Broken Hearts By: First Lady My heart is broken because of you. Only if you knew. I dont know what to do,because I only had you. If I could look up to god,and say I wish this would be gone today. I want my broken heart to be filled with joy someday. The trust I had in you is gone today. All I want is trust in you, and maybe soon our hearts will be as one. All I want is loving you.

Hi SOL friends, first i like to start up by saying i hope am forgiven for the last post. Second i would like to start a debate about: Can someone really know the hole truth? Can it be really exactly same as what was truth. How do you know it's the hole truth? It's just some words past to another and then another. How do u know it has a merit by the time u get that truth. Does the truth u think u know change? How can we know? Maybe what was true yesterday is different today. I took critical thinking last semester and philosophy. I hope some of you can bring up some good points to prove or any philosopher who did argue this. another thing, i heard that many of the philosophers where eathist( they didn't belive in good) was that true. I appricaite all the knowledges we can but together or learn from one another.

I really loved all the advices ur SOL friends gave you. I just hope u update us on what you did. We pray for u sis and we pray for us from allah to give us selfcontrol. Illahey sheedaankaa anaga ceeliyo siikasta eey uu soolibistaan. enough luv for my people!

Writing big words don't make u a better person!

sophist, due to your broad range of vocabs i do say that my only comment was regarding the words that you chose to include in your original quote i did not have any negative things to say about the subject matter since its your opinion and i do fully comprehend what you were trying to state but do not for a second think that you have a right to generalize every somalian youth or deemed them to be unsophisticated or uneducated . I, did not took any offence to your last post and i do thank you for your so called subjective simplicity and i hope for the so called intellects that think they are sophisticated do something with their lifes and to you to sophist . pc -

Pyromaniac_Pixie , i don't merly care how one have bad spelling or bad grammer at least their massage is understood. If we pointed out every little misspelling then we would have start with you...it's not arculate but articulate...lol. Like i said i wasn't pointing fingers, just stating an opinion, i am sure some agree with me. Again, don't come here to misread my point, i m not here to create tension. -

I am not singling anyone out. I am just stating that some people use too much big words. I been here quite a long time and i don't use it writing at a form. I am trying to get through my point not making it confusing. Remember here is Somalian Town. U want as to have good debate, u better then start looking as whole and including everyone. For some it comes naturaly, i can use it too, but what would make sense to the reader is something u have to keep in mind. Sophist, i am not singling u out. I thing u do bring good topics here, but tone it down ur complex words little. eg. "indubitably" is not word that we use it everyday. And u saying u been in england for 8 years. But i got love for all the nomads. Remember, we here to have good debates and to show love, not to critizes....that won't help us. enough love! " -
Listen to all those who think they can come into here and use big words that come from dictionary or some century form 1800's. Ur agruments don't even make sense. Why can't u use clear consise words wher everyone would understand. Did we say u were here to make another play where "theee brethen' is used. I think anyone who is doing that is trying to be percived more knowledgable or more better than everyone else. Reality check we are not here to put each other down. Honestly, nothing you guys say don't make sense. I suggest you rationalize before u post another fallasies. Sophet, listen bro if u think we somali queens and kings are really lacking intellegence then why are u hanging around this beloved somalionline. I personally suggest u find ur sole. Nothing is wrong with as somalian, we are growing, learning just like any other culture. I hate when we put down our self. Just becuase u were here little more than others don't make u "Know it all "... go back to africa, if u dont have the money will fundraise it for u...cuz i think u are serously lacking ur culture.
-
I been praying that we get back SOL. I am happy that allah has answered my prayers. I wish someone would tell me what happen to make here shutdown if that is okay. Well, gain i have enough love 4 all of u.

