Xaaji, Ethiopia is the main reason why Somalia has been a failed state since 1991. Every time one faction kicks the *** of another faction and starts taking over the country (Ex- The Islamic Courts), Ethiopia comes into play and helps the losing party because it wants the fighting game to continue.
