There isn't a big difference between the iPad1 and iPad2 yet I have seen couple of hundreds of people lining up in a local apple store. It was about 1:30pm and the sell didn't even start till 5pm. What's new on this iPad2 is the front facing camera with facetime app and faster processor. Its also one-third lighter. I think that's pretty much it unless the apple geeks in SOL will correct me.
