  1. hold up! originally posted by ENTREPRENEUR: I don't believe in pan-africanism (It is also discriminatory). I beleive in somalism...and any somali despite his/her physical structure is my brother/sis! see, this is what iam EXACTLY talking about...you don't believe in "Pan-Africanism" but yet you beleive in "somalism", abowe, let me ask you a question, where is somalia exactly located? in africa right? i mean correct me if iam wrong but the last time i checked somalis were africans. so why are you trying to sperated us from the rest? no matter how hard you try to eliminate yourself from the rest of the other black africans you are still considered an african, the next white person that walks up to you won't say "you're a somali not an african, or your're somali not black"..commmon! and one more think...any African wether they are from nigeria, ethiopia, guana, zembabwe, ect...you should consider your brother or sister "dispite his/her physical structure", and you said perviously is is a sin to discriminate based on color and creed, well sweet heart is a sin to also discriminate based on background, culture, age, sex, ect.....and like you said it "Every man and woman have been created equal by ALLAH." And.....for as DEADLYVISION orginally quoted: "Do you ever say 'I can't stand when kids pick on other kids." "This is a simular topic." iam sorry but i would have to disagree with your statement...you can't compare kids to what grown adults do nowadays. adults know very well what they are dealing with, they know exactly wat they are saying and they know the difference from right and wrong...whereas for childeren that's when their minds are just developing, they don't have enough sources to to know what is right and wrong and yes kids always pick on other kids but they are kids...they are innocent, they have no hatred in their hearts. and you also added: Calling names is basical, they are sayings of expressing ones inner feeling. Anger language is all over Planet Earth. Don't take it to heart. well well well, yea anger exists and so does hatered but the questions is "why do somalis think they are more superior than the other africans?" if you feel you as an african is better than the rest of the other african is pure ignorance ma friend.
  2. i have always heard "what do women really want?", or "why is it so hard to understand women?", but honestly i should point out that the same goes out to the fellaz too. yes, i know women are more compassionate and feeling but what about the men?what are they? what exactly does a gurl have to do inorder to get a man's attenion? what do men really want?
  3. you know what i can't stand? when somali individuals think that are better than the rest of the other black African, and when they start to refer to jamaicans, south africna, kenyaians, ect....as ADOONS!!! weren't we both created equaliy? do we not bleed the same way when we are cut, do we not cry tears when feeling blue, do we not get scared..????????aren't we all regardless of race, gender, religion, culture, ect.. the adoons of allah(SWT)? so why must you believe you are superior? i beleive in pan-Afrocanism, all africans should unite wether they are from japan, india, cuba, east africa, ect...we all are africans,we all are minorities, and we will be judeged or treated the same way in terms of white supermecy. agree or disagree?
  4. let me start off by saying IAM NOT TRYING TO ATTACK anyone, iam just telling ya'll ma point of view....AIGHT? you know what DV, i agree wit you to the fullest.there are gurls and guys who have lost thier religion, culture, dignity, and self-respect for themselves.nowadays, any gurl is willing to open up her legs in a flash, too many of our muslims sisters are getting pregenent, and to add more sin to the original sin,way to many gurls are getting abortions more and more everyday. fellaz who claim to muslims are out drinking, getting high, and sleeping around wit anything that has a hole in between their legs. one thing i can't simply stand is that same person i saw at the club or party who was getting pissed drung lecturing me about being a good muslim.you'll see the same person outside puffing a cigarette and chewing on 'chaad/kaad'telling me that i should be wearing a hijab.i think people should look at themselves and try to better themselves before lecturing anyone about the religion, and about what is right and wrong when they don't even see the difference.
  5. i don't know what it is, i am not racismt or anything but i prefer reading books written by black authors. i just finished reading a book by sister souljah, it's tittled "no disrespect"....it was extremly interesting, every chapter is devoted to an individual who made a difference in her life...i really enjoyed it...the next book i wanna check out is called "makes me wanna holler" by natan mccall.
  6. nuune, abowe, who are you trying to play wit???common now, we ain't in kindergardent no more.....and you thought i'd fall for that...shame on you....you do the same and send me your answer and i'll tell you the number of brothers and sister u got....
  7. ok...i froze for a couple of seconds cuz i thought i was seeing things...i had to read the sentence 2 or 3 times to actually understand tha sentence(kangaroo eating orange in denamrk)was the same exact answeres i got on ma paper...that's freaky fo'real, it felt like someone was in ma hea thinking what i was thinking...but hey, i guess iam apart of that 98% population.

loooooooooooool....oh ma god!!!!dunyia...gurl just like what rudy said, you are evil, disturbed and sick.wallahi ma heart drop when i read the first lines of sentences, i was actually scared for you as a sister but when i finished reading, shoot gurl, i came to the conclusion that you don't get enought attention at home so your'e looking for it else where. eventhough i am not a big fan of our somali guys(some NOT all) i would neva wish i had AIDS!!staq'furulahi! abayo......i got two words for you......SEEK HELP!!! iam out!!
  9. sorry about that K on top.....but here's what i think, globalization is a very braod topic but there are always winners and loosers.if theres a winnere there has to be a looser, correct? for exmple, india is the largest nation to make computer software designs, evebthough they my seem very wealthy and winners, from ma prospective they are loosers as a nation, why? b'cuz in terms of globalization, only the richer get richer and poor get poorer.in the city of india, they are very hi-tech with the latest computer softwares, big homes, shopping centers, educated people, internet, t.v's, washing machines ect....but once you hit tha country side, that when you really see the poor side of india where poverty still exsists.the wealth isn't being distrubuted equally.the government should find a way to evenly distrube the wealth among the citiznes. i can give you a lot more examples but i gotta get back to doing ma work!!!!! 1

  13. the term Globalization, some view it as a process that is beneficial, others regard it with hostility, even fear, believing that is increases inquality within and between nations. what do you thing, is it a good thing or bad?
  14. quote(KHAYR) " IGNORANCE=STUPIDITY"...iam sorry but i disagree with that statement.there is a BIG difference between being ignorant and being stupid. for example, if an individual does something moraly wrong and not knowing that whateva they are performing is a wrong act then that makes them ignorant.but going along with an act and knowing that whateva youre doing is wrong, then that make you stupid. my definition of an intellectual is a person who sees and observes situations in many many different angles.
