. As you know the policy of SOL is to not name clan names. So by saying the "sub-clan of SomaliGalbeed", I'm saying the sub-clan your from also lives in Afmadow, Buaale, and other cities there. When someone says the "sub-clan of SomaliGalbeed", most people equate it with your sub-clan right? It was a way for me to say two lafs of your sub-clan were actually fighting each other on their land in Dhoobley, I did not mean that the Og's only live in SomaliGalbeed
-
Two of my favorite people on SOL could not have made me laugh anymore Gediid to OG_Girl I kinda lost you for a couple of weeks only to find you among the wolves of SOL.Now before you start growing dirty facial hair and fangs the size of Kuwait we want you back where you are loved. Og_Girl to Gediid As there are warlords in Nairobi there is also Internet warlords...lol need to be stopped

a closet Puntland supporter covers this up with being anti-Yusuf. I support any part of Somalia that is trying to achieve peace and prosperity. I, 100%, support the progess that has taken place in "Somaliland" and the level of peace and security it has achieved, although I'm against seccessionism. I applaud our brothers in "Puntland" for their desire to prosper and implamenting the iniative to better their lives, although I am dead set against equating the true wishes of the people with Abdulahi Yusuf. As you know Smith, I honestly believe, as do most Somalis, that Jaamac Cali Jaamac is the true maamul gobaleed of "Puntland". -
the suggestion it could be that the group that they are supposedly fighting against could be using the aid of the xabash government (which he detests passionately, them and their Somali lackeys). Rahima it is a way for the Xabesh to invade Somalia. It is an excuse to bring them into Somalia. These days any with a gar is Al Itixad. I'm surprised Morgan hasn't labeled himself as Al Itixad

Waryaa Dude Ma adaa hadlaayo? The same man who was dividing his closest kin into laf laf What happened to Dhoobley was a message to reer Gedo that you step out of line and hey And what happened to Morgan was a message to A. Yusuf that you incite war and hey
-
Love your siganture by the way, can' you believe that dude defended these words when I confronted him with them! Waryaa you are true hypocrite, and your buddy is taking things out of context.
-
"That man[Warlord Barre Hiraale] was a god to my sub-clan...and in some ways he still is." -HornAfrique I truly love ya man. Where exactly did you hear this? And what evidence besides Gedonet.com can you provide? I spoke to my uncle, my mother's half-brother in Kismayo. Why can't you accept that Barre Hiiraale , your cousin, defeated you ? It will give them a heart attack. [ September 22, 2004, 07:05 PM: Message edited by: Admin ]

afraid people are of Cabdulahi Yusuf. Or despise him. He has made a lot of enemies he could've counted on today. Abdulahi Yusuf has done and said alot of things that have turned people against him, even from his own sub-clan (look at Jaamac Cali Jaamac and his laf).

Morgan concedes defeat of the fruitless, time consuming, tragic, and wasted war he took upon the Jubba Regions. He tells All Puntland it was "AL Qaeda" that defeated him. {Wasn't there a time when people lost with dignity?} He says he is calling on foreign troops {Ethiopia} to combat the Al Qaeda threat in Kismayo. Morgan Interview