AND YEAH I AM DEFINATLY NOT DOING THAT ANYMORE REMEMBER LADIES.......BACK TO SCHOOL ASSIGMENT NO MEN FOR THE SEMESTER..KEEP IT UP...I AM GONNA SOON WRITE IN TAHT LOOG BOOK WE MADE..... ONE LUV -
HELLOW SOL FRIENDS. U KNOW WHAT I LOVE SOMALI OF ALL KINDS. WE HAVE MANY DIFFERENT QABILS BUT WE ARE THE ONLY COUNTRY IN AFRICA THAT HAS ONE LANGUAGE THAT IS SPOKEN BY EVERYONE. ANYWAYZ, ALL MY CAUSINS ARE REER XAMAR. TRUETH IS MANY REER XAMARI PEOPLE SPECIALLY BARAWANI AND GALADI DISCRIMINATE AS SAYING SOMALI PEOPLI THIS AND THAT. I SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES AND HEARD IT MANY TIMES CONSIDERING THEY ARE RELATIVES. IT'S JUST QABIL THING THEY ARE PROUD THAT THEY ARET THE LIGHTER OF PEOPLE OF SOMALIA. HONESTLY, ALOT OF BARAWAN ARE MORE DISCRIMINATORS THEN THE REAL THE REST OF SOMALIA. BUT I GUESS, AGAIN IT GOES BACK TO QABIL STUFF....IT'S THERE WAY OF RELATING.ANYAYS, LIKE I SAID, MY SISTER INLAW IS REER BARAWI, I LOVE HER TO DEATH, BUT STILL HER FAMILY CALL US "SOMALI, SHE MARRIED SOMALI"...[WHAT THE HECK AREN'T THEY SOMALI.....AF XUMADA WALLAYALLAL AYAKAA AYAA WADA.] MY POINT IS IF SOMEONE PEOPLE ARE BEING HYPICROT.....IT IS COULD BE SEEN FROM BOTH SIDE...I GUESS mujaxida took the fakeness from there. AND YES REER XAMIRI--BARAWANI PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE NOT SOMALI.....GOD KNOWNS WHY...THEY SHOULD BE LUCKY TO CLAIM US.....AND AGAIN I AM SAYING SOME...I HAVE PROOF COME TO MY TOWN...LOL.

Educated men and ESL girls (does this match)?
finestsista2005 replied to Unreal Heart's topic in General
Hey, ya'll the trueth is men do love girls who are educated. It's just girls who are picky who definatly won't go for a guy who has lesser salary then them trust me ur parents would't like that. Let's face it girls when we are getting married our parents specailly mothers would critize him and even refuse him if he does not has a level of education that isn't higher than what we have(ladies). That is how i see it. Most marrieges judging from some couples from hollywood the higher the menz pockets the higher chances they'll stay together..... little example jennifer lopez had married 2 men who where not millionier...as good loooking as they were they divorced.....look now she is with multi-millioner who will spend as same amount or even more. Anyway my point is many somali girls including me are stuck looking for that edducated and well-rounded brothers, so our parents can aprove. We start fishing as we go into higher educations such as unv or college. I just hope mr.well rounded and jobified(has good job a solid one)comes soon and hopefully he exsisted therwise...i will definatly seek aranged  ....ooops i take that back i wouldn't want to marry 50 year old who is leveled... gooooooooood(ALLAH) have mercy. Any thoughts ladies.... are ya same boat? are ur parents expecting someone who well-rounded...so far i haven't found anyone close to their choice...lol. by the way i am esl....lol...and damn PROUD OF IT....been esl in my own way for 9 years. anywayz..sorry for the long post i been so busy haven't had time for my sol friends. -
Hellow fellwo nomads, pls i am sister who wants to gain knowledge it might seem to u really seally question but WHY IS IT VERY IMPORTANT TO READ THE QURAAN?IF I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IT MEANS, CORRECTION I COULD READ SOMALI BUT WHAT IS STILL THE BENEFIT SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE IT IS TALKING ABOUT THE ACCIENT PEOPLE,,,,PLEASE I MIGHT BE SISTER WHO IS LOST BUT DON'T BITE MY HEADS,,,,,,,,,EDUCATE ME SO I CAN HELP MY SELF TO BE BETTER UNDERSTANDER AND BETTER PERSON. jASAKALAH....

