  2. Al-Shabaab is not a Somali entity, it is led by men in Afghanistan. Ask Godane, he will give you the details. They take orders from non-Somali men and they are for non-Somali purposes. For the sake of this debate, let me agree with you and say it is a Somali entity. Do you want the country to stay in the status quo. Were the last 20 years OK with you? I think we have had enough, I am all for any change. Maybe Ethiopia should take over the entire country. Maybe that will get our long time lost patriotism and unity?
  3. LOOOOOL.. Hall of talk: - Che
  4. ^Before you ask back to back questions, answer the questions I have asked I told you my position, tell me yours. Then we can get to the details.
  5. ^No I am showing you your pathetic position on this. You posted unrelated quotes. If you want to condemn Ethiopia's recent incursion on Hiiraan, you shouldn't be surprised when one brings Shabaab into the discussion. Shabaab is the bigger evil this time. If you have different opinion, do tell us what it is and why. Please keep your emotions to yourself.
  6. ^Why don't you go ahead and post what the victims of Shabaab said. That would be fair, right?
  7. The clan with the best history in the entire Somali Peninsula have finally decided to come together and claim their land. The forefathers of these people kept the Somaliness and the Muslimhood alive since the 1800's. They are the reason we are Muslims and Somalis today. They have every right to create their own mini state until a strong central government is built. VIVA SSC! P.s. I see Abdikarim (The brain behind everything the TFG have accomplished since Shariif Canbe came to power) in the pictures. Good stuff!

  11. With Suarez being out for 9 games, Liverpool might find themselves in the bottom half of the table.

In addition, I started to really get worried when I realised that A&T was very close to the ONLF leadership. Wax fahan. p.s. Nobody knows what could happen in ten years but one can prepare for it. LOOOOL@being worried about AT&T’s close relationship to the leadership. Waar ninka asagoo kaftan soo qor qoro baad aragtay (and everyone of us has some kind of hobby, i.e. smoking shiisha, posting on SOL) ee waa nin culus when it comes to serious matters. This thread is informational, it is not for debating. It is a news piece to keep everybody in the loop. We are not at the stage to question the if’s and whens yet. When the deal (if that happens), car aan kuu diido to question every bit of it.
  13. NGONGE;768664 wrote: War cadawga ha igu darin dee. I wish the best for the ONLF (as long as they don't step on anyone's toes). But I hope you know me well enough to expect such questions, even if I were talking about Somaliland. It's fine to make an agreement that benefits you in the short term but you must also have a long term plan and attempt to control how things pan out. As things stand, there are far too many variables for one to make a quick judgment on this 'supposed' peace deal. Rather than go with Zack's "we will see how it unfolds", you know and I know that we (or rather you) must manage how it unfolds. You either take the bull by the horns or expect it to throw you off when you least expect it, ya cadaw. Dude it is ok to question everything and be a critical thinker lakin saanaa? I am sure the ONLF are keeping in mind what could happen if they are cheated but it is not something that anybody can control as things can change 10 years later. This deal isn't even done yet, you outsiders need to wait and see how it unfolds. After the deal is made, then start questioning its loopholes or whatever. Fahamtu yaa akhil-carab?
  14. NGONGE;768616 wrote: South Sudan was not as divided as the ONLF community, saaxib. What if Melez lets you down? Will restarting the fight make sense then or get as much support? Bear in mind that ten years of peace, progress or whatever else might dampen people's appetite. A&T, the same questions apply. Surely you need something much stronger. Plus, where would those working for Melez today go? Will you just kiss and make up? We will see how this unfolds first. 10 years is a long time and a lot will change then. Yaa og if Meles will still be alive then lol.
  15. If an international body like the UN and AU are there when that is being signed, yes I am all for it. The Sudan thing has been agreed upon on 2005 and the referendum didn't take place until five years later.

  17. Carafaat;768575 wrote: This deal comes 20 years to late. ONLF could have gotten the same deal long time ago, where it not for the unrealistic terms and extremist diaspora whu fueled and funded this war that kept people between two guns. Even the mentioning of negoitiations proves that ONLF lost, and Peace will win. Inshallah. You probably have 0 knowledge of what occcured in the early 1990's. It is Ethiopia, and not the ONLF, who is doing this late.
  18. ^LOL. It is not cold here today at all. It is -2 degree.
  19. AT&T, Your sources are more reliable sir, I don't doubt that. We shall see how this unfolds.
