  1. for me, it would have to the impressive Lamborghini Murcielago Engine 6.2 liter V12 Horsepower 575 0-60 mph 3.9 seconds Imagine driving that on a beautiful road, warm, clear weather, no traffic, and the world shrinks down to just you and the car and the beckoning road, what a breathtaking experience. So, nomads if you had the chance to get behind the wheel and test-drive ONE car, what would it be?
  2. > >31 TO 40 POINTS: >Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. >Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expect the same loyalty in return. >Those who really get to know you realize it takes a lot to shake your trust in your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over if that trust is ever broken. 40 points to be exact...aar ma buug bay naga akhriyeen? Or is this just pure coincidence? Either the way, they hit the nail on the head
  3. Yet he ruminates on her remarkable traits, Perchance, awaits a well deserved treat, If only he could tweak moments before peak, He froze, unable to speak, mesmorized like a prey before a snake, Hoping, wishing, wanting to meet, Feelings creak, Passions quake, Stammers on every word, only to discover, Miracle is what he shall seek, As silence endures, He longs for a cure, continue
  4. Shaabella Walaalo, It’s called using a METAPHOR. You are addressing beauty from the physical aspect, which to me is immaterial when it comes to defining Beauty. Beauty comes in all forms, physical being one of them. Yes I agree, initially you have to be “physically attracted” but in time that fades, thus you need to surpass the physical element in order to discover their "inner beauty" Salaamz
  5. Though I agree with most your reasoning on what makes a woman beautiful. I would say the quote below pretty much sums it up. "The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the beauty of her face, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides."

  12. Or is that not mentioned because the woman always has government support to lean on if her husband doesnt support her and the kids? I suppose that would take the onus away from the man. When the husband is there, the wife has to be at home taking care of the kids and household chores, but when he gets tired of her and her 5 young kids and wants to give a younger, prettier model a try, he can be on his merry way without any guilt or remorse because her fortnightly benefit payments will take care of her and the kids? Nice if u can get it, right? What a bloody great way to live! Child support rings a bell but no matter how loud that bell is most Somali men are partially deaf...funny isn't it  Waaba dhig oo dhaqaaq. Qac Qaac and Co. Bal maxaa idin xiijiyey and what's with the hostility? These days the animosities which is continually springing up among Nomads might just turn into a Cyber bloodshed . sh!d...Take a chill pill and stop taking everything so personal.

  14. Raxmah I feel for you sis, “Welfare” is a modern form of Begging and the sooner our people realize that the better. Why on earth would you want to degrade yourself and go through such a humiliation, throw away your pride, self-respect, and dignity just so you can get few dollars/pounds? Lying and deceiving is not only morally wrong but Islam also condemns it. Wallahi, it saddens me to see our people portrayed in such mortifying manner. I understand, single parents need a helping hand and the government provides number of initiatives to help lone parents so they can make ends meet. However, you also need to put an effort, for instance while the kid/s are in school you can find a part time job instead of gossiping what the other lady wore in the last Aroos or discussing the Dirac you’ll be wearing for the next.
  15. ^^^LoL Ouch... I would rather be on foot-patrol in these situations... Better to be safe than sorry I guess.
  16. SCORPION_SISTA Let me double quote you sis, (if you don't mind) Honestly does it never end the "WHY's!!!!!!!!!!" My sentiments exactly.

  18. Isn't there anyone doing the creative arts? Like Art+design, fashion, textiles, furniture/jewellery design? Does this mean that this generation is more technical/scientific than artistic? Interesting. lol D&D, I could just imagine a Hooyo's response to that.... Bal yartaasi waxay maanta ku hadashay eega,,, naa ma waxa tiri jaamacad baan uga soo bixi sida dharka loo tolo ama guriga loo sharaxo? I see what what you mean though, it seems creativity has skipped a generation, I've hardly come across any in my Line of work.

It’s just A Poem or is it? I'll let you dwell on it. They say things have Changed , Life has been rearranged, got people Dazed Why not speak on it, they say… Sanity keeps Reality in check Just to see the Beauty of it all Some fall in love, some say Love Sucks Yet, many are thoughtless. Though true love is Priceless I iant asking for No praise No raises or gazes... Can’t you see the irony? I am just An Amateur in Harmony
  20. Here we go... We all know that this is a never-ending discussion… Ok, some women are illogical and dim on the road. But hey, at least give some credit to those who CAN drive, sometimes better some of you guys out there. Bee Good Luck sis, 'am sure you'll pass with flying colours .
  21. Brother Nur. My main concern is that, if for instance Somalia V 9.1 merged with the Somaliland 9.2 there would be major conflict and as you have stated in your initial findings, Somalia v9.1 is at a critical stage. Furthermore, users who are currently content with the stable and well functioning system (Somaliland v9.2) would not be willing to let the two systems integrate, why because these users have lost valuable data, a data which can not be recovered even if the main system was to be formatted, thus the element of trust has been lost. Somalia V 91.0 is still unstable and it could crash anytime, now tell me which user/s would be willing to risk losing their data again? Talk about being suicidal. As a system analyst I would say let this System (SL v9.2) with its custom build application run, they have proofed their success so far and is not like they haven't tried the old way, now let them give it a shot using their method/s. Note: Many of these users have witnessed the old system and are now cautious and sceptical to say the least, as they say “once bitten twice shy” P.s. If and when Somalia V 91.0 is stable and users are free of error/system overload. Who is to say they can’t communicate and share data? Caano Geel The Project Manager (Nur)will explain in good time. I'A
  22. A well detailed project plan. I can see you’ve analysed the system very well. However, as you are aware this system has gone through the testing and implementation stage, and it was running efficiently for some time, till that is, the main operating system was updated, from then onward various applications proof to be incompatible and countless users were finding it difficult to operate the system leaving them displeased and exasperated. I would say giving the history updating this system will only create more errors. Thus, you’re better of leaving its custom build applications run as his has been. Salaamu Alaykum
  23. lol@Gediid, ya u sheega sheikh madar buu ka shaxayaaye . Somali woman are the most unpredictable woman on this earth, so Mr. Heaven I would advice you tread carefully but do make sure you enjoy your vacation here on earth. What women want? All women want different things in life, that’s’ the distinctiveness, there is no point generalizing all woman because what will perfectly make one happy will make the other miserable, thus you just have treat each woman as an individual whilst you cater to her needs.
  24. How far would you go to convice someone your love .... I wouldn't go very far that's for sure, why would you want to convince anybody  It should be mutual feeling, laakin qofku hadaanu niyad kuu hayn maxaad u force'gareen aad adna isu daalin? Waa xagii Ameenah tidhi ma khasaba jacaylku? Plenty of fish baa bada ku jira, 'am sure in time you'll find one who is willing to swap that big ocean for a small pond
