  2. Somalia, Say what? You are wishing good luck to Zenawi? CHe- Ethiopian sources indicate that it is the brain. We couldn't kill the SOB with a bullet, we are killing him with habaar LOL.

Afartaas intaan "Miin" ka deyey, meel ma qabadsiiyey Rag baa gabayga meermeeriye, marindhac maw diiday Macna kalena waa hadal yaraan, meesha kala yeeray;
  8. Che, Yes it is and I never claimed it was mine. Googling the lines and finding who they belong is not what I demanded son! Just translate the piece!

  15. Ali Dhuux is indeed one of the best in the Somali poetry world. Great choice! I am not familiar with the other fella you mentioned, do you have links for any of his poets?
  16. Howdy y'all! So which Somali poet is your favorite? Mine is listed below. On the top of the moving words, I just love the tone! Jaamac Kediye is simply a great reciter! I ask all SOLers to take a look at the below video, it is worth of a minute or two of your time. Once you hit that play button, it will be hard to stop this video.

  18. Good thing from the UN/IGAD. These so called odayaal need to understand that this constitution is transitional until the Somali people votes for it. I have read the thing myself and a lot of people need to read it too before opposing it. Many articles in these chapters can be amended when the right time comes. We somehow need some kind of rule of law, don't ya all think so? The roadmap is like a train and it will run over whoever tries to stand its way!

True but not sure how would that happen with Ivanonivich, Ramires, that dhoore Portuguese guy, and Terry banned. But HEY who thought they would beat the hell out of Barca at their home with no center backs (Terry and Cahil being out), 2 goals down in the first half? Anything can happen.
  20. Cleveland is just little over 100 miles away from Columbus, a city with the second largest Somali community in the US. I would visit there if I were you. As far as where to visit in Cleveland, there isn't really much to see there. You could do a boat ride in the Erie lake and check out the beautiful nature in the Canadian border. Oh snap! Almost forgot. Cedar point is very close to Cleveland. Definitely visit there. It is another version of Disney World. Been there more than dozen times. Love it!
  21. Shinbir Majabe;816734 wrote: ^^ maybe you need to read the history.. Sharif wuxuu ula jeedaa the last elected President of Somalia from June 10, 1967 until his assassination on October 15, 1969 . April 2012 - October 1969 = 42 years and few months.. Maybe you do. Sharmarke was elected in 1967, the elections were held in 1967. One should not tell us for the first time in 42 years, elections will be held on Xamar.
  22. Where did 42 years thing come from? Does Shariifka not know the history of the country ?