From: SAYED FEROZ Salaams Dear Brothers and Sisters Please read and pass the mail onto your friends and family. May Almighty Allah make it easy for us to practice the Deen and fulfil our obligations at the prescribed times. Insha Allah Aameen. ************************************************************************ He remembered his grandmother's warning about praying on time: "My son, you shouldn't leave prayer to this late time". His grandmother's age was 70 but whenever she heard the Adhan, she got up like an arrow and performed Salah. He, however could never win over his ego to get up and pray. Whatever he did, his Salah was always the last to be offered and he prayed it quickly to get it in on time. Thinking of this, he got up and realized that there were only 15 minutes left before Salat-ul Isha. He quickly made Wudhu and performed Salat-ul Maghrib. While making Tasbih, he again remembered his grandmother and was embarrassed by how he had prayed. His grandmother prayed with such tranquility and peace. He began making Dua and went down to make Sajdah and stayed like that for a while. He had been at school all day and was tired, so tiredâ?¦. He awoke abruptly to the sound of noise and shouting. He was sweating profusely. He looked around. It was very crowded. Every direction he looked in was filled with people. Some stood frozen looking around, some were running left and right and some were on their knees with their heads in their hands just waiting. Pure fear and apprehension filled him as he realized where he was. His heart was about to burst. It was the Day of Judgement. When he was alive, he had heard many things about the questioning on the Day of Judgement, but that seemed so long ago. Could this be something his mind made up? No, the wait and the fear were so great that he could not have imagined this. The interrogation was still going on. He began moving frantically from people to people to ask if his name had been called. No one could answer him. All of a sudden his name was called and the crowd split into two and made a passageway for him. Two people grabbed his arms and led him forward. He walked with unknowing eyes through the crowd. The angels brought him to the center and left him there. His head was bent down and his whole life was passing in front of his eyes like a movie. He opened his eyes but saw only another world. The people were all helping others. He saw his father running from one lecture to the other, spending his wealth in the way of Islam. His mother invited guests to their house and one table was being set while the other was being cleared. He pleaded his case, "I too was always on this path. I helped others. I spread the word of Allah. I performed my Salah. I fasted in the month of Ramadan. Whatever Allah ordered us to do, I did. Whatever he ordered us not to do, I did not." He began to cry and think about how much he loved Allah. He knew that whatever he had done in life would be less than what Allah deserved and his only protector was Allah. He was sweating like never before and was shaking all over. His eyes were fixed on the scale, waiting for the final decision. At last, the decision was made. The two angels with sheets of paper in their hands, turned to the crowd. His legs felt like they were going to collapse. He closed his eyes as they began to read the names of those people who were to enter Jahannam. His name was read first. He fell on his knees and yelled that this couldn't be, "How could I go to Jahannam? I served others all my life, I spread the word of Allah to others". His eyes had become blurry and he was shaking with sweat. The two angels took him by the arms. As his feet dragged, they went through the crowd and advanced toward the blazing flames of Jahannam. He was yelling and wondered if there was any person who was going to help him. He was yelling of all the good deeds he had done, how he had helped his father, his fasts, prayers, the Qur'an that he read, he was asking if none of them would help him. The Jahannam angels continued to drag him. They had gotten closer to the Hellfire. He looked back and these were his last pleas. Had not Rasulullah [saw] said, "How clean would a person be who bathes in a river five times a day, so too does the Salah performed five times cleanse someone of their sins"? He began yelling, "My prayers?my prayers?my prayers." The two angels did not stop, and they came to the edge of the abyss of Jahannam. The flames of the fire were burning his face. He looked back one last time, but his eyes were dry of hope and he had nothing left in him. One of the angels pushed him in. He found himself in the air and falling towards the flames. He had just fallen five or six feet when a hand grabbed him by the arm and pulled him back. He lifted his head and saw an old man with a long white beard. He wiped some dust off himself and asked him, "Who are you?" The old man replied, "I am your prayers". "Why are you so late! I was almost in the Fire! You rescued me at the last minute before I fell in". The old man smiled and shook his head, "You always performed me at the last minute, did you forget?" At that instant, he blinked and lifted his head from Sajdah. He was in a sweat. He listened to the voices coming from outside. He heard the adhan for Salat-ul Isha. He got up quickly and went to perform Wudhu. **************************************************************************** Please pass the mail on and remember the sender in your pious, humble duas. Hi ladies, i am glad ya agree with the idea and now we did waste our time last year during school and if we can do it to gether sisters we definatly will achive it. Ladies, i know how are it is to keep a rule but if we all do it together and if u slipped up and broke the experiment, tell ur sisters about it and they'll tell u come back up. What good comes out of it. We be more stronger, more goal oriented, family oriented and work oriented not to mentioned looked at goodgirl who is hard to get. We will have more fun with the sisters now that we have more time to talk to them on the phone about how we staying strong don't need men to make us happy. What would this elliminate, it will elliminate all the worthless talkes and hard breaks. But the experiment should start soon before school. Hey i gree with ya'll chrismass is exceptional cuz it is holiday. Let me start my first log book: yesterday, i been asked out by a brother i just told him i wasn't into dating rigth now cuz i just want to concentrate he didn't understand but hey i wanted to keep it. By the way, baby girl Dimond sista: hey ya gotta test the person u going out with. If u want to do the experentment don't go out with him only go out as a group and see how he acts that can tell u more about him trust me...men are differnent when with people. Miss Unique, it means limited phone calls sis 4real we have to practice that manner trust me it is hard to try that is why i aint saying no phone calles. Limited means like only friday, saturday and sunday u can make not many. Let them call u and stay on it only for 1omin on school nite and weekand not more than 20 min...remember time is valuabe u remember what good came out of all the hrs we spent with them on the phone.....right u get my drift. Magnoona Girl- baby girl email is aiight as long u are not emailing guys more then 3emails. Magnoona girl questios good questions. U go girl! All ya'l remember we sisters we need each other to definatly get ahead and stay focus so start the experiment with small steps trust me extreme u'll only break it. and in this log book tell how u will go about it and answer magnoona questions. enough love!

