Understood, but in what in situation qualifies jihad. As I understand it, the 3 mathabs have different perspectives in what constitutes warfare in the name if jihad. Do you know the specifics regarding the fiqhs?

n this month alone there has been about five school shootings --one after another --and its all happening at school where white people live. and its committed by young white males so, if a muslim person does someting, then we are all profiled, if a black man commits a crime, hell all brack poeple are put on the limelight... its time i figure that once a white man shoots somebody or blows shit up, then all white people should be profiled.....wat do u think?......i think its an elction winner.......

yep, the "control order" as we are led to believe is based on the UK and US control orders introduced after sept 11. However unlike the US and UK orders the Australian version has massive gaps, red tape and short comings. it cam be enforced for 12 moths without a court order and curfews emplaced with out regard to the victim......it is a shame that a nation that prides itself for this democracy, our legislators can over look such misgivings....
