Hi every 1: I thought of not posting anything as this is a women's forum only, but i thought the fellowing lines may help a sister sometime!. a pain killer wich will help better is either (PARACETAMOL+Ceffein) or (Ibuprofen+caffein), you can find those two pain killers in combination with caffein, just ask your chemist because brand names differ with different countries. As those who get mood swings PYRIDOXINE (VIT B6) 50 mg daily will help. Magnissium 200mg will help too as it cures the muscular contractions that cause the pain, and it also augments the action of VIT B6. byeeeeeeeeeee.

It's suprising that everyone wants to be the boss, and it's clear from this post that no one is settling for less than a ministerial post!!! all wants to be the heads, a nation with 10 million ministers!!!

FACING YOUR TROUBLES BY SALEH AL-SHAIBANY Plans may have the habit of shattering your dreams. We often live in a constant fear of the possibility that the not so distant future would turn its back on us. You are left to face your anxieties alone, perhaps persuade yourself it would be alright. The thing about fear is that it never gets better by brooding about it. Worrying about the future drives you to a corner. Some find work a perfect way to forget but it is only a temporary solution. Besides, throwing yourself deep in your work can lead to health problems. You begin to lose interest in everything when you find you have more questions than answers. Winning over your problems is never easy but it helps to talk about it. It also helps to learn from other people’s experience. You will never be short of subjects because, for one reason or another, someone has been in a similar situation not so long ago. Looking deep at the cause of your fear always help. The most common element is insecurity. It often hits people who are ambitious and with long targets of success. When you have worked out a careful plan and determined to see it through can lead to all sorts of anxieties. Insecurity is the product of the future and there are many uncertainties about tomorrow. People who think that tomorrow is conquerable are most vulnerable. You tend to detach yourself from reality when you see your future crumbling before you had the chance to live it. I always maintain that taking one day at a time helps cut down most of the anxieties. Life is like a ladder and every rung you put your foot on can collapse under your weight. There is no harm in planning ahead but it is wise to have short-term aims than targets that would tie you up for eternity. In other words, do not make the mistake of making plans that stretch for many years. It is easy to accomplish short-range goals since you won’t have a lot to do. Plans are meant to be just plans and there are no realities about them until you have lived them. The bad thing about a plan is that you put your life on hold until the future. What about today? A friend once said that long-planners put themselves in hibernation hoping one day they would wake up to a bright world. I agree with him. Sometimes, living like there’s no tomorrow can relieve a lot of pressure. Is it not enough to sleep under a sound roof and wake up for a steaming cup of tea and perhaps a slice of bread? The chances are that you would not be here long enough to live your future if you start worrying about it now. If that is the case, why bother about something that would probably send you to an early grave. If you don’t believe me then visit any doctor in the country and ask for the statistics. You will be told that more than half of the patients are high achievers who probably spent their entire lives planning to die early. So, what is it going to be with you now? Live for today or pile up the anxieties of tomorrow? Don’t take anything for granted and give yourself a chance by paying attention to what is more important. It is not worth it to let precious moments pass you by for something you have very little or no control of. Besides, why trade for something very real which is happening right now for the unpredictable future?

Danger, plz take a note of what Shehrzadi said because if I were in Mn now I could easy guess who's the guy you are talking about, and this will only add salt to the injury. Please note that schizonphenic patients are like some one who's behaving like a microscope, they MOST of the time enlarge minor things and interpret it wrong but sometimes they got it right and feel things that a normal person can't feel because they are oversuspecious. Quran, medical treatment and beleiving that his negative thinkings are wrong will do the work. Sis-sade well said.

My question to you is, How did you come to know that there's a site called Somaliaonline.com?? For me, It was one evening while I was surfing Somalinet, Specialy a thread written by Ninxoon (the Somalinet hero ) in which he was insulting Somaligirls for having their photos on Blackplanet.cccom, then one user said nothing is wrong with that as you have Somaligirls' photos on some Somali sites like Somaliaonline.com. I checked Somaliaonline and the photos were as nice as the site , now the photos are gone but the site still remains. I sometimes think those photos were a trap!