What turns me on in a menan is if he is totally confident. I think that is so sexy because he loves everything about himself. He knows he can get anything he wants and knows he can have any lady he wants. i think that attracts me most!
-
Hellow ya'll, how are you guys today. I just wanted to talk to the ladies strictly. Ladies i just wanted all the girls who are not currently in really seriouse relationship to definatly agree with me here. Ladies what i want is for use to help each other to make a life easir. No more headeche with men specially when school is starting. I also, want girls to take all the phony brothers out of our way. This my proposal for all of us gals to definatly focus on other stuff and stop with the brotherz for good atleast for few months the once who are true and still hanging around calling u deffinatly still waiting patiently and didn't give up on you will be the once you might talk to in the future. So all i am saying is too keep guys from us no dating and stuff. This will be our log book where we tell each others our experince in this rule the good and the bad. Beside it be a hecka experince when the men we were dying for find out that we have something else going for us other then them like our education and family and good friends and especially our religion. This experince will make them want us cuz we don't want them anymore. so, ladies do u think u can live without brotherz for while. It's for our own good. Aiight sisters. please let me know which of ya will do it. let's atleast try for a month u may start by september. salama, merci!

What would u do if you were in my shoes?

Scorpian Sista, seems like you don't have nothing to do but remember old stories. That tells me you so bored. What happen the tv soop opera's are not keeping you interested, it's time to find a brother who can. Oops, i forget you are a sista who can't get a brother maybe you should check why. Could it be because they can't stand your big mouth don't worry colgate and scope in one will do it. It's free advice. Anywayz me and that brother are back together, i am very happy about it. What i said then is totaaly different then today. I thought you can know the difference. Don't worry we nomads will teach you little. U need to keep ur temper in check. I am advising you to call 1-800-NeedMan soon so they can help you come down. peace! -
Quote said by Mindstate " conclusion, dating doesn't have to be difficult and treacherous. The key is to try leading a little more with your head and less with your heart." i love it, couldn't put it in another way! Thanx for the article!
-
tagune, I would not fall my heart. I would follow my head to lead me to the right person then follow my heart. Trust me guys wallahi heart is always headache and pain....i can leave without it for now. The person u choosing should have the qualities and personalitly. Don't lead with your heart, think about it when you have exam does your heart help you heck no it's your knowledge right. Atleast i know. What you know inside called preminition will probably happen. 4real, if you know you can have them, chances are u will. If you thing there are obstacles and you worried move on. Simple than done. later

I probably had experienced some of each. The worst love was my nightmare of all time. It made me weak. But I am getting stronger now and i know what real love is that is why i am waiting to find it someday. I promise to myself i will never ever run after a man let alone bare my heart out to him. Another promise is i'll never tell him how much i love him unless he is my husband. P.S Never ever fall inlove unless it's both sides otherwise they run all over you!

I couldn't agree more with Qa'Qa. Yes, allah has the power to give us health, wealth and happiness and we should not be breaking rules. I think what the girls are trying to get as, is dating for the reason the man could be a candidate of a husband. I agree with you Qa'Qa again, reason we get heartbroken is maybe we fall for the wrong men who are different lifestyle. And maybe the reason us girls are not use to picking up guys from the mosque who really want wat we want which is the real deal(marriage) is because there is this image that most men at the mosjid are old atleast in my city. Honestly, i know most of us girls who are decent[really] get cought by brothers who want good girls who aren't ready to give up this so called "player's game". Anyways, i liked your thought, but don't thing all the girls who had bad experience are used. Hey we still have brains aright, definatly we don't give out like that. Maybe brothes leave because our game is so tight they are intimidated. merci, Au Revoir -
