Salaamu Alaikum, 1.There can be no compromisation of Muslim land. The land Israel occuppies is Holy Muslim land and the land belongs to the Muslims in palestine. We cannot even give up a handful of sand to the Israelians because Allah made Haraam for us Muslims to give the lands we inherented and are guardians of. Better we die as shaheeds protecting the land from the infidels than make peace with the oppressors. 2.We cannot have peace with Israel because we do not recognise the fake state of Israel. Israel stands for evil in every sense of the word. 3. How can we have peace when palestinians are refugees in their own country. When 5 - 7 million Jews ran from as far as Russia enjoying themselves in the beaches and soaking up rich life styles in natural beauty of the Muslim lands while palestinians do not know where the next meal is coming from ? 4. We now live in the age where peace means war war means peace terror means just-war and freedom fighters are terrorist. So we cannot trust the infidels and make peace we must take the war to them as they fight us. Attack is the best form of defence. Firstly, we must ponder on the function of tribe ? Why do we have tribes in the majority of societies ? The intellectual shall say " merely to recognise each other, for if we were all standardised we cannot differentiate and apppreciate uniqueness of creation." Does tribe have any real foundations ? Similarly the learned shall state " no it has not no one decides which tribe to be born amongst." Does tribalism gurantees success? Obviously the opposite effect happens to tribalistists. From my understanding of general life Islam should be utilised to immune oneself from tribalism and hatred. We must remember that Islam teaches us that "The Believer is like a mirror to his brother, If he sees a fault he shall take steps to correct them." Taking this notion into consideration, we us Muslims are one brotherhood. What is more, Somalis have been blessed with a substantial majority of Muslim population (99%). Polygamy Lecture (fairly short) If you have no time to listen to it and increase knowledge then allow me summarise the main points: 1. Islam came to limit the number of women a man can marry. In the past before the Prophet (SAW) in many societies such as arabia as well as the west and east it was common for men to marry as much as 9 wifes per man without any problems this was the norm and the women accepted. 2. Islam limited the number to maximum of 4 wives per man because population of women out number population of men. So Islam did not come to allow but to limit. 3. In other religions i.e. Christianity and Judaism they have not limited the number of wives one can marry and hence we can assume one can marry as much wives as possible up to any amount. 4. The reason for Islam allowing maximum 4 wives are numerous. Example, women out-number men. Men died in wars such as World War I & II hence more women without men. Approximately millions and millions of men died in World War II compared to approximately 100's of thousands of women. 5. Hence, there is not enough men for women so what is the solution ? Polygamy It may be better for the women to share men instead of spending their time alone without male companionship. 6. Some sisters do not need to be selfish, what about those lonely sisters who have no man due to shortage of men they wanna get married so they have to find a man this is the women's nature ? Why can't you be willing to share what you have being blessed with ? 7. 1,2,3,4 wives is permissible each situation is unique according to the precedent circumstances.
