Wanted to kick start a thread of peoples home towns. Although i'm a hybrid of Sijuwi and Fish and chips. i can now count myself as a Hargesawi. learnt the language and became accustomed to the local way of life. Great trip and one i wish to repeat, throughout all the Somali speaking regions of the Horn. One day IA so if you have vacation pics of Somalia/Somaliland/Puntland/Djibouti or anywhere else in Africa, your most welcome to contribute to this thread. My Flickr page Keep this thread going folks.

The main reason i cannot live in Somalia. This is beyond the pale. My biggest phobia. The flying cockroach I die a little everytime i watch this  for those who can understand, it seems this young man had an awesome trip. He is speaking in Swedish.

An important precedent was set today. Hopefully a culture of tolerance and progressive politics will take hold. A historical event indeed. JB, know of any international media that are covering this story? -
^^ No its Heat from 1995 De niro and Pacino. someone requested it. Four lions hasnt been released yet in the scene (download community). so have to wait a week or so. I'll post it as soon as its out. Heard its very funny though. Are you in to comic filsm such as Batman. If so then Watchmen is simply unmissable.

Maybe I went in expecting very little and got so much. I thought it was a very realistic depiction of how criminal justice institutions further criminalise young men. The protagonist went into prison a petty criminal, but thanks to his education he graduates a fully fledged mobster. Gritty, realistic and philosophical in its portrayal of the French justice system. La haine was a work of art. Norf, Have you seen Clooney's Up in the air fantastic film Deleted, Martin Sheen is one of my favourite actors from the UK at the moment. Truly talented fella. I’ll be sure to check out Unthinkable.

^^LOL. what true colours. All i'm saying is maybe the problems is all in the name. Why not come up with an indigenous name like Zaire did. Thats what i meant by a rebranding excercise. i'm on your side JB. Honestly Somaliland still sounds like a themepark though How can i disepl your suspicions my good man.

It grows on you Haatu, you do need a dance floor to fully appreciate it though Stretching my secondary school French to the max. maybe its the perceived Vuvuzela like sounds in the intro
-
^^LOL. Big tune on the continent at the moment.

In marketing when a product or brand fails to garner recognition, it goes through a re-branding exercise. That’s what Somaliland needs. As a rule rebranding exercises have a mixed history with as many failing as succeeding. It is certainly worth a try. Somaliland, sounds like a themepark

alternatively you can go to www. myp2p .eu or for todays games myp2p today live you just need to download Sopcast Player from Cnet don't worry its virus free and safe. Throughout the season you can watch any game from around the world for free. The bigger the game the more streams and differing coverage from numerous channels you get. SO more choice for you. I'm not talking about those crappy 400kb streams but crystal clear streaming in HD from 1.5mb onwards. You would need a decent internet connection though. Last season i had acess to every single one of Arsenal's premier league games in High Defintion. Better than sky stream and in English. Looked an asbsolute peach for that i downloaded Veetle Player which is an add on to firefox. Once the season starts remind me to post links for of the matches on the forum. Champions League, Premier league, La Liga, Serie A........so on in HD absolutely free and in English. The same goes for movies and tv Shows. Example: 70% of the current content my local cinema is showing currently i already have on my hard drive in DVD or Blue Ray quality minimum. The best bit, it took no more than 10 mins to download these. And no i dont use peer to peer or torrents. The world has moved on and join the revoltion people. Everything is free on the internet, so long as your not a technophobe that is