Had any one of you ever dreamt of dying!!!. I once dreamt of dying and in the dream alot of people were surrounding me and I could hear them saying to each other " his legs are already dead, and the soul is getting out of his body!!" . You know, I woke up when the soul (naf) was about to pass through the throat!!! I couldn't believe being alive and that it was only a dream!!. I was given another chance, I guess!.

Originally posted by sayfulaah-almasluul: the sakina's questions. you asked: quote: From my own research I came to the conclusion that some of our history is very dark this was one of the darkest day in muslim history, it is the day prophet mohamed called for pen and paper to wrrite down a book which if the muslims follow they will never stray.it is the day ibnu Absa use to call it as ( yowmul khamiis wama youmul khamiis) and he use to cry and cry untill his become wet with his tears!!! this thursday prophet called for a paper and pen. but then the unexpected happened, when some of the prophet's family members tried to bring it, omar said with his loud voice " NO THE HOLY BOOK IS WITH US AND IT is ENOUGH " his objections surprised many of the companions around him, why did omar objected the prophet remains unclear in suni sects. Omar Radiyallahu canhu, who voluntarily and without a fear of any one became a muslim and respected the Prophet very much, like the other companions did, would never have disobeyed the prophet.

A/aleikum: feebaro, it's not about leaving them or them leaving us, it's only about knowing their side of the story, because for a very long time we have been hearing Shias are this and that, and I guess this is a good opportunity for the Somali-Shias to tell somalis where do we differ, and what are the basic differences between sunnis and Shicas because I dont believe in accepting the Idea that we are all muslims and let's leave it to that point. I'm sure and every one (including the Budhists) knows that there's a difference, So what's it that makes you different from the Sunnis?? let's hear your side of the story!. Secondly, I tried my level best to know who are the shias, and I tried to talk to Shias because I wanted to hear from them, but what I found out is that they dont like to talk about their major points of difference with the sunnis. A shia friend of mine even stopped talking to me because I only demanded him to say what the Shias are!. If I'm not misreading him, brother Nur is asking for the same thing, which is what are your differences with the sunnis and prove your points with refferences. Peace

I always take the pride of calling Somalia and Somalis as being a homogenous country when debating with the non-somalis, but these days I unfortunately see things changing, somali-Shias is one example!!!. As we dont have Shias in Somalia,I must assume that these guys are Shia-converts. My question is what made you guys become shi'ite??.

In one evening, a month back I went in to a cafe to have a tea. The waiter said that he cant serve me if I only want to have a tea, because he said it's a meal time now and a lot of people will come here to have sandwiches etc and there's no enough space, he was right because it was a small place. I got nervous and I said this place is for business and it doesn't matter wheither I take a tea or a sandwich and I dont need anything else except a tea then he said get out, I replied " you are a filthy person" and left the place. Then I went in to another cafe which was only few meters away and had my tea there. While I was having the tea one idea struck me and it was " how do you feel when a customer misbehaves you?!!! As my job entails customer satisfaction and Some customers get my nerves sometimes. Then I felt bad a bout what I did to the guy and decided to go back to him and appologize. When I reached the cafe he was at the enterance and as I tried to talk to him and approached he ignored me and went in to the cafe. I went in after him and said can I talk to you? he was very angry and replied I have no time you can come later and he went on serving other customers I waited him at the cashier's counter for few minutes and let him feel that I'm not leaving without him talking to me. Later he came to me and asked why I'm here after all I said. I repplied I came to appologize and I was wrong with no excuses. He said please go out and I'm not accepting your appology, I felt very bad that a word I had said made this brother have such an enemity in his heart. Then he kept on doing his job and I stood there at the counter, again he came to me and said why dont you leave and further added you were thinking something else of yourself, Dont you know that there Allah and the day of judgment!! I said I know and that's why I came back to applogize, then he said your appology is accepted and you can go now, but he still seemed very unhappy. The bottomline is Never ever insult or misbehave someone and dont think that every person will accept your applogy, some people dont forgive!!, and they have the right to forgive or not to forgive. May Allah forgive us all.

As I see you have been patient for long, what I would advise is to talk to her indirectly by talking of other stories that she can relate to what's happening between you two,if she fails to understand this hint, tell her still in a cool soft way without losing your temper that you are unhappy with the way she's behaving with u.
