  1. Rumor has it that 4.5. formula was used for the scholarship of these students LOL. Darn!

Somaliga mala baddalay, one would think the title should read " Shariifka oo booqday xaafada ka mid ah Xamar..".
  3. He is still way better than the over-rated English Rooney. Nando of 2008 is back!
  4. Google + is going to fail big time. Facebook rules!
  5. Does anybody have an audio or video of these hate speeches? Anybody? AKhadar?
  6. Loooooooool@you three. Ok ok I rest my case. "Somali" it is. Geez! Lol@ double ewww
  7. ^lool it wasn't us who where claiming that one of the terms is wrong. My position is they are both correct, since good jacphar is telling us otherwise asagaa laga rabaa tangible sources to prove us wrong. Keep in mind opinions are opinions.
  8. grasshopper;746654 wrote: you're comparing apples and oranges jacpher..none of the countries you mention end with -IA What about Tanzania, eritria, australia, malyasia, etc..the nationality adjectives for those countries end in -ian (Tanzanian, eritrian, australian, malaysian and so on. Exactly grasshopper! Jacphar what is your come back to that? Grasshopper stated what I would have said. If we go by what you are saying, people from Tanzania would be Tanzanis.
  9. THE SHOWDOWN : Tomorrow Though this match will not give us an idea about who will be on the top of the table in May it sure does test both teams. Will the united continue having their 100% PML record for this season or will Chelsea burst their bubble? In another place, Liverpool are going head to head with Spuds. Midkee madaxa laga garaaci doonaa?
  10. ^We are talking about what term should other people (this time those who speak English)use when they are referring to us, right? Well, I say whatever makes sense for them.. We have no writen rules for that or do we? In the Somali language, Soomaali baan nahay, Soomaaliyaan ma nihin. I know that part. However, if you ask me to translate the word 'Soomaali" ( as the Soomaali people) to another language, I have no idea what to say. there isn't an agreed upon term for that per se but everybody can speak of their opinion. The Xabashi speaking Axmaars call us "Soomaalee" and they call our language "Soomaalanyaa" LOL. The arabs call Africa "Ifriiqiya". We call Americans "dadka mareykanka ah". Anyways, Somali Somalian, Somalo...all work fine for me.
  11. I like this. Bahashu korka wey ka socon weydaye hoos halaga wado. Somalia was trying to rebuild itself from the top to the bottom, that hasn't worked for 20ish years, let's try it from different angle now. Ministates it is!
  12. Carafaat;746583 wrote: The constitution of the ONLF says otherwise. Ofcourse you a free to oppose it. The constitution says many things that will obviously change. Remember the SNM's goals? It had nothing to do with secession or did it? P.s. No pun intended but why do I have the feeling that you are not a new SOLer despite your Jully 2011 "join date"?
  13. Xaaji Xunjuf;746562 wrote: ask any onlf supporter they will tell you that they want an independent O'gaden Country.. You lie! I am an ONLF supporter and my answer is we want to unite with our motherland, Somalia (After we free O'gadenia). Now what were u saying?
  14. I don't know about y'all but I am a Somalian. What is Somali? That is so feminine!
  15. Well said, AT&T! I heard the good admiral once respond to the crappy concern of "It is only only one tribe that is fighting, the front has a clan name and therefore I am not supporting", and you know what he said? He said: "Haddii Maakhir ay Yemen xoog ku qabsato oo qabiilada kobtaas dega mid ka mid ah uu dagaal ku bilaabo Yemen-ta dhulkooda qabsatay kadibna ay la baxaan "W******(their qabiil name) National Liberation Front" oo ay ayagoo qabiil bes ah dagaalkaas galaan, AS A SOMALI, I would fully support them!". Why wouldn't he, after all it is Somali vs Yemeni. It is not easy to see the big picture or is it? The land is under effing occupation, who cares about how the fight is implemented as long as the Xabashis are being kicked out! I know I don't.
  16. ^LOL. Sida gabdhaha ha ooyin maxaad ragga ugu dhahdaa? I am just saying the great recognition seeking efforts shouldn't have ended in "AU discussed ( not recognized but just discussed) about Somaliland after loooong 20 years. And then AU decided not recognize LOL. Anyway, carry on with your excitement, I didn't mean to interrupt.
  17. ^Drogba aint back, where do u get your news from, Ontario Times? :D It is funny SAF is going to play his youngsters and AVB is choosing his oldies. Men VS Boys?
  18. Some say it will probably be Suldaan Wali, the current Wasiirka Biyaha or maybe the vice president(not really sure about his current gumeysi assignment). The whole Kilil project is a failure and Meles knows that.
  19. ^It would have been a big deal in 1991, 1992, 1994, not in 2010 or 2011. Wax fahan, By now the "AU" should have recognized the darn place.
  20. LOL@Norf. Tuujiye, I know Stoke are not easy to beat, they do play physical game and high ball, but they are not a top 6 team and any team that dreams about winning that trohpy better be able to beat Stoke, Fulham, Stoke and co. Tomorrow, Chelsea waa lahayaa. Sunday's game and my prediction: Chelsea 2 Sheydaamada(Red devils) 1 Man U. will be tested on this Sunday, dabkeey saaran yahiin.

  22. That was what some said when Lugbuur was in charge and then Ina Iley came in. Midba midka kale ka daran. Dumb Meles thinks that he can hold an entire nation as a hostage when Haile couldn't hold the 3 million Tigrays in control.
  23. ^True. This stooge does more than the Wayane ask for. A close family member in Jigjiga told me that the Tigray are now ready to replace this one. We shall see.
